Umbrella and chairs were just what we needed on a breezy Sunday. The chairs have a foam and help to provide extra comfort when relaxing. They also provide complimentary fruit infused water and sunscreen. I like the spice margaritas, I asked to switch to white tequila instead of mezcal and they were perfect. We ordered meat taco. It comes as 3 and hv plenty of shredded beef. The burger was perfect as well. Service was top notch . Andrea was the best. I appreciated that she anticipated our needs for drinks. Thank you Andrea! Overall, the experience was so relaxing and totally stress free. Can't wait to do it again.

I love an outdoor/beach venue. And live entertainment? Count me in everytime! I didn't try the food because I'd already had dinner but the drinks were pretty decent. On the pricy side but to be expected. Overall I'll definitely go back for a girls night.

I truly wish I took more photos. But we were extremely hangry lol. When booking the beach club experience, you receive a meal credit and the time you book is for the restaurant not the beach. You are not able to order food from the restaurant to the beach fyi. You are able to remain at the beach for the rest of the day (until sunset I think). Beach chair and towels provided. Cabanas and hammocks aren't available on beach. They are in a separate location from the beach. Our server Kata was wonderful. I would recommend asking for her. She was very accommodating. Spicy margaritas here were great. I believe a pitcher is approx $85-$90. The salmon tartare is a must! We had to order more. Manchego croquettes were a group favorite. Grilled octopus was amazing. Market salad was surprisingly great especially in the heat. Gambas al ajillo (shrimp) didn't have much flavor. It was just ok Grilled steak and calamari were solid dishes. Paella was not our favorite. It's pasta noodles and flavor wasn't for us.

I love this place- but likely only because I'm a member. The prices are REALLY high here, portions and menu size are limited and the service is slow. The music and vibes are great and the drinks often hit the spot too. I'd recommend coming during happy hour when prices are lower.

Tala burger with fries. SO good

Such a cute outdoor restaurant. I had the tala burger cooked medium with fries and the burger was perfect. Juicy and delicious. I also had their pina colada. They have a good variety of cocktail options and tapas to share as well as bigger bites.

Hidden gem in Miami Beach. You feel as if you have been transported to a beach club in Tulum. Our bartender, Lauren, was awesome. She recommended our drinks and told us that the gambas al ajillo were the best thing on the menu. She was not wrong. The space is huge and even has cabanas. Great music was playing the entire time and it really set the vibe.

Service - 5 Ambiance - 5 Drinks - 4.7 I had been trying to come to this place and never did for one reason or another. Now, I regret I didn't do earlier. The place is beautiful, Tulum vibes from end to end, with well-mixed cocktails and chill music. It's a great spot to come with friends and have a great time while having delicious cocktails and listening to a nice playlist or if you are lucky enough it is maybe one of those days they bring a DJ. Enjoy and cheers!

I had a great time at the opening event at Tala beach! The paella was amazing, the servers were very friendly, and the vibes were unmatched! Definitely plan to come back to this place again.

Gorgeous ambiance with a convenient location near the beach! I love that this restaurant is not intimidating and has more of a chic atmosphere. It does not require heels but a more stylish beach attire. The NY Strip was my favorite item on the menu. Loaded with flavor from the dry spice rub and the French fries were everything!!! The hummus and oysters were also great appetizers. I will definitely be returning to check out the other menu items. The staff are extremely attentive as well. P.S. you can validate the parking at the restaurant for a discount on your valet bill.

Tala is officially on my list of beach restaurants to have good food, enjoy the weather and jam to an amazing DJ. First please note this is located ON THE BEACH. Ladies, leave the heels at home. Also, CHECK THE WEATHER, it's completely outdoors with the only covering at the bar area. Therefore, make sure it's a perfect sunny day. Now the service was absolutely amazing, from the hostess to the server. My friend and I went for brunch (on a Saturday). Please note it's not your typical brunch menu, so if you're looking for bottomless this isn't your place. However, they do have amazing specialty cocktails. I had the Tala spiritz and my friend went with their popular tala colada (note it's frozen). On to the food, the menu is mediterranean. I had the avocado toast, which was pretty good you can't really mess up an avocado toast. My friend had their burger with fries. I must say the fries were seasoned well and so good I had to order some for myself. We also tried their cinnamon roll which is great amount of sweet. Really really loved it. I plan to return because I want to try the regular menu.

