    I didnt care for the most recent service repair experience at Tamiami Ford. Our family knows Sheila and nothing personal against her. I didnt care for the technician who serviced an oil change. Consumers should be given the option of choosing who services their vehicles. Plus, i had a $20 dollar coupon that i knew was a holiday one that had expired for any service or repair. I had opportunities to use it during their timeframe however no transaction was necessary. I asked the front desk kiosk if this still could be honoured and said that they would take care of it. the $20 deduction was not reflected on the bill, and perhaps they counted paying by check instead of credit card avoiding the processing fee as the discount. I will not be bringing a vehicle of mine back here. The one plus of going here which i enjoyed the most was all of the complimentary accommodations and refreshments in the waiting area including their state of the art espresso machine which i enjoyed the hot chocolates! :)

    So many things went wrong that I dont even know where to start. I bought a lightly used 35k car from them that broke down half way back to Miami. I was stranded for 3hrs until tow truck arrived. Nobody has ever checked in on me and to top it off dealer was closed and nobody was at dealership when I came back so I had to go to Fort Myers and get a rental to get back home. They promised to reimburse me for rental and gas but after 2 weeks of me hitting them up and 3 voicemails they finally sent me a check but only for rental, no gas (I gave the receipts to salesman). Poor communication all along. While car was back with them I had to constantly ask for updates myself, my texts and voicemails were often ignored. Mind you they showed me a 3k invoice from their service department supposedly what they spent to prepare the car for sale including detailing. The car super dirty inside they didnt detail anything. You swipe a finger on dash and it's black. I also question other items on it since car has now broken down on me twice within a month of me buying it!! The car also supposedly came with Wynn's used car warranty but when injectors failed (2nd time it broke down) and I called Wynn's to submit a claim they couldnt find a contract number for my VIN, i dont think there is one so pure FRAUD! So far im out about $600 for detailing, towing, gas, tolls and other fees plus all the time and headache. DO NOT trust their invoice from their service department it's all BS and check service contract from Wynn is active before leaving the premises. I also spent $280 for the new battery within that first month too. Total disaster. Shawn was my salesman and the manager name is Chuck.

    Excellent! We had a very specific car type we wanted and asked our salesman Nick Artino to help locate the perfect car with a great price. He found THE unicorn! A perfect lil BMW. We appreciate Nick and his team for their professionalism and ease through the purchase process.

    The service department is absolutely abysmal. Leaves vehicles worse than when they arrived.

The owner David Rinker & General manager Tim Peck are SCAMMERS & FRAUDS. They refuse to stand by their vehicles.They refuse to abide by their promises prior to purchase. They advertise & promise: "Quality Luxury Cars-- High Quality Inventory--  Meticulously Maintained vehicles that are inspected thoroughly by their Master Technicians to ensure quality prior to placing them for sale." I purchased a vehicle from them 6 months ago. Within the first 2 weeks of ownership, 4 major issues were found on the car. I'm still trying to compell them to take financial responsibility for THEIR product. 3 leaks were discovered & hidden wrecked major damage to the front bumper cover was discovered. I had the hidden wrecked damages repaired for $2,600. The general mgr has refused to reimburse me for the repairs. I recently found out that the 3 leaks are much worse than I thought. On January 7, 2026, I hired a mechanic that specializes in German vehicles to begin work on one of the leaking areas, the oil filter housing & oil cooler gaskets, these repairs are a major undertaking. When he began removing parts, the amount of oil leakage that was found was extensive. Oil leaked everywhere. It's obvious that those gaskets have been leaking for a long time. He also removed the large plastic engine guard that bolts to the underneath of the engine bay. It was saturated wilth huge areas of oil and oil sludge. He then noticed that the engine oil pan drain hole looked as though the drain plug was screwed in with bubble gum. He removed all the gunk and drain plug to discover that the threads of the oil pan drain hole are stripped. The threads can't be repaired. I need a new oil pan. Everything is documented with photos of evidence. I'm in the process to begin suing Autohaus of Naples for $8,000 thru Florida courts. On January 24, 2026, I received a message from a woman that read my many online reviews of Autohaus of Naples. She shared with me that she recently purchased a Mercedes from Autohaus of Naples. While she was driving on the highway, the entire metal roof flew off. She sent me a photo. It's shocking. She mentioned that the general manager, Tim Peck, has refused to compensate her for the major damage & safety issue. Her vehicle is currently not drivable. She shared screen shots of her communications between she and her salesperson and Tim Peck. Tim was as completely unprofessional just as he was with me & refuses to take responsibility for his products just as with me. Some of the online review platforms allow posting photos but some do not. If you have anything to ask me or share with me about Autohaus of Naples, find my Facebook review on their page. You can then message me thru Facebook. STAY AWAY FROM AUTOHAUS OF NAPLES! They are NOT a quality preowned vehicle dealership. Of importance, I have only been able to drive the vehicle about 200 miles during the 6 months of ownership. The vehicle still has less than 60,000 miles & is a 2011. As a result of my complaint against Autohaus of Naples to the Florida BBB on 9/18/2025, Autohaus of Naples now has a lower rating. It has dropped to B- because they ignored the 3 attempts by the BBB to resolve my complaint. Autohaus of Naples is no longer accredited.

Less than two months after purchase, I took the car to Midas for a routine oil change and was told the vehicle had worn rear brakes, a potential oil leak, a cracked driveshaft, low fluids, and filthy cabin and engine filters. These issues clearly existed before I bought the car. When I returned to CarMax, they initially suggested it might be my fault, despite the short ownership period. Photos from Midas proved otherwise. CarMax did provide a loaner, which I appreciate, but their service department has had my car for over 24 hours without even running diagnostics. They have called to ask about the loaner and to say they are have not gotten to my car yet and cannot give a timeline for when my car will be checked or repaired because they are busy. This is especially frustrating during the holiday travel season, when I would much rather have my own vehicle. Overall, I am very disappointed with both the sales process and the service department. I would strongly recommend getting an independent inspection before purchasing from CarMax, regardless of their inspection claims.

