I would give it a 5 but unfortunately they have cut back on portions and not the prices. A tiny kid size plate of nachos for $13 lol Other than that, the food is really damn good and fresh! We drove like 25 minutes to try their amazing birria they always post about but honestly I've had better. We had birria tacos, consomé, and tried the Hot Cheetos quesadilla. And tried their agua de Horchata & Tamarindo. The consomé was ok but was not hot, just warm. With a bit of meat inside and onion and cilantro. Cup is $3.50. Birria tacos are also $3.50. We had the quesadilla de asada. That was ok however the Cheetos tasted stale. Like they have a big bag and use that for a couple days until they finish that bag . I came here on a Wednesday nigh around 9pm. I was o the search for a Hot Cheetos burrito. I ordered a Hot Cheetos burrito, it was good. However, I would say the tortilla was a little dry and flaky. More than I would have preferred. The burrito was still very flavorful though! The men working here were very nice. They made sure to get our order right and served to us quickly! The restaurant itself had a few tables but enough for someone to sit down and enjoy their food. The restaurant was brightly lit as well. If you fall into the category of people who think that Hot Cheetos are spicy, then DO NOT EAT HERE. Literally nothing will be safe to eat. I spent $49 on a Postmates order and could eat literally nothing. We threw out the entire order . The "regular burrito" is HOTTTTTT. Not "regular people" kind of spicy (like Hot Cheetos spicy), but SUPER hot, like you-live-for-the-heat spicy. The same was true for the Korean BBQ burrito (which doesn't even have hot sauce in the description). The birria tacos are also inedibly spicy. The shop is small, a typical hole in the wall, and quiet for a Friday visit. We ordered the KBBQ fries and Chile Relleno Quesadilla. The quesadilla was the best part of the experience ... you could actually taste the Relleno inside, which is huge! As for the KBBQ fries ... we did not get that. I must say I was not expecting much since the name Korean Tacos was a little bit sketchy and the description did not really give the tacos justice. I decided to take a chance and order four of these tacos since I couldn't stand the hunger anymore and needed to eat something FAST. Immediately, I noticed how quick the food came out: in a minute. I was so surprised since I thought I'd have to wait awhile for my order but thankfully my tacos came out right away ! I immediately drive home so I can eat these tacos in the comfort of my own home. I open the box and am immediately impressed by how hot they still are because of the aluminum foil wrapped around the box. I am positive that I practically inhaled these tacos in less than five minutes. Each bite had me hoping for the next one to be as equally or even better than the last, and I was not disappointed. When I finished my last taco, I was seriously regretting not ordering at least ten because I am so confident that I would've finished it. I do not understand why this place has a 3 star review on Yelp because the tacos were one of the best I have ever eaten ! They hype of it all. Saw this place on IG featuring the "Flamin' Hot Cheetos carne asada burrito" The idea seemed good. $13.00?... sure you get the likes in IG, but that's about it. Burrito is huge, does come with choice of meat, guac, rice, cilantro, and of course.. hot cheetos. The consistency was not all there. Some parts were all hot cheetos, some were all rice. Some had most of the ingredients in one bite. Maybe more guac, or a mild salsa would be great, i found out the burrito did get dry. Perhaps it was the over load of Hot Cheetos? Perhaps not, but i did find myself with a few dry bites. Side note. As the worker was preparing my food, i was telling her all about how excited i was to try this. Told her i was on a layover from the east coast, and i had to try this burrito... so landing at LAX, renting a car for the day, driving to the area was not easy, but was so excited. I drove from Anaheim all the way to Westminister to check this place out. My brother found this place in Instagram. The business is in a small plaza with limited parking. The restaurant is small and has few sitting. The place was semi clean and to use the restroom you have to go through their kitchen. We tried their famous Flaming Hot Cheeto Burrito, Flaming Hot Cheeto Quesadilla, Carne Asada Tacos and of course Carne Asada Mulitas. The Flaming Hot Quesadilla was big and they use a whole entire Flaming Hot Cheeto black bag. The hot cheetos does over power the meat. It has a well balance cheese with meat however it doesn't really stand out by itself. The hot Cheetos give it a little extra kick from a regular quesadilla. The horchata (rice water) and a bottle of coke with the Flaming Hot Quesadilla was a total of $22.00 The Flaming Hot Korean Burrito was also another big meal. The meat was well cooked, with cheese and hot Cheetos. Similar to the quesadilla where the hot Cheetos over power the meat. A Flaming Hot Korean Burrito with a Corona drink was a total of $23. The Carne Asada Tacos and Carne Asada Mulita were good. The Carne Asada tacos came with cilantro, red hot sauce, onions, and small tortilla. The Mulita was made with small tortilla, melted white cheese and Carne Asada. Can't go wrong. I ordered 3 Asada tacos, and 3 mulitas with a coke bottle and it came out to be $21. I had a decent experience but mainly because I was with good friends. You have to ask for napkins, salt or lime. Other than that they won't offer it to you. The food was decent. The burrito, quesadilla, tacos and mulitas don't stand out by itself. You can buy a bag of hot Cheetos and order the same food at a regular taco joint and add them yourself to balance it well. Other than that this place is more of a once in a blue moon come to eat place. Especially if your driving from Anaheim. I do like their creativity and the staff were a little nice. We came here a couple hours before they closed and we couldn't believe some of the things we encountered. Luckily this place was open so we were happy about that. Unfortunately there was only 1 worker and a busy restaurant. The guy took our order, prepped the food and cooked the food. It was slightly weird to watch the worker eat cheese while cooking our food but whatever. We waited 40 minutes for our order which was a really long time but understandable because he was alone. Came here on a Friday night to grab some Chilaquilles ordered the red and the green . Upon entering the establishment it was empty I had to wait a bit before being acknowledged as the chef and the owner were having an argument about money while my daughter and I waited to place our order. I paid about $45 for two Chilaquilles plates two fish tacos and 1 plain cheese quesadilla. We waited a long time for our food maybe 25-30 minutes mind you there was no one there when we got there. While waiting for my order someone came in and ordered their Friday special $1 birria tacos and the owner asked 1 or 2 consome and the lady said no consome just the tacos and he laughed and said you have to buy at least one consome to get the deal! Mind you they don't state that anywhere in their IG advertisement of the deal. So the lady ended up buying a consome she didn't want which is priced at $5 for a cup of broth to get the $1 birria tacos. So just a heads up and if you're going with a $5 bill to stock up on a couple of $1 birria tacos you're out of luck you're gonna leave with a cup of consome! Anyway back to my order. Upon arriving home and opening the box I noticed my over easy egg was not over easy it was fried. I thought to myself, whatever let's dig in. After one bite of the "red sauce" Chilaquilles my mouth went completely numb due to how spicy the sauce was. I can handle heat but these Chilaquilles were inedible, they use the red salsa they put on their street tacos to make the red sauce Chilaquilles. I thought to myself well I guess I'll eat the rice and beans, their beans aren't made in-house they are canned beans absolutely disgusting not authentic at all! I threw the whole thing away. The green sauce Chilaquilles which again they use the green salsa they use on their street tacos was bland. My daughters plain cheese quesadilla was under cooked the cheese didn't melt all the way how can you mess up a plain cheese quesadilla? That's what I get for not making it for her at home. Finally the fish tacos... absolutely disgusting! The fish was stale and cold I couldn't take a full bite but my husband did and he said the sauce they use tasted like Dr. Pepper in a sauce! We needed up throwing both tacos to the trash together with the red Chilaquilles plate. Honestly the worst $45ish bucks I've spent.
