I really hate that I have to write a review about this place, but it's the second time they let me down and this time was terrible. I was seated with Peter to get a fill, and it wasn't long before I could tell he didn't know what he was doing. I tried giving him a chance, so I didn't interrupt him, but right before he tried to polish my nails I had to stop him. A couple of my nails were crooked, but the worst part, was it didn't even look like I got a fill, they looked worse than when I came in. He didn't fill the nail down to the cuticles, so it looked grown out. I asked him politely if I could use the file to at least fix the shape, and as soon as I started filling them one of the nail techs that was sitting at the second chair to the left of the salon told me to sit in her chair so she can fix them. She noticed that I was upset, but started filing away while laughing and speaking with her coworkers. To try and fix one of my crooked nails, she actually made the nail smaller than my actual nail bed. I told her to skip the polish, it wouldn't of fixed anything due to how terrible the foundation was. Two of my nails even have hair under them. These were supposed to be my birthday nails, so out of frustration I started tearing up. She charged me $27 and sent me on my way. My family and I will never return to this place again. read more

After a long day of work I just wanted to relax and treat myself bad idea ‍ I will never go here again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone anymore. It does not look like they were professionally done. The worst part is he cut my cuticle area with the nail drill on several fingers & I didn't realize until after the fact when I went to use hand sanitizer when I got to my car. He didn't put any lotions on my hands so after the gel light they were left very dry and some polish on fingers. He made fun of the color I choose the whole time he did them. I just wanted to go home at that point. Most horrible experience ever. Even with all those issues I was willing to take the loss on it all. But when my fingers burn every time I wash them and now they are inflamed. I called and told them about what happened and they did offer me to come back to "fix" them but how can they fix those cuts?! Very disappointed in this service. read more

I was in a little bit of a rush, I went in around 6-6:30 pm and there were woman standing right at the entrance picking their color and me being in a rush I was thinking I was going to be there for a while. Two ladies who worked there asked me what I needed done and took a minute to figure out who was going to help me. I ended up getting seated to do my manicure first with Tony. He did a really good job, he actually painted my entire nail lol usually I get stuck with women who don't paint the sides of my nails all the way...super bothersome. I came to get a gel manicure while visiting from LA. My visit started well in the beginning but in the middle of the job, the nail lady had me soaking my nails in water to take on an eyebrow wax walk-in. I can understand if it was for a quick 10 mins but no. I was waiting for almost 30 mins. Not to mention, I had to wait 30 mins when coming in. Came here today and this place is just dirty! The bathroom was gross. The floor was covered in nails and dust and paper. The pedicure chairs where the worst part, part of someone's cut acrylic nail was in one of the tubs and they didn't even bother to clean it up they just put the bag on top of it. Also I had to ask them to wipe down the pedicure chair itself before I sat down because it was covered in nasty crumbs and a stain of someone's cup and drums roll please.... Someone's dirty wet Kleenex. Gross!! With COvid going on you would think they would take cleanliness more serious. But they definitely do not. By far the most dirty nail salon I have ever been to. I went there because I wanted a manipedi and didn't have time to wait for an appointment at my usual place. They got me right in but it went downhill from there. The sign said that they don't take credit cards and the mani pedi was 50$ and I only had 50$ cash on me. I decided to just get the pedi so that I would have enough for a tip but then an older woman (Owner?) said that they would take my credit card for a fee. (fee is usually about 1.5%). I got the manipedi and the girl breaks the skin on my big toe (I hoped it wouldn't get infected). When she rung me up bill said 50$ (nothing about the fee) and I tipped the girl 10$. Four days later I had a seriously infected toe that took 3 rounds of antibiotics to clear up. To add insult to injury, when my credit card statement came in she had actually charged me 93$ and change !! I will not go back. read more

Worst customer service ever. I came in and requested Tony and they told me that he wasn't available and that someone else could help me. So a lady comes and sees that I have ombré nails and starts speaking in her language and tries to talk me out of getting ombré and just to get gel polish, I told her that's not what I wanted. I sat there for 10 minutes while they walked passed me and helped other people, I asked if they were going to help me and the lady said well you requested tony and he's busy. I then said that I understood he was busy and that someone else could help me and why would I still be sitting here if I knew he was busy and she said yea I was trying to figure out why you were there too. At that point, I grabbed my stuff and walked out. I won't stay somewhere where I'm blatantly being mistreated and talked to rudely. They will never get a chance to mistreat me again because I will NEVER return to this nail shop. The shape was completely off, the paint job was terrible and the man who was doing my nails had no idea what he was doing . Came here Xmas eve when they opened at 9am for a fill. First time customer. I waited approximately 10 minutes to be seated with Lisa. She did not talk much and there was much silence. She did a good job with touching up the shaping of my nails, quick application of a good smooth fill, and a good job applying the gel polish. I asked for a glitter polish but she decided to place a black based coat first without asking. There was a walk-in for eye brow waxing, so she excused herself from me and went to perform the wax. I waited for 5-10 minutes for her to return to finish up my nails. So much for customer service... Been coming here for a long time and REALLY disappointed with David's glitter tip fill. Way too thick and "glitter" looked like sand in milk. It also took him almost 90 minutes to complete. When I asked Tammy if someone else could do them over, she had another man start putting shellac on top of the botched job. I tried to explain (for the 3rd time) what I wanted and she got very rude. I'm not confrontational so I was glad my daughter was with me and took control of the situation. I'm giving 1 star for getting my money back but I don't appreciate the way I was treated after being a long time customer and very good tipper.
