My hubby wanted to try this place out after hearing good things and I am so glad he did. We dined in so we were given complimentary chips and salsa AND charro beans. It wasn't even just a small little sample either, it was a big bowl of deliciousness. It reminded me of the beans my mom makes so they taste like authentic Mexican. By the time my tacos came, I was already kind of full from just the beans, so if you are dining in, pace yourself! I ordered their 4 taco combo and had barbacoa and carne asada. I liked that they give you all fixings on the side. After adding my lime,cilantro, and salsa, I went it. Oh my goodness. So good, especially the barbacoa tacos. Yes, it was dripping grease, but that's what made it so good. The customer service was great. Our server was so nice and constantly checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 for only two reasons. Bathrooms were clean, but there was no changing table. Parking can be a little difficult with a food truck in the back when you drive an SUV. The marinade on the Al Pastor Trompo was so complex and had such an expert hand balancing it that I wanted to meet the cook and give them some love. I never review but I enjoyed this place so much and couldn't believe my eyes when I saw any bad reviews- which seem to be about staff. I couldn't care less about service- that applies everywhere, I'm there for the food. Saddam Hussein could be angrily serving me and I'd come back if the food is good, and this food is fantastic. What I didn't like is that the all the cashier women literally have a dirty mind or I don't know if this happens often but once I paid the food I needed to go use the restroom which I of course went into the women's restroom. My partner was in the men's restroom as he gave me his card to pay in order to use the restroom as we were coming from a long drive and couldn't hold it any longer so I had to wait for the food to be ready before I decided to also go use the restroom before continuing our road trip. Tell me how they were knocking on the door thinking that we were doing sinful things in the restroom when they saw me going into the women's restroom 15 minutes after my partner was already in the men's restroom! He literally got out first in the men's restroom and immediately called me if I was almost done because everyone was suddenly giving him weird stares and felt the atmosphere shifted really quickly. I then got out and female employees were literally staring with a very fucking judgmental stare as I was getting out of the women's bathroom! I immediately caught onto what they assumed was happening. I swear you CAN'T even take a SHIT in peace I hope they read this and do better because how dirty does your mind have to be to assume shit when literally the cashier has a clear view on the women's restroom as she clearly saw me go inside! If you go to the restaurant you will see the men's restroom is right on the right side(which will be your left side when paying) of the cashier so how does that make sense when they clearly saw me go into the women's restroom that was also on the right side(your left) but the door where they have a clear view in front for them to see who goes in and who goes out! read more

This is where we visit for al pastor quesadillas, they're so delicious!! They serve you chips with dip, cilantro and onions before you get your entree. As for drinks, it's not a "free refill" situation, you buy your drink from a bottle or can. Just a heads up. Today was such a sweet visit because they were playing Christian-Spanish music! I've been waiting to try Taqueria Temo for over a year and I honestly thought they only had a food truck, BUT THEY HAVE AN ACTUAL RESTAURANT!?! I had no idea until my boyfriend took me after I mentioned wanting to try the food truck. This cute little restaurant is so colorful and homey we just had to dine in, and I'm so glad that we did. After you're seated you get a basket of chips and some yummy salsa verde. YUM. I was really having an extensive debate about what to get, quesadilla or torta, or maybe even a burrito? So many choices! I finally decided on a asada torta with a barbacoa street taco while my boyfriend had a asada quesadilla and street taco. The food came out hot and absolutely delicious. My goodness. I understand the hype. The asada torta was fully loaded with meat, avocado, pickled jalapeños, some tomato slices and mayo. I LOVE that the bread was toasted, if you know me you'd know my love for toasted bread hahaha. The quesadilla was piping hot, crispy, and yummy but it doesn't come with any sour creme so it was a bit lacking. The tacos came with onions and cilantro on the side. I decided to add those along with the salsa verde to my torta and YAAAAS. Perfection. By the end a lot of meat had fallen out of my torta so of course I ate that with the chips, onions, salsa, and cilantro so I had a little thing of nachos :D Overall I feel like you can't go wrong with anything on the menu.
