We drove in to the lot and there were so many cones and far too many people with lights to move traffic. Cash is preferred but they do have the option to take a card using a smart phone plugin of some sort. Plan ahead and give yourself at least 30 minutes to park and then walk to the tent; only VIPs get to park nearby. The general seating is tight. You definitely don't have any personal space. BUT for those of you worried about it, concierge was offering seat upgrades for very minimal costs. We were able to upgrade to premium seating, with much more padding, arm rests, a cup holder, and probably a couple extra inches of space, for only $20 more per person. They offer concessions and accept credit cards or cash. The concessions are ridiculously overpriced but they do have a couple combos to save you money. Please be respectful of the rules: no flash photography; not only is it dangerous to distract the performers but it's also annoying to patrons watching the show. Don't be rude.

The exhibit is setup through a loading dock in the back, but it was really well done, and the setup was really appropriate for the display. If you are a Banksy fan, I recommend going before the exhibit leaves. The last day is September 27, 2026. We spent over an hour looking at the large samplings of his work. It was easy to buy tickets online and there was no issue using our QRcode to get admitted. The event was crowded but we were able to take all the time we wanted to see the exhibit and they had a nice merch selection at the end. The only thing was finding parking ahead of time. Since we went during the day, the parking for the center wasn't directly available. I ended up using the ParkWhiz app to find parking a block or two away, which worked out well. I'd definitely go to another event at this center, as it was easy to get in and out of the area and if you have more time, there are a lot of restaurants nearby and it's not far from river walk or other museum/art destinations.

Unfortunately, that can take away from the experience, especially when you're trying to watch a play or see the orchestra. Ticket prices have also increased significantly, and when you add the cost of parking at the public lot across the street, it can make for a very expensive evening. At this point, some ticket prices rival actual Broadway prices, which is pretty insane. Overall, I'd still recommend going to see a show at least once to experience the theater. It's a nice venue and there's a lot to enjoy, but I do think the rising prices and seating distance are worth considering when planning your visit.

It always feels full, even when it isn't. This showcase their facilities and good use to the space. This 20,000 square feet facility has two studios and theater auditorium. The auditorium can seat over 350 people slope seats. This seats are retractable becoming an open space. The fall festival last three days. I attend three programs in two days. I saw the performance of the Tampa City Ballet, Daisies and Axes, Atlas Modern Ballet Company. Those are good professional performances. I saw the Tampa City Ballet Alice in Wonderland, Daisies and Axes acoustic folk rock, and Atlas Modern Ballet contemporary dance. The studio seem like has spring floor good for dance class.
