Situated in a gas station lot, Taqueria La Raza is a bustling food truck. We arrived around late lunch and there were a lot of people pulling up and ordering. I got the asada, adobada, birria, and lengua tacos. All of the tacos were really good and I enjoyed both the salsa verde and salsa rojas. It's a little pricier compared to el rinconsito, but I think the tacos are worth the price plus big points for being closer to my house. read more

My cousin and I were driving to bothell and found a taco truck called Taqueria La Raza at a Chevron gas station. After reading some reviews we decided to stop and give it a try. We ordered a 4-taco plate, 2 asada, 1 birria, and 1 adobada taco. At first glance, the price seemed a bit steep - $12 for the plate, averaging about $3 per taco. However, any initial hesitation was quickly forgotten once we took our first bites. The tacos were exceptional. The birria was particularly noteworthy, with its juicy and richly seasoned meat that was bursting with flavor. The salsas added the perfect kick, and the red sauce became an instant favorite of mine, adding some heat that complemented the tacos beautifully. An added convenience was the shed next to the truck, offering a cozy spot to enjoy our meal. And with a liquor store in the same parking lot, it was easy to grab a drink or a snack while waiting for our food to be prepared. Taqueria La Raza has certainly earned a return visit from me. I saw they had shed type heated seating area but I didn't go inside. Prices are comparable. Met another customer who said he travels 40 miles to come here and get food. No frills! Located in the parking lot of Chevron. Really nice staff and quick service. It can get pretty busy for lunch, but the line moves fast. They do their tripas tacos well! Ordered two tripas tacos (ask for it to be crispy!) and an Al pastor torta. Both were delicious - torta's bread was nice and fluffy. All of the tacos hubby had he enjoyed as well; the carnitas were the least favorable. We will definitely be back to get our tripas tacos fix. read more

This place is great! I had tacos (carne asada, birria, carnitas and adobada). They're street taco size so four was a good amount. Although I ordered rice and beans too. Everything was really good. Taco meat was nice and moist, the rice and beans were perfect and I thought prices were fine. This taco truck is legit. I'll Probably get a torta next time I go back. Have gone twice. Really convenient location if you are going along the Burke-Gilman Trail and want to stop off for food. Outdoor table and indoor tables to get out of the weather.
