Friendly staff and good supplemental money. I've been donating twice weekly for over a year now with no issues.

Clean location, highest paying plasma center in Minnesota. Highly recommended. Not 5 starts because the longer wait times.

this used to be my plasma place until i came down with a flu for 2 weeks. after that i came & they told me it's been too long & that i need to get a full physical before i can donate...fine then let me do it. i get told no & i have to schedule an appointment...i was confused since it was actually empty in the lobby & still only 3pm when they close at 7. but whatever i'll come the next day. well, the next day comes and I get there at my schedule time and there's no one besides 2 people in the lobby one alreadt going back to donate. I come at my schedule time and the lady who I am close with since she's usually screened me before she goes to tell them to start taking me back to get my physical and instantly the general manager or the boss he's the older white guy with glasses, bald kind of chubby... anyways, he instantly told her no she's over 10 minutes late. f(l i wasn't & it was 3pm ) and I already took someone else. She can reschedule and go home.. she came back and looked at me like she had a ghost on her face, because she seriously had no answer as to why they couldn't take me. I asked Lowder and he told me you were late we don't take late people as I already drove down there three times this week being told a different answer they wasted my time when I already could've been a new donor at a different plasma place (which I ended up doing) i was shaken up because I was a 3year loyal customer to their cheap asses and they have terrible nurses who poke the shit out of every donor. Every draw was uncomfortable they would get mad if you ask them to turn down the speed of your machine since it was hurting and burning the nerve, they don't care about anything but ripping off their patients Oh, and don't get me started on their wait times as well with no nurses and then they get mad at you because they're understaffed and have to do their job . Every time I went in there I was uncomfortable, didn't feel welcomed and definitely getting ripped off. I mean if you're fine playing $40 for your hour donation & not even getting more than $65. If you're even lucky for your second donation not even $100 is sick. Anyways, if that place is going to be managed by that same older white guy who honestly looks like the main character in Captain Philip, that store is not going to last month especially that location he is ruining it and shutting out customers, long-term customers who come there weekly sometimes four times because they mess up scheduling you . Their monitors always seem to have a problem as well with their hematocrit and protein reading. It always seem to be denying people saying that everything was too low or their blood pressure was too high when it was neither it would be very weird. Numerous patients, not being able to donate to the point, people would say stop putting me in the room let me pick my own and mysteriously they would be able to donate It always felt like I was trying to gamble every time I came inside there . I switched over to Octapharma as well bio life and my experience over. There was wonderful as well with the pay they make you feel like what you're doing. There is definitely worth your time. I suggest you guys invest your time into a better company. They will take care of you like they never did here I would upload photos, but that would definitely get the HR involved since they only care about themselves but I believe in karma and I know that someday they will straighten out themselves and be a better company to their patients and Saint Paul. read more

Wish I can give less stars. I am utterly pissed. When I started as a new donor they said I'd be getting $800 which is why I signed up in the first place, on my fourth donation I received $40 which is a big jump from 125,100, and ,90. When I called she said I would be getting paid overall $715, I mentioned that when I started they said it would be 800 and all she said was whoever told you that was wrong. I feel scammed and I will not be going back there again. If you want to be scammed go here if not stay away. read more

Wait is ridiculous here. I have tried all times of the day. Mid day is the least long wait. Don't try to come in after 5pm. I have been to all the plasma centers in the twin cities I have no idea why they always have just one screener and you sit in back way to long before getting stuck. They are running on a skeleton crew and management doesn't seem to help. They have multiple people at front desk looking like they're doing nothing and huge lines waiting to get screened with one screener doing vitals. I don't know if they do that to maximize profits but you would think you can get more people through the more money they will make but they stick w horrible service. They get around 1500.00 per bag of plasma from donors you would think they could invest some of the profit to making the donors experience better or at least faster. Just some constructive criticism from a donor. read more

This place sucks. One of the team members lied and said that I said I moved locations WHEN I DIDNT and was being extremely difficult making it harder for me to donate. The rest of the staff was being just as difficult and even with my address in my ID and a piece of mail being the same, they still wanted me to go all the way back to m y house to grab a piece of post marked mail. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody. read more

I called to inquire about referrals and received very unprofessional customer service from Jared the so called manager. He told me "that's too bad" and "good luck" when I told him I had referred a friend that's been donating twice a week because she didn't write my name down that I referred her. She wrote down that a friend referred her. So would you would rather loose two new donors? Jared makes the company look bad and I can't believe Talecris would hire such rude managers. read more

Terrible personnel, I told them I have a small fear of needles and to be as gentle as possible and they said they would but when it came time to stick me they had to retry 6 different times and I notified them that the needle was severely pinching my vein, but they did nothing. Don't come here, they treat you like shit and they think they can cuz they're giving you 50 dollars. It's very unclean too, the staff don't look like they're very hygienic to put it nicely. THEN they randomly asked me for a proof of address which I brought to my next donation and when I got there they told me I couldn't donate for an unspecified reason, but they took my proof of address for next time. TODAY 13 days later I try to donate and they say they don't have my proof of address on record... All they could say was "well that sucks, she must've not put it in your file, so you can't donate today" I then asked for the manager so I could give him some feedback, I waited for 45 minutes before I could take no more disrespect and left. Do not go to this establishment, they will use and abuse you for 50 dollars a pop your first 5 donations THEN AFTER THAT ITS ONLY 25, THEN 35 BUCKS A POP. Unprofessional. read more