This dealership is a joke and a money grab and I will never do business with them again because of the constant disappointment when I'm here. Pedro was very nice and although he wanted to sit down and chat about options but I had limited time and just wanted to look at a few Tellurides to get a feel for the car. Pedro brought his manager Brody over to introduce us and just let him know we were there and Pedro was a great help. Brody was very professional and nice as well, On our way out of Naples, we stopped in again and I brought the whole family so they can check out the car too and get everyone in the car to get feedback. Pedro was there and was able to assist again. We asked to look at some previously owned vehicles and wanted to look at them in person. We saw a nice black Telluride with the works. Then saw two white Tellirides. I don't love the brownish orange leather interior which killed it for me. But then we saw another beautiful white Telluride that was pretty much new, 2025 with only 6k miles. But there was some small exterior damage and the lining around the back windows needed to be fixed as well, not to mention manual back door lift. Nooooooo!!! Lol. It was great to see the cars in person and compare. We saw someone who just bought a gorgeous matte dark grey Kia Sportage and got to talk to them a bit. They said they were trading in their Audi and BMW for a Kia because Kia's technology is so advanced and you get more luxury options for a fraction of the cost. He said his uncle is trading in his Range Rover for a Telluride too. This is CRAZY to me!!! Ha. But hopeful as I keep hearing Kia has been more popular with the technology and how far they have come in everything! We didn't walk out with a car today but it was helpful to compare the options. Jeremy, another manager also approached us to see if we had any questions and we mentioned Brody was assisting us too. Jeremy was very friendly and professional. He was able to assist with questions my husband had regarding Certified Kia options. We really appreciated his time in answering our questions or concerns. Good experience overall. We're still shopping around and comparing options before making a final decision.

I originally owned a 2019 Kia K5 GT-Line in Wolf Gray with red seats, and I absolutely loved that vehicle. However, for a long time I repeatedly complained about hot water leaking onto my left foot while driving, and even onto the passenger side floor. Despite multiple visits and complaints, I felt like I was constantly given the runaround rather than a real solution. Eventually, due to a malfunction and recall issues, I was forced to give up the car that I loved. I was placed into a 2024 model, which honestly felt like a downgrade because many of the features I enjoyed in my 2019 vehicle were no longer included. I was also sold on additional tire warranty coverage and was led to believe I would be protected if problems arose. When I later experienced tire issues, I found out there were so many restrictions and requirements that the warranty was practically useless. As a single mother at the time, I ended up paying out of pocket for expenses I thought were covered. Now I am dealing with another major issue. My vehicle recently began jerking, jumping, and shutting down while I was driving with my son in the car. The situation became serious enough that the vehicle had to be towed. What pushed me to write this review was the way I was treated when expressing my concerns. While speaking with a member of the service department, I explained my frustrations and worries about my vehicle. Instead of showing empathy or professionalism, his immediate response was, "I didn't break your car. It's not my fault." At no point did I accuse him of breaking my vehicle. I was simply trying to express my concerns as a customer who has been dealing with ongoing vehicle issues and is currently without reliable transportation. I understand that not every problem is the dealership's fault, but customer service matters. A little compassion and professionalism go a long way, especially when someone is dealing with the stress of vehicle repairs, towing expenses, transportation issues, and caring for their family. I have always loved Kia vehicles, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I hope Airport Kia takes customer concerns more seriously and works on treating long-time customers with the respect and understanding they deserve. I also want to point out that I am not someone who typically leaves negative reviews. In fact, throughout the years I have consistently left positive comments and praised the service staff whenever I received good customer service. I understand that vehicle issues happen, and I have always tried to be patient and respectful. However, my interaction today with a service representative, whom I believe was named Nick, was beyond disappointing. He was rude, dismissive, and lacked basic customer service skills. When I was expressing my concerns and frustrations about my vehicle, his response was, "I didn't break your car. It's not my fault." That comment was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. At no point did I accuse him of breaking my car. I was simply explaining my situation as a customer who has experienced ongoing issues and is currently without reliable transportation. What I needed in that moment was understanding, professionalism, and someone willing to listen--not a defensive and disrespectful response. After years of being a loyal customer, that interaction left a very negative impression on me.

But my fiance insisted and said the salesperson was really nice. My fiance's battery went dead on 7/30/25. I jumped it that evening and let the battery charge for a half hour. Dead the next morning and wouldn't jump, multiple tries. I drove to Auto Zone and got a new battery because the Audi dealer is 1.5 hours away, round-trip. Replaced the battery and drove immediately to Audi Naples. Audi told me to let them replace the battery AGAIN and TRY to get my money back from Auto Zone. I refused because I don't want another Audi battery with "Sudden Death Syndrome"! They charged my fiance $291 to reprogram the Audi for a new non-Audi battery. Verified by the Shop Foreman. BS! This reprogramming fee after battery change is NOT required by many manufacturers, but VW Audi wants your money! My fiance then drove to North Georgia for a family emergency, where she noticed that the Audi Q3 wasn't displaying tire pressure, battery charge, service displays, etc. The reprogramming didn't even work! Now she's 10 hours away and afraid to drive back alone. I'll fly up there and help her drive back. $266 for a battery that works, $291 for Audi to "reprogram" that didn't work. Flight $?. Huge waste of time and money! I'll never buy an Audi or VW product again! Horrible, arrogant, disgusting!
