I had my husband pick up a dinner buffet to go. It was our first time here. The tandoori chicken was moist and seasoned excellent. I was very impressed with the big pieces of eggplant they had in their curry which was cooked with care since eggplant crumbles in pieces if not cooked right. All of the curries seem to be very tasty with the perfect amount of spice. The only thing it was missing was our favorite meatball dish which was not on the buffet today. read more

I don't know much about Indian Cuisine but I do know I love Chicken Tikka Masala and Mango Lassi's. They have the #1 spot for mango lassi in my heart. It's very creamy with real mango in the mix. The Chicken Tikka Masala is good too but it's not the best I've tried. I requested them to make the Chicken Tikka Masala spicy and they sure did! It was the perfect amount of spice for me. The people there were so nice!!! I haven't tried their buffet nor did I dine in but carryout was a breeze. Good food and fantastic mango lassi! read more

My husband and I live 80 miles away. The sign on the door has said for WEEKS that they would be open until 9 and we planned our day accordingly because we have no family in the area for Christmas dinner. We walked in at 6:55 and the girl behind the desk said that they were closing in 5 minutes and that we had to leave. Wow. We pointed out what their sign said and she said, "Oh we should take that down." We drove an hour and a half to get there based on the sign THEY had up on THEIR door for weeks and we get turned away. The restaurant was full and there were people still getting food. It's ridiculous. We've been regular customers and have driven that far to eat there because we loved it so much. Never again. Went here recently with a friend to try out the Indian buffet. I have never really tried authentic Indian food before, so this was a first for me. I don't really have anything to compare the food to, but for me it was decent. Some of the foods were either really salty or sweet--again I do not know what the food is *supposed* to taste like--and some of the hot foods seemed to have been sitting out for a while. I did enjoy some of the foods (the naan bread and Tandoori chicken) and the new cultural experience from eating here. Another review mentioned a "pungent" smell but as soon as I walked in all I smelled was curry. However, the restaurant seemed to be a bit understaffed since only one person was out waiting on tables. I came during a time where they weren't that busy so that could be the reason why. Overall I enjoyed eating here because I love trying new foods, but Indian food just isn't my style. If you like Indian style food I would recommend checking this place out. read more

I decided to give this restaurant another try, since they don't do the buffet anymore for dinner (because of the pandemic) and they had an actual menu that can be ordered from. I split the following dishes with my family: Tandoori chicken, Chicken paneer masala, Seekh kabob, and Naan. I got to say, all of these dishes tasted very good. The tandoori chicken and seekh kabob both had lots of good spices on them. The Chicken paneer masala, while a little more sweet than I would expect, tasted good. The naan tasted fine, and luckily, I don't have to worry about the naan running out (like it did on the buffet). Service wasn't the greatest, but it wasn't too bad. Overall, I had a way better experience on my most recent trip than I did on my trip to the restaurant in December 2019. read more

Let me start off by saying WOW some of the best Indian food i have ever had. Its so full of flavor and colors and the Chicken Korma is a must. Now the reason for the 3 stars is that i believe that when you order to-go the food is at its best but just had the lunch buffet for the first time and the only thing i enjoyed was the beef Korma and creamy spinach. The rice wasn't done all the way and their buffet is pretty small which is a bummer because they have so many delicious food items to offer but we ended up having to order other dish items on the side. If you love Indian Cuisine this is the place to go but i would suggest ordering to-go or dine in just not the buffet. read more

My wife and I went to Tandoori Guys for the first time today. The mango lassi is among the best that we have had. The samosas were sampler size and flavorful, and we enjoyed the tamarind and mint sauces. The buffet was in great shape even though we arrived after 2 PM. There we several other customers in the restaurant, and additional food was brought to the buffet while we were there. We tried most of the dishes and all were delicious. read more

There is nothing remarkable about this restaurant. Too bad, because it was so nice to see an Indian restaurant open up in Broken Arrow in what has been a failed location for several other restaurants. The pros: Well-seasoned, hot food. Great music. Decent atmosphere. Friendly servers. They even have a fish tank (are those the same fish that were swimming around here when it was Napoli's??). The mango dessert stuff was good. They have a helpful screen set up with photo instructions on what to do with those crispy balls that look like giant Kix cereal. I'm sure they got tired of people asking... smart. Cons: I've been twice and noticed that both times the buffet items were different (that can be a plus) but several did not have one of those dirty little label signs above it indicating what you were about to slop onto your plate. The handles of the serving spoons were always sticky and caked with curry and sauce and whatnot. I had to go to the nearest vacant table and get a napkin on two occasions. If you're going to serve buffet-style, the least you can do is make sure customers know what they are looking at and that the area is clean. The guy in the back, who brings food out while listening music through earbuds, is the most unenthusiastic employee I've ever seen. He looks like he doesn't want to be there and it makes me start to feel the same way. I found both experiences here to be underwhelming. I'd rather drive 10 miles to other Indian restaurants in Tulsa. This option is convenient but not the best. read more

