Their signature tacos are all good - my favorites (right now) are "El Patron" and "The Boss" - they are all good, though. These are incredible tacos! We're vegetarian and got the Migas TX and El Flaco breakfast tacos and they are insane. So so good. We stopped in for a snack. This little truck is super convenient and had a cute patio to enjoy your food on or you can easily get it to go. I ordered the daily special which came with a Cubano torta and small Aguas Frescas for $10.99 The torta was HUGE and it was filled with delicious tender meats and fresh toppings like tomato, avocado, and lettuce. The bread was perfectly toasted and the flavors were all present. I really enjoyed the green salsa but the red was good too. Just a little smokier than I generally like. It was a little difficult to communicate with the truck staff and one of our orders was slightly wrong, but otherwise this was a good experience. I would not recommend the quesabirria. The tortillas were not fully cooked, the consomé tasted weird, and they had no cheese. We also ordered 2 gorditas and we only received 1 and 2 tacos and we're not even notified they ran out just in case we wanted to order something else.
