If this is authentic Mexican food, I don't like it. I have been on a taco kick all month and I keep getting disappointed. This food has no flavor at all. Zero. I guess bar taco has spoiled me. Maybe bar taco isn't authentic, but their street tacos taste really good to me. Here, I ordered 2 chicken, 1 fish, 1 shrimp, rice and beans. It all tasted the same. No flavor at all, bland, tasteless. I cannot enjoy bland food. The chicken tacos were not fresh. They had cubed chicken that was hard and cold in the taco. I will say, this place was very crowded. So people do like it, but it's not a place I would recommend. Positives: my food came out literally in 2mins. Negatives: once I tasted the food, I see why it came out in 2mins. Workers seem nice. Good location in Tucker. Will not return.

As soon as I peeled back the foil, I knew these tacos were gonna be fire Finally, some authentic tacos in ATL! Don't forget to get your sides and sauces to-go, and ask for a little plastic baggy. Definitely hitting this spot again.

After a beautiful hike up the Stone Mountain, we make sure to treat ourselves to San Pancho, my most favorite tacos spot in the Metro Atlanta area. Their tacos are packed with flavor & very filling. Great service. Always busy but lines move fast. Can't wait to be back!

(ONE PICTURE IS FROM BEFORE AND ONE IS RECENT) After years of going to the same taco spot I realized they started putting less chicken on tacos. I felt like I could count the pieces. The food is good. I still like how they have a salsa bar where we are able to grab. I also feel like the people who take orders should specify that they add salsa to tacos for those who don't like spicy or salsa on tacos. The service could improve because my friend was upset he ordered tacos and salsa was added without them asking if he was ok with it. Space is clean.

The Basics: This is authentic and the best quality Mexican food I have tried in Atlanta. There is not much to the dining room and there is no patio during covid times. You order at the counter and sit down at an open table. This restaurant is as casual as it gets and is meant for more of a quick stop in than a long meal. However, you must try the food!! Things I like: The food here is authentic and amazing! These are the best tacos I have ever tried. We tried the chicken, pork, and steak tacos and all are great and worth trying. They have corn tortillas that taste extremely fresh. We also ordered chips and queso and the chips are thick and crunchy. Must try taco spot for sure! Things I didn't like: There is not really an environment here to sit down and have a long meal and no real service. Also, there is no outdoor seating for the covid times. We ended up taking the food out to our car and eating it there. Overall, a very down to earth and casual joint in Atlanta, but with some of the most authentic Mexican food you will try in the area!

They got a sweet new digital menu and they still make the best tacos in Tucker. If you don't like the food here, something is wrong with your taste buds.

I was very impressed with San Pancho! Its a very cute, small, and clean restaurant where you order at the front. We got our take out order like 5 minutes after we ordered, so the preparation was very fast! We ordered the super nachos with steak and two steak quesadillas. Portion size for the super nachos were appropriate for two people to share. I think the nachos were my favorite, I just wish I had ordered a spicy salsa to go with it. Quesadillas were good too! They add a lot of cheese to it which made it super yummy. Overall I enjoyed my experience here and I will definitely be coming back. I think the next time I go, I will order their tacos.

Great hole in the wall joint that gets packed most of the times. Closest thing to California Street Tacos you will find in Tucker, Georgia. The menu is hard to understand, so I stick to the usual. At the time I went, the tacos are mostly $1.40 to $1.80 a piece depending on the meat you choose that is Chicken, Beef, Fish or Shrimp including the free toppings and salsa. The best Tacos are the Shrimp and Chicken once. The tacos are small so you can order 3-4 and be just right. The Pollo Asado and Carne Asada are the best. They don't serve complimentary Chips, which I take to mean that it's more authentic than your typical Taqueria. It would be nice if they serve some Guacamole too. If you enjoy spicy food, you have to try the yellowish green creamy salsa they have at the salsa bar. It's very flavorful with a powerful kick. I do feel like the Horchata had a little bit too much cinnamon, but it was still very good despite of it. They are pretty good for your buck and tasty. I will definitely go again and it's not too far from my work place. Staff at this location are very humble, the place is clean and service was friendly and to the point. The place is shared with other businesses in the shopping plaza, so parking is free and ample. Get your food to-go if you have a large group of don't like crowds. The line at the register, any given time can be at or out of the door. I promise you'll be back again way sooner than you think. Overall enjoyable and If you haven't tried them, I would highly recommend this place. Really laid back atmosphere and everyone seemed to be bilingual. I'm so happy I gave this place a try, it's truly what I have been looking for in an Mexican cuisine.

This place is so good!! We made about a 30 minute drive to try it out and when we walked up to the line out the door we knew it was a good sign. I got three tacos a la plancha (carne asada, al pastor, shrimp) and three tacos al vapor (cabeza, lengua, cachete). My boyfriend got the exact same assortment. They were all yummy but the al vapor were our favorites. Will definitely be back here!

Small taco, small price. Low quality tortillas, tiny. Alpastor was meh. Won't return. Nice staff. Not "the" taco I seek.

