I'm not sure what's it called but it's a mixture of onions habanero peppers and cucumbers. Definitely adds an extra kick to your taco but trust the tacos don't need it. All of them were juicy and tender. The pineapple on the Al pastor was the best. That has to be my top fave of all three tacos. I highly recommend anyone to stop by this gem and try it.
