Was craving Al tacos and burritos and food this little spot, ample parking mix with a supermarket, came here on a Sunday was a little busy but was able to get our food to go .

Didn't pack lunch today, decided to stop by this place. I ordered 2 tacos al pastor , 1 chorizo and 2 labio (lip, hard to find). I did notice a few interesting things 1. Bathroom was out of service (not per se bad just if someone else reviews this place after me time how long it takes to be fixed?) understandable if it is actually been taken care of. 2. Music was great but remember that music subscription is a tax write off. 3. The don't serve chips / nachos but quite unique to see duritos. Staff was friendly but now the most important : the labio tacos were amazing!!!!! Almost like eating beef butter. Loved the Al pastor and the chorizo as well. Great tacos, few things to work on. 4.5/5

Been at Kaiser hospital close by for a week now. Ordering from here was a good idea. It was close and quick and easy to pick up. The salsa made such a difference on the burrito I ordered. It was already good but the extra salsa they gave me to put in it was the game changer. The lady there was pretty nice too I asked for a pepper and she had one grilled for me. The place is behind the grocery store so has it own seating area too.

Tried Taqueria Acatlan for the 1st time and ordered to go. Got 2 Tacos de asada and a Mexican taco. I personally thought the tacos with cilantro and onions were a little small and the steak lack any flavor. The Mexican taco came with grilled cheese, asada, pico de gallo, crema, guacamole, whole beans and queso fresco was just okay. Same with the meat no flavor.

Taqueria Acatlan opened recently where Taqueria La Laguna once was. The seating & infrastructure essentially the same. Same green walls. Unknown if pics are new. Banners hanging from ceiling is new. Order, pay at counter. Food brought to table. 10ish minutes. Festive Mexican music in background. 6ish tables inside. Large parking lot in back. Offerings: (Mexican) burritos, tacos, quesadillas, tortas, drinks, menudo, pozole, chilaquiles, huevos Rancheros... Slurps/sips: Menudo (16) was asked if I wanted pig feet. "Yes" I said "Who doesn't". Cashier basically said white customers. -soup is basically well boiled tripe & pig feet in a prepped soup with onion, garlic, water, red Chile sauce, garlic, bay leaves. -toppings ready to add to soup: Mexican oregano, cilantro, lime squeeze, onions... -soup very tasty but not chili hot. Probably paprika used instead of chili. Mex. Chili sauce on table. Did not add. -pig feet meat & tripe very tender & juicy. Pig skin almost falling off the bone. -4 steamed corn tortillas good but harden when cooled. Taco de lengua (4) menu lists as 3.50 -salsa a cross between red & green. Not too spicy. -garnishes of radish, jalepenos, lime squeeze. Topped with onions, cilantro. Lotsa juicy, tender morsels of lengua (cow tongue). Comped with fried pinwheels which were initially crispy but became soggy later. 4ish stars. Semi-Worthy Quantity : very good, comparable to others. Quality: ok. Corn tortillas harden too fast. Pinwheels got soggy. service very good.

It seems this place is a small and super friendly family run spot hidden behind the super mercado plaza. Currently it looks like they only have about 5-6 or so tables, but they were not too busy when we went, so we were able to dine in. Everyone was really nice, from taking our order to bringing out the food. Even the Dad, which apparently is also the menu creator and the chef in the kitchen, came out to check on us. It looks like they are working on expanding their menu (a new addition that had just been added today, that I'll have to try next time, is a chilaquiles burrito-sounds so droolworthy), but I was really going for the classic chilaquiles today. The chilaquiles were great-generous with the carne, refried beans, crema, avocado, and cotija on top. The chips itself kept its crunch and the sauce had just enough spiciness. My husband tried the tacos and really enjoyed them. He tried the pollo, pastor, and asada - his favorite was the asada. They also have glass sodas here so of course he had to get one of those. Looking forward to coming back here again!