The $1.50 Taco Tuesday special immediately caught my attention--such a great deal that I couldn't resist ordering 10 crunchy tacos: five beef and five chicken. Both were flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and had just the right amount of crunch, I'd request less cheese next time. I paired them with a refreshing Mandarin Jarritos, which complemented the meal perfectly. Great food, friendly service, and unbeatable Taco Tuesday prices. I'll definitely be back.

The burrito my friend got was COLD to the touch. The cheese dip was COLD. The only thing hot were literally the plates the food came on. How do you cook cold food? I needed my soup remade bc I didn't know it contained cilantro, it took over 12 minutes. I asked about the soup and he SNAPPED at me saying it was still in the MICROWAVE. Why would my soup need to be put in the microwave? The soup was MISSING the rice and it was barely warm. If the soup comes premade with cilantro say we can't fix it without it. Don't act like its a whole problem to take the pico out and then snap at me because I'm allergic to it. *The menu didn't say the soup contains pico.* I was there a week ago and the food and the woman that served us was delightful. This week it was beyond awful. I only came back bc she was so nice and accomodating. This manager was a bad word to us. Snarky, grouchy and not at all understanding our desire for hot food. We were very pleasant and DIDN'T ask for any refund or free food, but he acted like we were the WORST people to ever sit down in his establishment and point out how cold the food was. CAN'T say it was a RACIST thing because it was a mixed group. Maybe it was a SEXIST thing. I dunno. I had on a headwrap, maybe that bothered him. I can make up all the senerios I want about why, bottom line, he was NASTY to us for NO REASON. We didn't deserve that. It was my birthday lunch, so happy birthday to me. YUUUUCK! Never again in life.

On the one hand, they do not have a lot of parking, but on the other hand, most of their customers were there on foot as Weir most of the customers for the other businesses in the strip. We walked in and were able to order within about two minutes. The menus were easy to understand with pictures for everything and the staff made things easy as well. As we ordered and I asked for the Birria Burrito, they asked which one. I let them know that I had seen a video on TikTok about their Birria burrito, but that I hadn't seen it on their menu and that was what I wanted to order. They said it was the Birria Cali and that it was very popular lately. I mean, yeah- the video made it look phenomenal and the audio with it was funny. I had also, previously, seen a video about their Machete and wanted to order that because it looked awesome as well. They had 2! One Birria (beef) and the other was Governado (shrimp). We went for the Birria- of course. Honestly, the Birria Burrito had plenty of flavor and more variety in flavor due to the various fillings- Mexican crema, lettuce, guacamole, potatoes (surprising, but honestly VERY good), plenty of cheese, and the Birria (and the sauce is poured right in- which I think could be avoided). It was delicious, but it shouldn't have been served on the paper as the paper began to rip when I started cutting up the burrito. I had wanted to eat the burrito like a burrito, but the moment that I picked it up, it became nearly impossible. The burrito completely opened up and all the fillings started pouring out onto the paper. I was able to wrap it up again with about half the fillings, but the burrito tortilla was so wet that it was just a huge mess. I ended up eating half of the burrito with a fork. I don't know why they didn't serve it on a plate. The Birria Machete was super flavorful and simple, just Beria meat and cheese with a cup of their dipping Birria soup. It was also nearly 2 feet long! Very cool. I began to wonder if the corn tortillas for the Birria Machete were made in store. I asked- and they said they do make it themselves! The corn tortillas were the most flavorful corn tortillas I've ever had! They had texture and they were clearly NOT the type of corn tortillas that I get at most places, those premade floppy unflavorful corn tortillas like the ones you get in the pack of 150 at the grocery store. When I find out, I will let you know because the texture and flavor of the corn tortilla on the Machete was phenomenal. The place was packed when we got there. It was packed when we left. Clearly, they get plenty of business. Everyone around us seemed happy and content with their food and so were we. I will definitely be back for another Machete to try some other things as well. Give them a shot if you haven't been.

Then the menu prices become inflated without any notice. But for one of the "upgrades" or whatever the reasoning for the extra charge, it was only shredded lettuce along with a small dollop of sour cream and guacamole. It was rather sad. It's something you'd get standard at a chain restaurant like El Sombrero. Oh. If you get the consome, it will be an extra charge of $2.45. And they won't tell you that. But other than that, the food was good! I really liked how they had a separate birrias menu. Make sure you bring wet wipes because your hands will be oily. The birria sliders were delicious. Our strange total came out to be $16.90. Even with the $2.45 consome factored in, the total isn't $15.40. Since they were sliders, it's rather small. They're the size of the square dinner rolls but packed full of cheese, oil, and half chicken and beef. The beef was slightly more tasty compared to the chicken but both was just soaked with their variety of flavors. The birria quesadillas were $17.40. Even with the extra $2.45 with the consome, their math is not equaling $15.95 -- whacky! As for the taste profile, deliciousness. These three quesadillas were pretty massive. And like my sliders, they were equally oily and messy to consume. The horchata was really tasty. For a large, it was $6.75. It tasted different from other places. There was a nice rice flavor to it and less of the cinnamon flavor. Would I visit again? I think not. Good food. Prices were bleh, especially how it seems like we were charged more than their menu prices.
