I asked for and pointed to service I wanted on their menu card. Once again I was over charged. I pointed to 38 and was charged 15 extra. Also tips must now be in cash or venmo or PayPal app, not on credit card. This is not first time I was overcharged. I cut n shape my own nails and asked for color off and color on. I am complaining on yelp today since I got home half hour later and my one toe is damaged. I do not have an extra hour plus to run back there for sophea to fix. Been going there for over 2 years. Time to find better place that I can rely on charges not being a surprise. And a dry toe when I am hustled to the cashier desk. read more

I've given this place three tries now and every time I I've left barely satisfied. My first time started out great. The place is so nice and clean. I was given water and snack during my gel pedicure and I LOVED the girl doing my nails, too. Then, out of nowhere they pull her to do another client which would have been fine if this other girl didn't act like I was a nuisance. I made an appt to also get my nails done this time, but almost 40 minutes after my toes were done, no one was servicing me for my hands. I made another appt for the following Tuesday. This experience wasn't so bad, but I waited entirely too long for someone to service me even when I had an appt. This last time was the final straw. I came back for a fill and surprisingly I was sat right away. Great. But, I'm not gonna name drop, the girl doing my nails literally left all of the baby blue polish she wiped off on my hands. It didn't even really look like my hands were done aside from the new polish. Made my hands look so ashy and unappealing. And, she hardly spoke to me or even made eye contact. The business itself is beautiful inside. When you walk in, it is aesthetically pleasing, clean and relaxing; however, there are ridiculous wait times. If you haven't been there before, you won't know which nail technician to choose and will probably get someone who isn't very talented. I made an appointment here anticipating that I would leave both my daughters at home but realized as I was about to leave my house that it would be so cruel to, yet again, leave my oldest at home while I went to get my nails done. So I brought her along with me letting her know that because I hadn't made a separate appointment for her that she might not be able to get her nails done too and she said that she was okay with that so off we went. I believe the man who did our nails was named Victor and as he was finishing he just up and offered to do my littles nails too! It was such a wonderful surprise for my daughter and I both to be able to get both of our nails done, it was so sweet of him to go out of his way to do her nails and we were both so very happy with our experience. Even the day after 2 of her nails lost the gel polish (it's debated that she just picked them off, we aren't 100% sure if it's that or just because she has oily nails) we went back and they gladly fixed them. I love anywhere that makes my little feel special, I highly recommend going here for a positive bright experience. Also, of course, I got a fill in for acrylics I got done elsewhere that were not so great and they fixed them up and made them look very nice. It's been a week since getting them done and I've been moving furniture, spackling dry wall and sanding, vigorously cleaning and your average hustle and bustle with 2 kids and not even a single scratch on these nails! The space is clean and staff is friendly. I've yet to have a bad experience in the 5 months I've been a patron. Of course if you don't do your own research on the nail techs you may end up with those who are less experienced, it happens. Once you find the tech you like you should make sure you make the appropriate appointments with that tech as you're not promised their time. I've never had anything less then great service even when my polish peeled 5 days after my appointment, they fixed it with zero cost to me. read more

My issue with this place is that you either have an amazing experience, or a crappy one. The quality really varies depending on the nail technician. I expect a certain level of quality for my money. There's been several times I've left unhappy due to untrained or possibly uncaring technicians. They can't even do the basics of an acrylic set. The owner is constantly posting amazing and beautiful designs on her social media but it's impossible to get that level of quality unless you have a personal "in" with her, or are dropping $100+ on a fill. I expect the same level of quality if I'm getting a simple fill with polish. I've gone back twice to have my nails fixed after they were botched by a tech, only to have the new tech talk bad about the precious tech's work and STILL have to pay for the fix. This salon does have a more professional atmosphere compared to a lot of salons in the area however. With a consistent receptionist, competitive products, text reminders and modern atmosphere. Despite the negatives I do find myself going back to this salon. I've only given it a 3 star rating but it's honestly better than most in the area. I've been to a lot of salons. The staff is always very polite, friendly and welcoming. They always have lots of people working, my appointment is always honored and I'm never left waiting. If there was more consistency it would definitely be 5 stars. It's however NOT CHEAP. I'm always willing to pay for quality but several times I KNOW I'm not getting the same quality of work other customers do for the same prices- it's very disheartening. read more

Absolutely do not go to this nail salon. I came back 3 days after I paid over $100 for a manicure and pedicure. My GEL polish chipped. They told me I could get the same color for free or I had to pay $20 to change the color, they insisted $20 was a deal because they usually charge $60+ for a polish change on toes and nails together. Keep in mine I had gotten them done three days ago. She pushed a piece of paper in my face stating their "2 day policy" guaranteeing their polish for free. I came back the third day after I had gotten them done, they were chipped the day after and the second day but I had decided to wait and see if I could deal with it. Not thinking I had to make a decision in 48 hours. The third day a whole nail peeled off so I called and made an appointment after being told it would be no charge. Once I arrived I repeatedly said I would like a different color because I feel like the one I originally gel polish may be the reason that it came off in the first place(old, cheap etc.) They couldn't give me a reason as to why it came off, or even apologize about my inconvenience. She soaked my fingers in acetone. ReDid the chipped polish on my toes, then my nails and told me I was finished. My hands were so dry. She did not take extra time. I could tell they were talking about me. Employees kept walking to each other and whispering. I called back once I got home because THEY CHIPPED AGAIN. They told me that it's my fault and this only has ever happened to me. And to come in the next day to get them done for the THIRD time. I told him I wanted my money back and I was told they do not issue refunds then I was hung up on. This place may seem to be upper scale and classy. But they run their business in a trashy way, they were inconsiderate of my time and my money. I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more
