The service was extremely slow. We ordered an appetizer and waited about 45 minutes without any updates. We eventually asked another employee if we could just pay for our drinks and leave. That's when we were informed that the kitchen had never received our appetizer order. It was finally brought out nearly an hour after we had ordered it. When our food arrived, it was only lukewarm, which was disappointing after such a long wait. This location used to provide consistently great service, so it was unfortunate to have this experience. I hope management addresses the customer service and communication issues so future guests have a better visit.
