I would highly recommend Tammy nails & spa the atmosphere is very inviting and relaxing it's like a home away from home customer service is out of this world Ann did my full set I would highly recommend her she makes it a priority that you get exactly what you ask for Kim did my pedicure with acrylic to achieve my desire for very square toe nails she also makes it a priority you get what you desire and as for Tammy she did my eyebrow tint it was my first time and when I tell you I'm in love with them I AM IN LOVE WITH THEM overall the services and environment was a 10 out of 10 I will highly recommend you WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED

Sooo the customer service was good, the lady who attended me was really nice. i didnt get my nails done here but i got a waxing service done for my face and my under arms. The room wasnt really a room its just in the hallway. Anyways, Face came out pretty well. But my underarms not too good. Got a bad chemical burn on both underarms, maybe my skin was too sensitive for the wax. Im sure their other services are better. Ouch

Tammy's Nails and Spa is a great alternative if you cannot get into your usual Nail Salon . The lady at the front was so kind enough to find a match for my toes that was same color of my nails. The only thing I wish is for the nail tech to ask what I wanted , do I want to add anything additional (callus remover, paraffin dip ect) otherwise don't mind coming back

So my fiancé surprised me by bring me to this place my sister in law recommended to me and oh my goodness. For my first time my first impression was that it was amazing. I found a place where they can do what I always wanted my nails to look like. Thanks to Jenny and to my sister in law and fiancé. I will most definitely be back for fills. I got a full set done at Tammy's. I was in the salon for over 3 hours even though I called ahead with an appointment. They looked decent same day but less than a week later they all started pulling up. And one even fell off. Very upset with the low quality of work from Tammy's. At the extremely high prices I would expect more. I don't plan on returning. read more

I just moved to Tracy and was looking for a new nail tech, stumbled across Tammy's nail spa ! Originally i wanted tony to do my nails from the reviews on him but he was too busy so i got Ana who's just as amazing ! Seriously i never been so satisfied with my nails! I'm in love decent prices and great work, Ana is a gem she is deff my new nail Ps. Look at how clean she does the acrylic , just flawless ! Ok I'm done lol read more

This is the first time I do my nail here and today they close around 6pm in schedule time but I didn't see it and just walk in around 5:50 but they still do my nail and it fit me perfectly. They are so friendly , talked to me during the time. Thanks to Micheal who is does nice nail shape and very good job another one is Lisa who is very nice to me. Last time I go back my nails look terrible for $50 and the guy didn't seem to know what he was doing . Asked for square have flat nails , he tried to fix them for maybe 2 mins and they looked the same . I would go every 2-3 weeks before they closed due to Covid . Seems like after Covid prices went up and quality went down . Guess I'll find a new shop after coming here for 3 years read more

They are always trying to get you to pay a higher price, so when you pay with apple/Venmo etc, make sure to put exactly what you're paying for, and ask ahead of time what the cost is. They are a fraud, they try changing their prices all the time and will give you excuses. They will deliberately leave or make your nails long to charge you for long even if that's not what you're asking for, they make BS excuses as to why they're charging more money. To the salon, keep your sh*t consistent and stop trying to cheat people and stop talking sh*t about customers, you guys have some serious nerve, I bring in a translator and hear all the sh*t y'all talk, most of you are so damn unprofessional, save your money and go somewhere else. There is one nice lady there, but most of them look you up and down and will base their price on how much they think you can pay instead of one steady price like everyone else! Why don't they have prices posted? For a new set, gel set, refill, etc. because they all charge different based on what they want and it's not ok. One set base price! read more

Had my nails done on 12/13 and had to go back on 12/18 for them to go back over them again,the top coat that goes over the dipping powder was chipping. They touched them up and still not happy with my nails, it looks like a child painted my nails, pretty sad that I paid $43.00 for that! Recommend going to Amazing Nails they do a 100% better. I don't know why I haven't reviewed this place until now, since Tammy's has been my go to spot to get my eyebrows waxed for the past 3 years. I have had a mix of experiences when it comes to getting my eyebrows done, but once I went to Tammys, I have nothing but good things to say. Here's why I keep coming back: 1. I am probably not the easiest client since my eyelids twitch the entire time. I know that this can't be easy for someone trying to work on my brows. 2. I have very sensitive skin. Every time I get my eyebrows waxed, I get hives because of this. -the people at this salon actually listen to my concerns when I tell them not to rub my skin, let the wax get too hot, or use any oils or lotions. Full disclosure: I still get hives, ( but not even close to as bad as before.) This isn't anyone at the salons fault, Just something that happens to me. 3. Jillian. She knows how to deal with my sensitive skin and twitchy eyelids. I'm always happy with the results. She also makes me feel welcome and comfortable, which is why I trust her to my brows. 4. They open the door to ventilate the salon, which means you won't leave with a headache. 5. Tammy, the owner is very kind and welcoming. I have referred many friends and family to this salon and will continue to do so :) read more

