I love the staff, everyone is always so friendly and addresses me by name when I arrive. The facility is always clean & I love how nobody is pushy about buying their lotions. I've heard about heavy sales pressure at other places... I can't stand that! I literally can't imagine using another tanning place. They have a wide selection of beds, their pricing is very reasonable. I have only used the stand up tanning bed. They also offer spray tanning, if you're into that. Sold a package because of how the pricing is structured. The payments are reoccurring and was charged for a month I didn't use. Started the process of cancelling (they make it difficult) and while in the process was charged AGAIN. So now we're at charged for 2 months and I visited 0 times. Asked for refund for just one of the months not both. Had to email corporate, physically go into the store and spent 15 minutes filling out a form for review by district manager. So after multiple phone calls, emails and driving 20 minutes to and from to fill out the stupid form, they said no. It was only $69 but more the principle of you wasted not only my money but now my time and the entire process was aggravating. $69 is a cheap price to keep a customer.
