Pulled over to get a coffee before long shift. Super cute and clean. Young girl at counter was very friendly and nice when I took a little extra time trying to figure out what I wanted. On the large board behind the counter was the special drinks and food for the month of February. I decided to get a chocolate cherry iced latte with white chocolate instead of milk or dark. I also got the white chocolate strawberry scone. The scone came warmed , it was so good I should have gotten 2 of them. My iced drink was good, even with swapping out of white chocolate it was tasty but a bit on the sweet side. They also have milk alternatives, I got oatmilk. I like that they use paper cups to help with the over use of plastic cups and not a lot of places to recycle them.

I had a vegan hummus salad that was genuinely good, plus some food bites, while my husband loved his burrito. I also stumbled upon handmade origami earrings (cranes and roses!) that I was obsessed with, along with books, swag, and random treasures--at one point I picked up a Japanese art book I would've bought instantly if it had been for sale. And just when you think you've seen it all, the space keeps going: a wine lounge in the back, a roasting operation, more rooms to explore. Huge credit to the staff--only a handful of employees holding down a nonstop crowd, all with great energy. It's a reasonably sized patriotic diner on the side side of the alien-themed town. But the service on November 29, 2025, was wonderful. Very down-to-earth. I popped in to get a table for 5. I warned the first waitress I had that my company would be much later and I could wait elsewhere if necessary. She wouldn't have it. She asked what I was drinking and brought out an orange juice to me promptly. I had great conversation with her afterwards. Once my party finally arrived, my waitress's shift was over so we switched to a younger much less experienced girl, but she was still fine to me. My ex was less impressed and proceeded to speak negatively about the "people of Roswell," but I'll keep it positive... at least he paid for lunch. I covered the tip since I appreciated their welcoming, warm attitudes. All of our burgers were juicy - not overly greasy. The portions were huge. There are gray aliens outside guarding the ship shaped dinning room, and a very nice mural that you can see from the drive thru. Inside, it all looks like a regular franchise, until you go towards the back and sit in the spaceship. Some of the decorations that make everything "out of this world", but you certainly know you are still of planet Earth. Service is good, food is good, place is clean and full of locals.