This place would have been okay if they hadn't insisted on doing my nails their way. They made the decision to make my nails a different shape from the one I already had. I didn't make a big deal about it, and just chalked it up to the nail techs personal artistic choice. But what really just did it for me was the fact that my ring finger was supposed to be a different color and ended up looking like a slightly different silver than the rest of my nails. And the nail tech continued as if he hadn't realize that he had messed up. This place is a joke, and I am reminded as to why I go to private nail shops rather than your usual. I don't have experience inside the actual nail salon but as I was sitting in my car outside I saw some pretty questionable practices that I thought people should know. I had just finished tanning next door and was getting ready to drive away when I saw one of the nail technicians walk outside and start waving the towel to get dust from nails or something off of it and put it completely inside the outside public trash can that is disgusting. She saw me watching and stared at me the whole time she walked away and inside the salon. I highly doubt that they are going to wash that towel otherwise she could have done that in the back or when they do the laundry. I've never had anyone do that when I've gotten my nails done, they usually fold it up and put it in a hamper. Interesting... probably will not visit this salon in the future. read more

Not too shabby! Definitely coming back. The place is fairly small and very busy on a Friday night but they took everyone in who came in. They do other services like eyebrow waxing but there isn't a room for it. You sit on a chair in front of the bathroom so that was kind of off putting. Love how my nails turned out though! I requested for Tony to do them. I was left with super dry cuticles though and left over matter on them. My simple pedicure with Michael came with a good massage. I'm 32 weeks pregnant so that was a treat! read more

I felt the need to pamper myself but at a place with a good reputation. I was recommended to come to Tammy's salon! I chose stiletto nails and showed Tony a picture of the shape I wanted and he nailed it! I love my holiday nails!! read more

I usually like this place the best out of all the (mediocre at best) places in Tracy. However, my last two experiences have made it so that I won't get my nails done in Tracy again. Usually I schedule with Tammy, I stick with one person, tip well, always make an appointment and don't show up late. The last time I had an appointment with Tammy she didn't get to me until 15 mintues AFTER the appt was supposed to start. No big deal, I know how these 'salons' get, but at least acknowledge me or say sorry when I sit down. And this review I'm writing is for a visit TWO times later... The second to last time I went I asked for Tony because Tammy was booked and people have raved about him. He gave me attitude the WHOLE time. Got irritated when I asked for my nails to be shorter (I was getting a new full set $$) and shaped to not quite coffin, just tapered (extra $ for shaping). You would have thought I was asking for a new sculpted set of nails!!!! When I picked my gel color (more $$ I'm spending) he was annoyed it took me longer than he would have liked and kinda slammed the polish on the table in front of me. The style I was asking for had 2 nails ombre.... Needless to say this looked like CRAP! And while I don't speak his language, it was obvious he was talking about me in a negative way. The last and final straw came Christmas Eve. I was getting a polish change and a pedicure. I don't know who did them for me (it was the same person), I think it was one of the ladies' moms, no lie. I had to point out almost an 1/8th of multiple nails without paint on them, and I got SCARLET RED!!! Made the mistake of asking for the ombre again.... she made Tony's look like Michelangelo did it. I feel like I have given them plenty of chances. Everyone has a bad day, but the last three of my visits were subpar and I will not patronize them further. read more

This review is ONLY for the waxing... I've been here 3x to get my underarms waxed. Tried to save money instead of going to the Euro Wax Center. Not a good idea. The first visit was cool. The lady seemed like she does them all the time. The second visit, when I looked in the mirror, she missed a whole bottom section and I had to ask her to do it on that area. That was still ok. My third visit was such a mistake!! The girl put the wax on and the strip. She didn't wait for it to be cooled and pulled. Ouch!!!!!! Right after and the day after my underarms were both red and look burned. I'm sore and it feels chaffed. So painful. Can't believe that happened and I will not go back for this again. read more

Hello all, Think positive, be happy! Positive thoughts=positive reality=positive life! Everyone is different. Tammy is one of the greatest business owners that cherishes her customers, values employees. Things don't always go the way she likes. People don't always seem to satisfy others. But the world as it is. People are people. Businesses are businesses. The only thing when one gives a bad feedback. That one person needs to look at her/his mood. Nails will grow. Get it the way you want is the desire in your own mind. Consult with business owner for resolutions before you leave any feedback that impacts some great technicians as an individual who serves his or her best at the trade and for a business as a whole. Confront your technician if you have an issue. Focus on the solution and not the problem. My advice to those that left bad feedback is: you are expressing your unhappiness and incapability to solve a tiny thing in your life. So before you write, mind others. Don't hate. Hate is a huge negativity that has been programmed into your own subconscious mind. You don't help yourself nor others by being negative! Make the world a better, pleasant place to live by first make yourself a better human being. Then spread your greatness to one person at a time or to a mass population if possible. Peace! Second time coming here and it was amazing. I wish I had gotten the name of the lady who did my pedicure but she did the most amazing massage I have ever gotten in the 15 years I've been getting pedicures. Anna did my fill and design and she is awesome. My friends rave about her and she lives up to every word they have said. She doesn't stop until your nails are perfect. I will be going back for sure! read more

