He insisted on giving me one to drink while I wait. It was excellent! My food came out fairly quickly. I drove home and opened the box to discover that the cook forgot to give me any sauce for my falafel, nor was there any garlic sauce. I really enjoyed the gyro meat. The falafel was pretty good but needed a little more seasoning, as did the hummus. The small salad had good flavor. I did not care for the pita bread. It was very thin and seemed a bit dry. I'm always on the hunt for great Middle Eastern food and this place did not disappoint. The eggplant salad is seriously out of this world, I can't even imagine what they put in it to make it taste like that. We brought two extra servings home with us to have with dinner. The chicken shawarma had so much flavor and was nice and moist due to the chicken thighs that were used and the delicious garlic sauce. The bread was toasted as well, which is a nice touch.
