She was great about explaining everything she was doing and educating me about all things lashes which helped to put me at ease. She has the perfect mix of personality and professionalism. I'm not a big fan of the extensions look. I wanted something more natural, but I also wanted to be able to really notice the results. Olga really listened & absolutely nailed it! I'm extremely happy with the way my lashes turned out. It took a little over an hour. No burning, hurting, stinging, nothing got into my eyes, etc. It's a trek across town for me, but worth it to have your eyes in good hands. I will definitely be a repeat customer & I highly recommend her lash work. I am excited to have the option to go make-up free & still look so good! We had our toddler with us, so wanted to make sure we could start and end our day in a calm and relaxed manner. Second, the views. Highly recommend the fountain view rooms. Our room had a great view of the sphere, and the bellagio fountain. It was so lovely to watch the fountain light up in the evening. And if you're a morning person, or a sucker for sunrises, suggest waking up when the sun comes up - you won't be disappointed with the most beautiful view. The hotel has a Starbucks and market in the lobby as well as, a bar. It is a non casino hotel without the smoke and the noise and now walkable to three casinos. This is great access to the casinos without walking on the heat during the summer (exception to the Aria which requires walking a short distance outside). The issue I have was with the water issue. We had no water for eight hours from 5am. I went down to the front desk who only offered me one night waived resort fee and two small bottles of water to be used to brush our teeth? This is not the first time and a majority of floors above us had the same issue. They could have done better rather than waived only one night of resort fee for the inconvenience that is an ongoing issue with this hotel. Not sure what is wrong with the hotel's pipes, but think this should be fixed. I have stayed at a majority of MGM hotels. There are no perfect MGM hotels, but how you treat customer when issue arises makes a difference. The customers should be offered additional assistance and accommodations for the inconvenience without being asked which would signal excellent service. This seems to be lacking at the MGM properties.

With any spa treatment, you have all day access to their amenities including a large jacuzzi, various baths, wet and dry sauna, Arctic room, showers stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, a waiting area with complimentary use of a LED mask and a leg compression machine, various snacks, fruits, and drinks including a customizable sparkling water and coffee machine, and locker access. Customer service was top notch. Everyone from the front check in desk to the ladies helping to restock towels and bathroom amenities were all professional and helpful. I opted to try their new Aescape massage which is a massage conducted by a robot. You are given workout attire to wear and once in the room, you lie down and start your self guided and customizable massage controlled by the tablet in front of you. It scans your body and shows you visually which part of the body the robot is working out. You can control the pressure, type of music, and area you want to focus on. The robot's hands are heated so it felt like a human was massaging me! I wouldn't say it's equivalent to a human masseuse but worth a try! TIP: make sure to have ride share drop you off by the Augustus Tower. Once you enter, take the elevator up to the spa floor. Unfortunately ride share will only pick you up at the coliseum valet which is on the other side of the hotel so do not order your ride share until you're closer to that location.
