Fantastic selection of locally brewed beers. My favorite is Udder Chaos. Great, friendly staff! Thank you, Crystal and Jerika for the great service!

If you're starting to get into sours, they have a nice variety of fruity sours. I learned that due to state law, they cannot serve beers over 5(?)% ABV on draft; only in cans. The girl that served me was very chill and pleasant; smiles all the time. Seating area inside is small and quiet for relaxing.

Great place in an industrial area of Ogden. Veteran owned and super friendly staff. Excellent selection of craft brews - the hazy IPA (Spindrift) and the Mexican lager (Norte) were my faves. Great job, guys!

There is not a beer that I've tried that I haven't liked. However, I think the Bel's Fury Red Ale has to be my favorite. It's full of flavor and a great beer for anytime. I like Talisman because they do a great job at offering a variety of beers. They range from the standard Utah 4% all the way up to 12%. You've got lots of IPA's, but they also make Porters, Stouts, Ales, and after talking to the owners it sounds like they have even more tasty things brewing! They do a lot of fun seasonals so if you're a local make sure to follow them on social media to see what they are serving up! I most recently came here for Beer Yoga which was a blast! I guess they do this monthly and they might start doing it more often since people love it so much. It was $15 and came with 1 hr of yoga plus FIVE 3-oz samples of their beer. Yum! They also said they might offer other fun events in the future like paint nites, so definitely check out their events to see what they decide to plan for the future! You can come to their store to get their tasty beers, head to a liquor store, or just about any restaurant that focuses on serving local beers carries them now. I'm 99% positive I've even seen the 4% ones in the grocery store. Definitely keep your eye out for Talisman if you are a lover of good, local beer!

    Flight!

I stopped into Talisman for a flight because I was on a business trip and wanted a good craft beer. Lord, they did not disappoint. My favorite was the Killer Grove, a blood orange honey wheat. It was so smooth, citrusy but not overbearing and a lovely beer for summer. I also loved their seasonal Gose! If I ever make it back to SLC, I will be retiring!!! AND the staff was amazing, helpful, and nice!

Absolutely love this place! Amazing beer and actually feels like a brewery which is hard to find in Utah sometimes.

Great selection of great beer. You can get a growler filled for 10 bucks. Just needs a taproom now

Parked for free streetside nearby and walked over, got on the waitlist and was texted to return after just 15 mins. Seated and we already knew the food we wanted, but took a moment to go through the beers to choose 4 each for our flights. I was so excited to try out the place and their homebrewed drinks! My salad was massive, with charred grilled chicken and a delicious buffalo sauce. The appetizers were amazing as well, you HAVE to try their fried pickles!! It was super hot outside so the beers were extra refreshing, I really loved their IPA but their stout fell flat for me. I can be picky! Their Porter also shone, delicious and unique! Service was friendly and super fast. I asked for some modifications on my salad and they did not mind a bit. Grabbed a pint glass on the way out. Would love to come back here and watch a game from the back patio, which is shaded and has misters (and a kid area!).

I could easily eat the bisque alone. We ago got the garlic cheese curds, and the Mac n cheese which was phenomenal! Last time we came, the weekly appetizer was spinach artichoke dip, that was so good, I got a second serving as "dessert" (another day). Their regular menu is great, but I also love the rotation, to add a little more variety. It was very busy, and we mentioned we were trying to make a show later, and they took care of us, and we made it on time.

Even after that, we waited another long time to even get drinks started and food ordered in. The bartender was super kind and talkative but felt like he had really no care for being attentive. The food we got was okay. The ribs had good flavor but the texture felt off as if they were microwaved or overcooked. My girlfriend got a buffalo chicken sandwich that really had no flavor and was mostly breading and super messy. I got a shepherds pie but as well the potatoes had little to no flavor.. I think this place has a lot of potential. Maybe it was just a bad night. But I think better service and curating a better palate for the menu can be done. Especially for being one of the few better bar and food places in Ogden.

They were awesome. Luke and Brooke were amazing and not flustered by the rush as the drink orders kept coming. We watched them give the same amount of attention to every drink and garnish; each one looked perfect when it left the bar. My wife had a Rosa 75, on the menu, it had a Mexican gin in it that was phenomenal. No big juniper taste, bright tasting and beautiful. She also had a custom creation of Luke's called a "Sassy Marg" that used Ancho Reyes Verde liqueur. It gave the drink just the right amount of spice. I had a classic margarita and then a. Pina Colada that was dangerously tasty. If you ever go here0 make sure to visit Luke and Brooke at the bar. Well worth it!

Decided to give them a call to see if there were any tables, just in case. To my surprise there was! I got so excited. I arrived at my reservation time of 615 and was promptly seated... in a near empty restaurant. Why the need for reservations? Anyway... after placing our quickly order (since we had studied the menu at home)... finally AN HOUR LATER our food arrived. The server apologized and said we got stuck behind a large party. Now, I'm no scientist, but wouldn't you assume if the restaurant required reservations and their system was showing a fully booked house, including a large party, wouldn't you bring on maybe just one more chef? Anyway... the food was great. Service, not so much!
