Portions are the perfect big size. Theres a chip bar where you can get chips, multiple salsas, picked jalapenos & carrots and pico de gallo. The Quesabirria's always leave me full and taking some home. Service is going up to a counter and they give you a little device that beeps when your food is ready. The chips were gold, house made, the yellow sauce was definitely good, would probably be great on fish tacos, but the medium red was what I preferred with chips. Lunch arrived with the obligatory "hot plate" warning meaning it had bern in the oven. As always, I started by trying the rice and beans, v both were good enough I nearly finished them before even trying the Chili Verde. What was interesting here was I wanted to use the larger than average sized corn tortillas to get every bit of the verde sauce off the plate! Something, we were too busy talking to tell, was different. I don't ever remember wanting to sop all the sauce up with the tortillas before!
