I have come in twice when certain release dates for different products...everyone is always nice except for the girl I dealt with on both occasions she was rude both times and I suspect she is not a morning person...I called a few other targets this morning to see if they had the game that was supposed to be released today and they were a little rude...not what I usually get when at target I felt like I was dealing with walmart..I reserved the game and they don't have it I can get it anywhere except target which pisses me off read more

I normally love every Target store that I go to, but this location was, by far, the biggest disappointment I've ever had. First off, the bathroom was HORRIBLE. Not only did it stink, 3 of the 4 toilets were clogged, and the floor was a mess. Judging by the other comments, this is a normal occurrence. The clothing department was filthy and completely unkept. Clothing on the ground and empty hangers all over. The variety was very bad too. To top everything off, the employees were rude and the second we walked outside of the store, we were approached by someone asking for money. I will not be going back to this location, and I will warn everyone I know about my horrible experience there. read more

This Target is great. It's just a few blocks from my apartment, and I got tons of stuff to furnish my new home. They have all of the essentials like bathroom products, cleaning supplies and basics for the home such as bathroom furnishings and kitchen implements. They even had a decent tech department and I was able to get my Roku on sale here for cheaper than online. Nice! I'll be back frequently for sure. read more

I am mainly writing to talk about the customer service at the Starbucks inside Target. It's absolutely ridiculous. I realized after talking to them they are in fact target employees. In the other departments I have found their staff to be efficient & courteous. However the Starbucks crew seems to have an aura of indifference. I will not get into the details but management should look into this. Maybe Starbucks should consider employing their own staff. read more

I had to pick up 3 things, all in the same general area, so I was in line within 5 minutes. The first line I get in, I realize the people had about 50 small items in their basket. I decided to move and good thing I did because half way through their ring up, the checker decides to ask if they are allowed to buy that many of one thing. The next line I went to the customer was comparing prices and the checker had to scroll through her phone and there were two people in front of me. I was buying an item that I couldn't go through self serve, although there were 3 people already waiting on one register was down. The 3rd line I went to the checker decided to help an employee get a Target card, really? You put your employees before customers... The 4th line I went to I knew she was just helping out and I said are you closed, she says "uh" and looks up at her light. I said this is the 4th line for me please don't tell me you won't help me. She did help me, thank goodness. I arrived at Target at 12:00pm, grabbed 3 items and didn't leave Target until 12:20. I believe there is something wrong with that picture. read more

Worst service EVER!!!!!!! I am shocked at how the team members helped me. Don't get me wrong they got the job done but they didn't ever greet me they just ring up an item she didn't even ask how she may help me. The other person that "assisted" was rude! ZERO STARS!!! I had my credit card stolen and it was used at this target for $2000.00. When I spoke to the manager the next day she was extremely rude. I have "SEE I. D" on the back of my credit card, the managers response to this issue was 'WE DON'T ASK FOR ID'....police report made and we hopefully will find these the losers .... I have a bone to pick with ****. I was walking up to a register with no waiting, but **** wasn't having it. She jumps out in front of me,"I'll help you over here," motioning me over to her register. I begrudgingly oblige and get in her line, only to be stuck behind a lady with a full cart of groceries. I had to watch the lines from 6 other open registers dwindle down until they were virtually empty while I stood there like a dumbass. Thanks, ****! I absolutely loveeee target. I've never ever had a complaint about it. They always have what I need at great prices and everyone is friendly. I especially love this location cause it's close to where I live and open late (for any late night store runs). But today was a bit surprising... I had to return an online order and went to customer service. There was one employee sorting and no one in line. I went straight up to the counter, greeted him and stated what I needed. He did not make eye contact nor did he say anything. The only time he looked up and spoke was to hand me my receipt and tell me that the money would be refunded to my card. Now this may not seem like a big deal but I've worked in customer service for quite some time and having someone greet you, even with a smile, goes a long way. I will still continue to go to target as nothing can stop me from doing so, but it'd be nice if you could at least greet your customers. read more

Very upset and disappointed with this location. After getting home from my target trip I realized an employee double charged me for an item. I called targets customer service a total of 5 times (even tried calling multiple departments) and not a single call was answered. I get that they may miss one or two calls but 5 calls?! Really? Lousy job and honestly very frustrating. After wasting close to 45 minutes trying to contact them I decided to drive back since my calls were being ignored. They easily returned my money but not a single "sorry" or 1 second apology was given for the inconvenience. Look, it may not be your fault but it doesn't hurt to apologize- especially someone working a customer service desk. It takes 1 second and everyone leaves happy. It was super inconvenient having to drive all the way back but I am not just going to sit there and let them get away with taking my money. However, not everyone has the time to drive back and the fact target didn't bother apologizing or compensating for the inconvenience is disappointing. I stand by target and rave about it all the time but after this trip I will not be returning. The way you handled this mistake has lost you a loyal customer. read more

The lines are always REALLY slow...the products are kinda limited compared to the other targets ive been too. But the store is always clean...i guess that counts for something right. Id rather go to walmart...cheaper. Only reason I ever go to target is the hello kitty stuff lol read more