Got to try this new spot for Sunday lunch. You can find it behind the grocery market or go through on the other side of the building. You order before you take a seat. There are lots of tables to sit at. We ordered an al pastor super quesadilla and a pollo super burrito and a jarritos. They ran out of pozole by noon that day. They gave us some duros while we waited for our food. There is self serve water. Food came out quickly and was flavorful & fresh! The meats were tender. I love they gave guac with the quesadilla. The salsas are fine, nothing too crazy but had a good level of spice. They checked in on us a few times and service is friendly, place is clean. Nice to support a local spot.

    Super shrimp tacos

Excellent service. We got to try a bunch of different tacos. We got pollo, asada, pastor, lengua and the shrimp tacos. The asada was very tender and not dried at all. The lengua was super tender, the pastor and pollo were ok. Guacamole and chips for $7 what a great deal. Had the super shrimp tacos, loved that there is cheese on the tortillas to make their crispy. Will definitely be back for the lengua.

    Absolutely delicious chilaquiles! My favorite!

Delicious authentic Mexican food! The chilaquiles were some of the best I've had! Cooked to perfection, crisp and drenched in salsa! Perfectly topped with purple onions, queso fresco and a generous helping of avocado for the win! Friendly service, clean and staff check on us to make sure everything was good. Highly recommend!

    Super tacos!

Solid burrito and they do the grilled cheese on the tortilla thing. It adds so much to the burrito.

Can I order a burrito bowl with no tortilla (don't want carb) and no onions (I am allergic to lots of onion, a little on the salsa is ok)?

While the burrito was definitely "super" in size, the proportions were way off. It was heavily packed with rice and beans--which were fine--but they clearly skimped on the carne asada. When you're paying for a premium burrito, you expect the meat to be the star of the show, not a background character. It felt more like a vegetarian burrito with a few guest appearances by the steak. If you're looking for a massive meal and don't mind the filler, this hits the spot, but for those of us looking for a balanced meat-to-rice ratio, this one missed the mark. Hopefully, it was just an off day for the line cook.

Not a lot of taco spots are open late at 10p but I saw that PNT was open. My family and I pulled into the driveway and were confused because it looked and sounded like a bar. There were a few people standing outside and I asked if this was a bar or restaurant and the gentleman said it's a restaurant. We walk in and got some stares because it was late and we had kids. Didn't matter to us. Everything on the menu sounded delish and they had al day breakfast items. We ended up going with the following: 1. Chicken sandwich- 10/10 my teen loved this. It was a crispy thinly sliced chicken breast with all the fixings, and pressed to perfection. 2. Chicken Caesar salad - 10/10 the lettuce was Romain, tossed in Caesar dressing and parm, with grilled chicken filet. 3. 4 tacos de asada - 10/10 yummy chopped steak, seasoned and grilled to perfection. I'm not sure if the evening chef cooks better or maybe we were starving, but the food was great! Ambience at the time was pretty loud but I figure it's because people hanging out in the bar area. Definitely will be back.

Tortilla was dry and oily. Al Pastor tacos- bland meat with a lingering dry pepper aftertaste that makes the meat taste old. Took one bite and was immediately repulsed. Chips and dip (guac and salsa)- chips are oily and hard to chew. Guac was bland, no garlic or cut tomato. Salsa was a viscous sludge in a small tub, had the same pepper taste as the Al Pastor. Horchata drink- too much cinnamon and saw multiple lidded to go cups of this already made in the fridge behind the register, no expiration dates on them. ALSO PLEASE UPDATE THE PRICES ON YOUR MENU, I was charged $11.95 for the chips and dip but the menu says "house chips and guac $9.50" ... how is salsa $2.45? Only positive thing I would mention is that the free tiny salsa, slice of lime, sliced radish, and pickled jalapeño and carrot was nice of them. Wish the pickled veggies didn't drip vinegar all over the bag (it was wrapped in tin foil). Never been here before and never coming back again.
