You're missing out on La Campana! I really really like this place. Second time coming in and the food and service is fantastic. Three different staff stopped by throughout to check if we needed anything. I ordered the Alambre mix fajitas, and the meat, chicken and steak especially, was the best fajita meats I've had ever. Juicy with that smokey grilled flavor from the skillet. The tortillas, corn and flour, were both fresh and perfect. I also love their house salsa they bring you with the chips. Oh and the margarita slaps. This is my new go to Mexican spot and I love 5 miles away in SoDo, but it's worth driving up to Winter Park. Came here for the first time with my mom who LOVES this place. I love a good seafood tower and this was presented so well and tasted delicious! We had a party of 4 and it was plenty! Tacos and taco salad were very good. The service is really great. Everyone is very friendly. Their menu has a little bit of everything and they were able to accommodate edits to the menu. I've visited twice, and both times the dining experience was wonderful! The service is fast and knowledgeable of the menu, and the presentation of the food is done very well! Attended a friend's birthday dinner party on Taco Tuesday (of course) at La Campana and wow wow wow!! I was not expecting to be blown out of the water by the tasty birria tacos I had that night. Even more surprising was the presentation of those tacos. I truly enjoyed every bit of my experience at La Campana. To start, the tacos (I only had the birria tacos - so I'd like to go back to try other dishes) were really good. They were a bit greasy but I think it added to the overall experience. Again, they were presented in the coolest way I'd ever seen tacos presented: hanging from hooks over a side dish of black beans in tortilla bowl/shell and a bowl of sauce to dunk your tacos in. There were seasoned well and most importantly, especially in these times, they were priced well. In fact, my bill, tacos and two house margaritas, were well under standard dinner pricing. Talk about a TRUE HIDDEN (well priced) GEM! Service was great and speedy. The staff was so sweet - in particular our waitress was just the kindest and most efficient person. The restaurant itself, though on the quaint side, was very welcoming. Also, I learned, on certain nights they have live entertainment - which is always plus in my book. This is a must try spot in Central Florida for authentic Mexican cuisine and seafood dishes. Their seafood is not only delicious but very fresh and even though they specialize in seafood all the dishes I tried were so delicious, enjoyable and presented beautifully. The service was great and everyone was very hospitable. Great recommendations were given but honestly it doesn't matter what you order because it's all so good! The moment you sit down complimentary chips and salsa are brought to your table. I really liked the salsa. It was fresh, had nice chunks of tomato and wasn't spicy so it was enjoyable to eat while waiting for food and drinks. For starters we ordered the queso fundido and sopes. The queso fundido came out sizzling hot so the cheese was perfectly melted and had an amazing cheese pull. The chorizo was the perfect topping and the warm tortillas brought the whole dish together. For the sopes we ordered them with barbacoa as the protein. They came out beautifully assembled and each bite had the perfect ratio of protein and toppings. I also really love their avocado and cream sauce. We had to order one of the most impressive dishes I have seen in a while. Their Torre de Mariscos is an absolute masterpiece and a must try if you love seafood especially in ceviche form. Not only is it stunning to look at but each layer is packed with so much seafood! This is a whole meal on its own and one I would order every time. All the seafood was so fresh, light and absolutely delicious. The octopus was some of the best and most tender octopus I've had. The quesa-birrias were also a very fun dish to order. They came out pinned to a line dripping in consume with even more consume underneath for dipping. Not only is it a fun dish to look at but these tacos were absolutely delicious and the consume was so flavorful. The corn tortillas were crisped up nicely, the stewed meat was pull apart tender and the melted cheese made the tacos even better. For the flautas we choose chicken and beef as our proteins and just like all the other proteins the meat was flavorful and juicy. The corn tortillas were perfectly crispy and each bite was satisfying. For dessert we ordered the tres leches and it was the best tres leches I've ever had. I was shocked at how moist it was, I loved and savored every bite! Their horchata and margaritas are great drinks to order. You can tell the horchata is made in house, it was very tasty and not too sweet. The margaritas are a great size and very refreshing. I loved that both drinks we ordered tasted natural and not artificial. This is a place I would return to again and again especially since there are so many delicious looking dishes I can't wait to try! read more

First time visiting here and it was better than I had hoped. I didn't know what to expect and was surprised at how nice and cute the place is when you first walk in. There are murals and nice, comfy chairs that give an elegant feel to the place. Our sweet waitress Daniela immediately brought us salsa and chips the moment we sat down and I really liked the salsa and the fact it wasn't spicy. I ordered a tinga burrito and the hubby got a torta and both came out pretty quickly. First bite was just delicious! Whatever seasoning they used in it was just so good and nothing was overpowering. The pico de gallo had a good combination of veggies and spices to it that added a nice touch to the burrito. I was seated quickly and given complimentary chips with red and green salsa. Both were really good with the green salsa having the right amount of spiciness. The chips weren't homemade but they were good quality. I ordered a small guac, 2 tacos -el pastor and asada and the taco birria lunch combo. The guac was great! Fresh made and chunky like I prefer. First, they brought out some complimentary chips and salsa. They had a very good salsa, I was definitely impressed by their salsa. For lunch I ordered a birria taco and a burrito with chorizo as my protein. The food was a little slow, but not terrible. The birria taco was definitely solid and was a truly great part of my meal. My burrito was OK, though honestly, not the best. My son also had a burrito and he said that he was disappointed with his, as well. He did say that next that I go, I have to try their octopus. He said it was outstanding. All in all and despite the burrito, I can see that this is a great place to head towards for a Mexican meal. The inside is a little small, but since we got there around 4:30, there was plenty of seating. They gave us salsa and chips as a starter and both were very good. I ordered the chimichanga and my wife ordered the fish. The presentation was very good: the food was served on a long white dish, the rice was in a little mound, and the refried beans were in their own bowl. Everything was very good and it tasted fresh. Though the chimichanga was very big and I was very full. However, the server seemed a little inattentive. We had to ask for more salsa twice, even asking another server for some.