Nails done by Tony. I'm not one to write reviews but I felt like it was well worth it. Tony took his time and made my nails perfect. Tiny bumps make me nervous and I normally pick at them, but he smoothed everything down perfectly and applied the polish perfectly. This color is Ferrari red in gel. read more

I had a horrible gel fill. When I returned there was NOBODY THAT COULD ADDRESS the poor workmanship. One employee laughed at me on her way out at 5:00pm. I will never return. Oh God!, was the comment of a customer leaving after appt. was "forgotten". As I was having my nails done, a client was complaining: "I told him not to file it so short!". After a long day of work I just wanted to relax and treat myself bad idea ‍ I will never go here again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone anymore. It does not look like they were professionally done. The worst part is he cut my cuticle area with the nail drill on several fingers & I didn't realize until after the fact when I went to use hand sanitizer when I got to my car. He didn't put any lotions on my hands so after the gel light they were left very dry and some polish on fingers. He made fun of the color I choose the whole time he did them. I just wanted to go home at that point. Most horrible experience ever. Even with all those issues I was willing to take the loss on it all. But when my fingers burn every time I wash them and now they are inflamed. I called and told them about what happened and they did offer me to come back to "fix" them but how can they fix those cuts?! Very disappointed in this service. read more

Do not get dip here. I came in for the first time today to get dip done and it was actually so bad that i ended up calling again and demanding a refund or a free set . the ONLY reason i'm not giving them one star is because they agreed to redo my nails for free . when i say the first dip was bad , i mean absolutely horrible . my nails were not smooth at all , and the man that did my nails put a layer of white powder on top of the nails that made them basically gray . so bad . also the customer service was lowkey not good , however the young lady that takes calls and processes all the payments is super sweet , she is such a nice lady . read more

I'm order to post I had to check at least one star. But truth is they get ABSOLUTELY NO STARS!! So, I'm sitting in my own space getting a pedicure when along comes a nail tech who's client has been sitting next to me soaking her feet for about 15-20 minutes, waiting for her pedicure. All clients and technicians have face on. Technicians have plastic face guards on top of their masks. We also have a plastic shield in front of each chair separating client from technicians. That's all great to look at, except your nasty ass technician poured all the excess DIRTY water in her clients basin into mine approximately 4 or 5 full to the brim pails of dirty water. During this Pandemic and germs are at an all time high. So I'm not only in shock I'm grossed out and I'm almost speechless like I'm screaming Stop, Hey but of course they are taking in their native language and not paying any attention to me so I am attempting to get her attention but of course she can't hear me so I start yanking my feet back and I had my phone in my hand (of course) and I video taped it. However, the damage was already done in my mind because every splash of dirty nasty foot fungicide and some other shit had already splashed on my feet and legs and soaked my sweatpants. I was so disgusted my pedicure was done and I stopped at the front desk to talk to "Tammy". But, talked to her scheduler instead. I sent word to Tammy who was busy doing whatever she was doing. She told her employee she was sorry and would give me a 10% discount. I wasn't important. What happened to me didn't matter. My 80.00 is all that mattered to Tammy. Tammy, you need to fix that type of behavior because that is NOT OKAY. I have a full video and I know you have footage of the entire appointment. So I went to Tammy's Nail and many of my friends said its a very outstanding place but I read SOMEONES really negative review and didn't want Jillian to do my nails but I didn't care because i also heard really nice reviews about her and I she did my nails. OMG when she was finished I absolutely LOVED them they were better than i would have gotten if I was in San Jose which I drive like 2 hours there to get my nails done. I'm going to now return there and ask for Jillian because she had a nice personality and was really cool to hang out with and did my nails perfectly how I wanted them, with no mistakes. If you go here I would recommend her and to go here really nice people and nice looking place. I honestly would give this place 6 stars if I could. Without a doubt great. Also I wouldn't listen to whoever that negative hater, because I can show you right now how gorgeous my nails are and won't listen to a random stranger who gave a false review. read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. First, all they say about customer service is absolute lie. 2nd, all the sample they show you, they can't do it. My wife had her nail done and after she was done, she was bleeding from her nails and she was in pain up to this moment. She was publishing without giving her a mask or protection glasses. All the dust were going in her eyes and breathing it. All the gel he used for filling were still on her fingers. He was working fast and careless, only to be ready to help the next customer. (It is all about money, Zero customer service). Please save your self and your love one. read more

Went here on a Friday for a pedicure . Booked through their website . Super user friendly, chose Jillian based on the reviews and I have known her through the years . She was kind , friendly and very helpful. Did an AMAZING job. The pricing was clear . She couldn't find my original color but kept looking until she did. Love my experience here . 10/10. Janet you probably scratched the nail, don't blame someone else because if it was scratched the nail worker would have noticed or you should have. Anyway i recommend this place. read more

Very good service. They are busy on Saturdays but the rest of the week I can just go right in and get service immediately. The pedicure is a proper service and I've been a happy customer for years. I've tried other salons in town and I like Tammy's the best. read more
