The dental tech was sweet and also put me at ease. Dr. Shain came in and again like his staff , made me feel at ease. Dr. Shain was helpful, never made me feel rushed, answered all my questions and was informative not forceful about my care plan. On my third visit Dr. Shain prescribed me medication that helped me with my anxiety (for which I'm thankful). The dental tech who helped with the procedure was new. I can tell Dr. Shain takes care in hiring new techs. The tech was knowledgeable and very empathetic. I never felt pain during the procedure. For the results so far I am very pleased.