I live across the street from target, and I always go here for my daily needs. employees seem to be racist.Few incidents happened that made me have anxiety everytime I go here, today there were two police officers at the store and they got out the same time I did, it is not the first time it happens. As a woman i spend a long time looking through their clearance to get what I need at a good deal, that day police were looking through the store and they left as soon as I did. today, while police were exiting, an employee told me to exit from same door police officers were exiting , although the entrance door was closer to me and more convenient because I was at customer service. Also, everytime I go here, there is a lady who seems to be the manager comes and stands by the cashier, or by the self checkout if I am using it. Their behaviors make me feel unsafe and anxious everytime I shop here, and they are not very helpful either. I do not like how these employees treat their customers. two thumbs down to the service and to the weird looks I get from them. They also do not allow you to get different items through WIC, legally it is wrong. I am going to have to drive somehwere else and do my shoppings. read more

This is my neighborhood Target. They have plenty of parking making it easy to get in and out. The card section is usually really good. We buy groceries based upon the weekly adds. A neighbor told us to try their meats. Surprisingly they are really good. No gristle and not tough. Overall a good experience. read more

The stores ok. Its the same as the other targets it offers the same and in almost the same scheme things are layed out in. The only big complaint i have is the employees. Honest its like a playground full of children. Nobody askes if they can help you or if your looking for something. Everybody just seems to wonder around pretending to work. Most employees honestly seem like if you asked them a question they would be annoyed by it. I say this from experience at this store. read more

Definitely not my favorite Target but unfortunately, the one closest to my home. Totally agree with the reviews about the carts.....either their employee's aren't doing their jobs or they need to hire more. The parking lot consistently has carts EVERYWHERE. The majority of the time, the carts are blocking a lot of the parking spaces and overflowing from the corrals. - One REALLY bad experience - the husband decided to buy me a camera for my birthday last year. So I go with him to pick one out. Found a nikon that I fell in love with and the price tag CLEARLY said "Free $20 Gift Card with purchase!" Sweeeeet! New camera + gift card! So we go to check out and the cashier doesn't say anything about a gift card. So I ask her and her response is.... "No, the computer would have told me if it came with a gift card." So I show her the tag that CLEARLY says "Free $20 gift card with purchase". I don't give a $#@% what your computer says......your TAG says it (I obviously didn't say this to her....I am very polite....but I was definitely thinking it!). So she just kinda shrugs and tells me that it doesn't come with one. Doesn't offer to ask a manager, doesn't offer an explanation (not even an "I'm sorry, it must be a misprint), just SHRUGS. I didn't even care THAT much about the stupid gift card....it was mostly the principle of the matter. Should probably train your employee's better in Customer Service. read more

i have been a Target shopper forever, i have lived in this area of Target now for about 6 years and since the renovation and opening of Target on Euclid i have shopped for all my needs there, from clothes to groceries. In fact i shop at all the local Targets if i am in a different area. The deals that i find at Target are numerous. One of my best finds was a Next3 Sony camera, i paid 260$ for a 600$ camera. Target is not cluttered, what i like best is that it is always clean, and orderly unlike some stores I've been to. Target is my go-to-store. read more

The store itself is adequate as long as you go before school gets out and hundreds of kids tear the place apart . This review is mostly about the pharmacy . This pharmacy will refuse authentic prescriptions if they do not approve of the drug prescribed. They will refuse to order medications stating that they have some sort of prohibition on ordering some drugs. This is total bunk. The whole point of getting a prescription is to give you permission to take a drug that is controlled . The sales clerk would not order more medication. She would not look up other pharmacies to see if they had it in stock. She would not even look up my history with target showing that I have gotten this medication at other targets before without any problem. She told me to go to some other pharmacy like CVS maybe they could help me there. I expect a certain amount of professionalism from a pharmacy considering that they're dealing with medical information and people's lives and health.. Truthfully I question if her actions are even legal. It's not right for target to get in the way of what my doctor believes is the proper treatment for my condition. If I could just rate the pharmacy lower I would, after all I received no service that should equate no stars. read more

The slowest employees work at this target. I waited over 45 minutes for someone to open up the Cologne lock up shelf. I asked 7 people and finally a manager came and opened it for me. Then I get to the register and Jenna who was helping another customer in front of me decided to get personal with him and start asking personal questions which slowed him down from filling out an application for 10 percent off . I waited and waited patiently until i couldn't take it anymore. I told her to get tthe persons phone number and just call him after work. With that i received a dirty look from her. She knew I was upset so she called Tony the supervisor over to help me because the person filling out the application was still conversing with her. Tony offered me 10 percent off but I refused because I didn't go in with the intention of looking for discounts but just to go in and out and purchasing what I needed. I live near this place , but now I'd rather drive to a competitive store to buy my essentials. read more

they have got to have the most rude and unhelpful customer service employees ever!!! super shocked by how inexplicably rude the employee was. (older/middle aged, grey-ish blonde hair, glasses-literally SO UNHELPFUL) i went to acknowledge a pricing problem, the products i had were listed a certain price, but rang as a different price. i've worked in customer service over 12 years now and i know that can be an issue, so i didn't ask for a refund-just wanted to point out the issue to help the team avoid bigger problems but NO! i was addressed in the most curt, aggressive, and unhelpful way ever. i get that you're working customer service, i get that life is hard-it's hard for everyone, but this was inexcusable behavior. i wasn't rude, i wasn't mean, i was gentle and just tried to help but was slapped back with aggression. either put people who can at least pretend to be helpful in your customer service area or don't have one at all. i'd rather shoot my foot than deal with her ever again. read more
