She…read morediscovered this gem of a food truck and told me about it, and I'm so glad that she did, because I would not have thought to look for great food options hidden in the Brooks trucking area. Every week or two, we will tell the other of something new that we have tried there, but both seem to always come back to our favorites. For her, it is the butter chicken, which I also love, and my favorite is the chicken tikka masala (asking for spicy). I also highly recommend their garlic naan, vegetable pakoras, vegetable samosas, and any of their wraps. I was less a fan of their curry (too many onions) and their shrimp dishes (the shrimp were smaller than I would have liked), but the things that I do love far outweigh those minor things to earn a 5 star review from me. Plus they have always been very kind and gracious.

Almost everything we tried was great. The paratha was humongous and packed with flavor, though I do wish they offered a few more individual filling options instead of just a mixed veg style. Both the chicken curry and the paneer bhurji were absolutely on point, and the gulab jamun was a perfect sweet finish. As for the misses, the chana in the chana masala was still a bit too firm to bite into and definitely needed more cooking time, and the chicken roll was just okay. That said, I'm totally willing to let those couple of things slide because the highlights were so good. I'd love to come back and work my way through more of their menu!

I would also like to point out that those were pickled cucumber slices not actual pickles. Since I was at a function and the line for the food truck was exceptionally long.
