With a simple bun, the hot dogs wrapped in bacon come with mayo, bustard, ketchup and all the trimmings including a sautéed onions, bell peppers and even jalapeños, these guys will run you back $5, and some even take card. Can other places offer you better? Sure. But these guys are right there, and that smell even gets my vegetarian friends hungry. Screw the douchebag conglomerates that try to ban these carts at whatever big event they host. I'm talking about you, NFL.

I finally tried it today and it did not disappoint! I got the original churro because the fillings tend to make it a tad too sweet. The churros are made FRESH to order so you're definitely going to get a piping hot churro. The churros were so CRISP and even stayed crispy once it cooled down. The center was soft with a nice crust outside and didn't become stale! They were also generously dusted with cinnamon sugar and the best part is that they weren't too sweet ^__^! Service was 5/5 for me, despite what other reviews have said. The owner was super sweet and friendly! Cash and Zelle are accepted. There is some parking to the right side of the cart but it is limited (fits 4-5 cars)! Street parking is available but also limited.

Sometimes they provide green tomatillo sauce on top of the traditional orange sauce, which is great for cutting through the grease and cheese as it's tangy and sweet. We tried the Magnolia Chop for the first time and while this was great too, the hot link makes everything slightly saltier than I'm used to and is much more heavy and filling. I'll stick with the cheesesteak or chop cheese next time but will try more of their menu items going forward. Food arrives quickly even during the crowds and long lines at the night market. I've never waited more than 35 minutes combined for both the line to order and being called for our number to pick up our food.
