The beans were loose with whole beans and topped with shredded cheese. The eggs tasted fresh, cooked over hard. The thin steak had a slight grill flavor. The sautéd tortillas I opted for the red sauce was delicious with the thick red sauce covered in cilantro, onion and sour cream that was delicious and the star of the plate. Overall was it the best Mexican food that I have had, no and the particular plate you order can affect a review in the end but I will say I have a new fondness for Mexican breakfast.
