It's clear they love what they do, and it shows in how they treat their patients. I went in yesterday for a routine cleaning, and my hygienist Oscar was incredibly thorough. I ask for him every-time. He took his time, as always, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My teeth have never felt cleaner! Thank you so much Oscar! You are the best! It's rare to find a place that combines professional, top-notch care with such a personal touch. I'm truly grateful to have a dental team I can trust, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I guess my Yelp review made it into the patient notes…read more After being a patient here for YEARS and having several less-than-great experiences, I decided to do something I apparently shouldn't have done ,give them another chance. I called to schedule a simple cleaning, and before I could even get past scheduling, I was transferred to a representative who wanted to know what brought me back after my previous Yelp review. Now THAT was unexpected. Apparently, the review was memorable enough to earn its own little spot in my patient history. The representative then proceeded to explain that they would appreciate it if, in the future, I brought my concerns directly to them instead of going to Yelp. Ma'am... I DID. That's the part that seems to have conveniently disappeared from the notes. I had already expressed my concerns after my previous visit. Nothing magically improved, and apparently the appropriate response was to keep doing business as usual and hope I simply forgot about it. Let's be very clear: Yelp wasn't my first stop. It was the destination after the actual customer-service conversation went nowhere. And honestly, the irony of a dental office being more concerned about what I write about my experience than what caused me to have the experience in the first place is almost comical. If you don't want unhappy customers leaving negative reviews, perhaps focus on creating experiences that don't inspire negative reviews. Revolutionary concept, I know. I also don't understand how a business can expect loyal customers to accept sitting around 25-30 minutes past their scheduled appointment time just to be seen. I didn't schedule an appointment for "sometime around 2:30-ish, give or take." I scheduled an appointment for a specific time. And let's not forget, my time is valuable too. After being a loyal patient for years, I would expect my concerns to be taken seriously, not for me to essentially receive a warning about where I'm allowed to express my dissatisfaction. The better response would have been: "We're sorry your previous experience wasn't what it should have been. We appreciate your loyalty and would love the opportunity to make it right." Instead, I got: "So... about that Yelp review... " At this point, I'm less concerned about the fact that they keep notes and more concerned about what exactly they're learning from those notes. Loyalty is a two-way street. Customers shouldn't have to beg to be respected, and they certainly shouldn't have to choose between being heard privately and being honest publicly. If your biggest concern after a bad customer experience is where the customer posted about it, rather than why the customer was unhappy, you've completely missed the point. Anyway... I came back for a cleaning and somehow ended up getting a reminder about my Yelp history. 10/10 for record keeping. Not so much for customer service. Also in the notes was it noted I didn't receive my refund for my appt that never took place ????

I was skeptical but decided to trust her. Obviously the cost was more and the process longer but I'm so happy I followed her recommendation. My teeth look real and compared to people I see with dentures or even implants my smile looks more real. Also she is the most gentle dentist I've ever had. They arranged an office visit for me where I got free x-rays and got to talk to the dentist. I had no insurance so I was paying out-of-pocket well this Dentest was so kind that they showed me where to order the grommets for my dentures and replaced them for a small fraction of what my other Dentest was charging me and Now gave me the knowledge on how to repair myself for minimal cost. I live down the hill, and it is an hour drive for me, however I refuse to go to any other dentist because radiant dental always satisfies my picky needs! The staff is friendly and professional as well as accommodating. They understand people have busy schedules and try their best to work with you. I am one of those people that if I get bad customer service I will not return. Period. My son got his braces on and my insurance discontinued midway through so they put me on a reasonable payment plan and were extremely understanding. Because they did such a great job with my son, my husband became a patient here as well and he cannot say enough good things about the staff and dentists too.