This is the perfect hole in the wall that you would probably miss. The restaurant is extremely clean. The staff very prompt and courteous creating a great environment. That being said the food is the star. The best tikka masala in the state (one of my all time favorite dishes) and the paneer insane. But crazy thing it's not even the best item. They have an amazing chili fish then you get to the lamb biriyani. Holy lamb... my buddy and I had two extra plates because of this!!! So find a hungry Saturday afternoon and go visit!!!! read more

I haven't tried this place until recently and it was wonderful! I tried one of their family packs they offer. I like how they had this option so I got to try quite a few different things and my family really enjoyed the meal. For a quick and cost effective lunch, Tandoori Guys is the answer. The service is quick and friendly and their food is a quality you don't always see in a buffet. Their tandoor chicken is one of the best I've ever had, and who doesn't love tikka masala? They had several other dishes and fresh fruit and desserts as options as well, I tried nearly everything. They don't have the same items every day, and Thursday is vegan day, so you can make multiple visits during the week and still get variety. I'd recommend this to the Indian cuisine newbie or long term Indian food lover. I can't wait to go back...lunch Friday, anyone? read more

We decided to check out this restaurant out of curiosity and due to good ratings on yelp and google. When we went there , we were surprised ! The restaurant had a pungent smell from the entrance . The buffet looked old and incomplete . There was almost no service . Their menu is very limited and even when we chose a generic chicken curry , they were out of it. The restaurant was also understaffed. We decided to just get appetizers and go . Their samosas were extremely small and seemed to be made from frozen meals . The chaat that is routinely advertised on google and Facebook was absent from their menu. Overall , this is very seasonal restaurant . I had dinner here tonight to celebrate a family birthday and we had a great time. The service was absolutely fabulous from the moment we walked in. We were a large group, about 12 of us, so it can be hard to maintain the service across the table, but these guys did an amazing job. It's buffet style service, but I love that they also bring fresh masala dosas to the table right as you walk in. On to the buffet, the first item was pani puri and all the fixings! Thoroughly enjoyed this because I don't see pani puri done right too often in the States. The rest of the buffet had a pretty large variety of dishes including mutton biryani, butter chicken, achari chicken, fried fish, haleem, vegetable manchurian, tandoori chicken, and much more. It's not the best Indian restaurant food I've had, but it was pretty darn good! My favorite was the tandoori chicken - I'd hope this one would be the best anyway since they are the Tandoori guys . At the end of the meal, they brought out mango lassi for all of us. This place really stand out as a buffet spot because they really go the extra mile to make your buffet experience more enjoyable. I don't know that I'll be back in the area to return, but I know my family who is local plans to host more celebrations here! read more

Yum! We just happened to go when they were trying out a vegan buffet. It was all good and very delicious. They had a few dishes I wasn't familiar with but am so glad I tried them, like a green bean dish with yellow lentils and coconut flakes and a vegetable ball dish with a spicy red sauce - I'm a fan. I've tried one other Indian restaurant in town and this is by far better. More options and variety at the buffet and much nicer all around. I'll definitely go back to try their regular menu. read more

I would recommend this place. I really like the food but the customer service sucks. We constantly had to asked them for refills both the times we were there. They just deliver the food to your table and that's it they don't come n check if you need something. Overall, the food is better than India palace for sure they have more variety than India palace. Walking in, the nice clean environment was as inviting as the kind servers. The sweet aromas of Tikka, tandoori, cardamon dancing in the air stirred our hunger. Briefly stopping at our table our feet danced to the buffet and we joined the celebration. Grabbing only a little bit of everything we sat down, prayed over our food and dug in! The food was delicious. From the flavor infused chicken to the rice, the Indian food was some of the best we had in Tulsa,OK. Why a three star? Having authentic Indian food from other buffets this is the best in Tulsa, but small food characteristics like bones in all the chicken, and a not so rich flavor in the food caused the three star rating. I have had better elsewhere. What is better? Starting at the price to buffet ratio. The price to eat here for two was a total of 28.08 (without drinks). The buffet itself was small compared to other Indian buffets that have a much larger spread. Although a bit pricey for the few options, this is a relatively new restaurant that has great growth potential. read more
