I was impressed and hope this becomes the norm. My elderly mother has been a client of Dr. Rubin's for many years. I have accompanied my mom to visits and we have had to wait for more than an hour each time. I have found Dr. Rubin to be rude and short with both me and my mother. She flat out said that her concierge service is "less than what cable costs" and my mother should join to avoid waiting.