The food was good but they included a mandatory 20% service charge on the bill for a self serve food station.

We ordered the Cuban sandwich and the Cuban burger, and honestly both were dangerously good. The Cuban sandwich was exactly what you hope for -- crispy bread, perfectly pressed, packed with flavor, and the kind of sandwich that makes you pause mid-bite and just nod at the person across from you like "yep... this was the right decision." The Cuban burger was also fantastic -- juicy, flavorful, and big enough that you start questioning whether you should have skipped breakfast. The area around the restaurant was great too. Nice vibe, good energy, and perfect for walking around before or after eating... which you will probably need to do after finishing that burger. The servers were good -- friendly, attentive, and thankfully didn't judge us for attacking the food like we hadn't eaten in three business days. Overall the place has a fun atmosphere, great Cuban comfort food, and the kind of menu that makes you want to come back just to try the things you didn't order the first time. Highly recommend... just be prepared to leave full and slightly considering a nap. 10/10 would happily destroy another Cuban sandwich there again.

We stopped here at this one on Espanola Way for dinner on a Sunday, primarily because we had somewhere else in this area to be afterward, and while most every place on this touristy street was packed with a wait list, this restaurant could seat us right away. Service was good all evening from an outgoing waiter, this place was great for people watching (we were seated at a high top on the sidewalk in front), the food was good and the prices were reasonable, especially considering that Espanola Way is one of the most touristy areas on already touristy Miami Beach. I had the signature roasted chicken ($28) and my husband the Cuban churrasco steak ($42) and both included sides. We also had a glass of wine each and again, wine prices were reasonable. While we don't tend to eat in this general area often as it is so touristy which usually equals lackluster food and service at high prices, Havana 1957 was just fine. I'd happily return here.

After looking at the reviews I presented Mareva 1939 as my top choice. I contacted them and made a reservation for 10 people, and after the first reservation time I had to adjust with Mareva for people arriving in late because of flights. No problem for Mareva and they didn't need a deposit for the restaurant. It is in the National Hotel, next to where we are staying box 1 check. The place was beautifully decorated and staff all attentive throughout the night. That was my criteria not my boss' since the lack of good service can destroy a great meal. The food choices all were excellent but centered on tapas and Spanish cuisine which checked the second box. Served family style we all chose a number of different tapas and shared. Then large patella dishes, they were plentiful and all delicious. Lastly the price, which may seem high for those outside the area but not for those who know Miami Beach. The bill for the 10 of us that included several drinks person and enough food and desserts to leave us full came to $1,002 including tip and taxes. All boxes checked and my boss and team happy, Mareva 1939 was a huge success.

The service is friendly and attentive, but restrained enough not to be overly casual. The intimate dining room can be enjoyed at a table or among characters at the bar. Outside seating is a lovely option on a sexy evening. We went recently for a group business dinner of pescatarians and meat eaters and everyone enjoyed exquisite bite after bite. Steak and branzino equally perfect. Branzino is appearing on Miami and Miami Beach menus as prevalent and uninspired as Brussels sprouts a few years ago, but no one, absolutely no one is doing a better preparation than Tropezon at any price point. We ordered so much food and would be hard pressed to name a favorite. Let the bartender choose which infused gin to elevate your cocktail. We fell in love with the French 75 and Gimlet. We cannot say enough about the welcoming spirit Byron has and the great level of professional care exhibited by Tim. I left promising myself I would not take so long to return. Even if you are next door at The Drexel for the main, you should be before and after at Tropezon. If you anywhere in the vicinity, make a stop lol. Ok you get the point.

The Spanish tapas are great for sharing and that way you can try everything too. The pan con tomate was so simple yet one of the best things on the menu. The ingredients they use are so fresh! The tuna tar tar was also one of my favorites and the sauce was drinkable it was so light and complemented the tuna so well. The octopus was not as I would have expected and in a rich cheesy sauce but still very flavorful and tender. The empanadas were perfect as well. Our server Conrad was so friendly and helped us with recommendations for wine and dishes.
