    Orange Bergamot 75

Second time was even better! This visit the service was fast and friendly. The menu completely changed. All the burgers are smash burgers. The Bacon Burger was yummy. The seasoning on the fries was perfectly balanced. The orange bergamot 75 cocktail is a twist on the original French 75. I actually liked this better because it has more citrus. - Glad I gave this restaurant a second try!

    Fish and Chips

We had excellent service from Jenny! Very chipper and helpful! I had the bourbon cheeseburger, but added blue cheese in place of white cheddar and it was excellent! Fries were very good. My husband had the fish and chips and found them quite good. Nice ambience and a very nice new building, the only recommendation I would give would be if there is anything that could be done to help warm up the bar area as we were pretty chilly - enough so that we went and got our coats from the car in spite of the fact that it was four in the afternoon and a beautiful sunny day. All in all, we would definitely recommend this place, my husband enjoyed the local craft beer, the food was very good, and the service - excellent! We will be back! Thank you!

We came in with a party of 9 and were seated right away. Server was nice but not very attentive. We had to ask for refills (when we could get her). She wasn't bad but not equal to our automatic gratuity that was added. The burgers were good but a little dry, fries are good. The Cobb salad was tasty as was the beer cheese soup. Highlight of the meal was the whisky tasting as we left. The employee was animated and excited about the product and very friendly. A very redeeming end to an ok meal. Also, the raspberry blonde is delightful.

Stopped in around 8 last night after we got off the road and checked into the hotel next door. We looked up food in the area and this place didn't even come up in the google search. The vibe in the restaurant was good so we didn't mind the wait to be greeted or on our drinks. Service was good, and the drinks were tasty. Would definitely recommend.

$56 for two SALADS WITH CHICKEN this is max a $15 meal each. Dressing was really good but not pleased with these prices.

Had a great meal here! We started with the fried pickles which were also delicious. Our server was attentive and friendly. It was a quiet afternoon, not busy and easy to navigate and hear one another talking at a normal volume.

12oz prime rib, mashed poratoes and veggies.

Sadly, I've tried a couple of times since this original post and havnt been able to get a decent cut since. I finally had to stop Ordering it because I had to keep sending it back because it was medium well or well. They can't figure out what medium is and it comes out gray. No! Not for that kind of money. I'm sad.

    Cheese curds

A convenient and slightly upscale place to have dinner in an area where dining options are limited. Conveniently located next to a hotel. The food was good, especially the cheese curds. The prices are quite high but overall the experience was enjoyable and service friendly.

    Great beer and burgers!

Good food, good beer good atmosphere good service. The bourbon, bacon, mushroom burger with the frizzle onions and the PNW IPA

Pear and feta salad add chicken.

Pros: Chill lounge/sitting area at the front corner with sofas, a low bar (accessibility friendly) and board games. Big tables to accommodate groups and various bar seating. Large brewery menu screens with large range and the food looked good. Tbh we came for brews so can't comment on food. The Wildman Beer brand was so-so. Some better than others! Cons: FOH staff interaction. Why we love pubs/breweries is because of the chill, friendly, conversational flow of FOH; their knowledge of the beers and/or cocktails, their passion for sharing it with new customers so they come back again and again ... this vibe fell short at Wildman. TL;DR Good for a basic group of people looking for a brewery experience in town with room for large groups. Not for those who are expecting an awesome brewery experience -- a la PDX, DEN, PHX, ATX or SEA.

But when I saw that they opened up a location in Olympia and Steve and I were going to Olympia for a show it made perfect sense to go to this new location. Downtown where our show was is super walkable and this brewery is right there. When we went in what escaped my attention at the Raymond location was that I was particularly impressed with their own mead selection. And the mead did not disappoint in the slightest. The first mead I had was their Oak Aged Classic Mead. Such fantastic balance in body and the oak flavor was truly impressive! I got another mead from the list, the Sneaky Bastard Meer. It's called meer I believe due to the five different kinds of hops they put into it. Great floral and honey flavored highlights! Our experience here was excellent! Steve enjoyed his drink selections as well! Definitely returning for more mead enjoyment!

Lodge Wood Fired Grill took previous complaints…read moreseriously and revamped their menu, and my family has been really impressed with their efforts! You will notice the ratings will improve soon! While some of our favorites have disappeared (The BBQ platter with assorted meats and corn! Bring it baaaaack!), they've added others that are equally great. The kids menu has multiple options at $8.99 and include milk or juice. The chicken fingers (2) came with apple slices, and a choice of veggies or fries. The kids cheeseburger was adequate for a kid, and came with the same options. The artichoke dip was the ultimate comfort food. Lots of spinach and chunks of artichoke, served with tortilla chips piping hot. Big portions, too! I had the spicy shrimp pasta and it was indeed spicy! Flavor was on point, although I do wish the shrimp were cooked just a little bit longer. They tasted great, but the texture was lacking a bit. My husband had a rack of ribs and they were messy but they were really good! Lodge has the best French fries too! The slaw was dry and lacked flavor and dressing. It was served in a tiny metal cup that you usually see ketchup served in. On another visit, we had the new and improved adult menu burger. The patty is made in house and is excellent. You will not be disappointed if you order this. You can build it however you like. Our server was great - very attentive without hovering. I don't remember her name but we really enjoy her service. On our way back north, we stopped by Mount Olympus Brewery. It was quite quiet, especially since it was a Sunday and not many people were there. We were just me and two other friends, so we decided to sit at the bar and have a few drinks. The place was fairly quiet, and they had a TV in the bar area, which was pretty cool. We ended up watching the NBA Finals game seven. The servers were amazing--down-to-earth, very personable, and they made us feel very welcome. Maybe because it wasn't that many people there, but anyway, I don't think that was an issue. There were great people there. They had plenty of options on draft and bottled/ canned , but I sampled two stouts on draft. The one that I liked the most was the Blood of Hades, which is a Barrel Aged Imperial Stout that aged for 12 months. I really enjoy the flavors of bourbon, char, and chocolate, hence the vanilla, and combined with bursting flavors of cinnamon, spice, and dark chocolate. It's by far earned its place in my top 5% of styles that I've drunk in multiple regions. I should definitely return here in the near future and indulge some more because this place seems pretty cool. It's very quiet and peaceful. I recommend coming to Mount Olympus Brewery if ever in Aberdeen.
