Located inside a large shopping center with a large parking lot. It was what I expected at Target. It was pretty clean inside and everything was very easy to find. I came here to pick up a few things. The reason why I gave them 3 stars is because the service wasn't great. They have a lot of self service check out stands but I needed to use cash. I said Hi and the lady said hi back but then she proceeded to talk with her coworker the whole time she was scanning my stuff. It wasn't a great experience, customer service wasn't good at all. I usually can get what I need when I come here, but sometimes they run out of things quickly. I've run into some stocking issues in the past. This store is more on the smaller end of the Targets, but they keep the store pretty clean. Disclaimer- Watch out for the scammers in the parking lot when you come here. Looks like they're trying to prey on people's kindness. Every time I come to this store they're here walking up and down the parking lot wanting money from people either coming into or out of the store. This is at night too. They will try to come close to your cars too. Not good. People could have card readers and whatever else to get your personal information. No carts or baskets even though there were racks in almost every aisle?? All the cashiers were packed so I had to do self-checkout, which wasn't a big deal. What was a big deal was the older middle-aged woman working there who always seems to discriminate. You could literally see me scanning all my items. Like... do I look broke to her? Did she think I was going to steal?That already irritated me, but it got worse. After I finished paying and went to grab my bags, she was way too close, literally breathing down my back no exaggeration. She leaned in and started grabbing bags before I could even move. No "excuse me," no waiting. I couldn't even step back because that's how close she was.I really wish I had footage because this was ridiculous. This is the Chino town square OG Target. This was here long before the bigger one in the spectrum. It's small but they usually have the basics you may need. I generally will drive up to this target a couple of times a month. The wait can be pretty long for the drive up at rush hour and they may even run out of parking spots. I've had to park and go in at times to get my order at the pick up customer service desk. This target is local to where I live so it's convenient. If I shop here for specific things and they're not always available at this one, I have to go to the bigger one on grand ave in the spectrum. I was looking for warm socks for my girls so I wanted to actually go in. They did have some thankfully! I used self check out this time and it was easy. read more

One of the better Target stores around. I had to shop for a registry item for my girlfriend's daughter. The process of purchasing online was pretty simple, however I wanted to get Curbside pickup, but that was not available unless you had the app and I would have had to redo things. I spoke to Xiamara (hope I got that spelled correctly), and she had no problem handling the order and taking notes. In fact she was going to be at the store today, so I came today and she brought the gift out to my car and put it in the trunk. Was very easy. Thanks! read more

This store location never has anything in stock and service is bad. Today the prices were all removed from tags, probably so they can raise them so I had to scan everything I was considering (put all of it back due to prices). My daughter and I shared a cart and when we attempted the self checkout lane, the line monitor wouldn't let us check out, saying there was a 10 item limit so we had to go stand in the long line for a cashier. We had 2 separate orders in one cart. There was NOBODY waiting for the self checkout and only one customer leaving one of four self checkout kiosks. The other three kiosks were EMPTY. I left my cart there with my 14 items and walked out. Seriously?? Pick your battles. read more

WORST TARGET! I wish I got the girls name but we were so over it and just wanted to pay and leave!! Last night a little before 9pm. My boyfriend, our friend, and myself went to target to buy a tv. To help assist our friend who literally has one arm!!!!!! When they were looking at the TVs. I decided to walk around and buy a blanket and a candle (lol). I met them at the self check out line. Where I could literally see two employees hovering over them. I work in retail and it was obvious to me what they were thinking. I'm waiting for our friend to check out. This bad review is for the AT&T guy in the cellphone department. We went in December looking for a prepaid phone chip for a family member that was only here visiting. Initially we only needed a prepaid chip to put into her phone but he came to us and told us a prepaid plan with AT&T would be better. He told us there was a promo and we would be getting a free phone and all these lies. Long story short we signed up and it ended up being an actual wireless account and got charged almost $300 on the 1st bill. We cancelled right away but damage was already done. It's now March and I'm still getting bills and threats that I will be sent to collections from AT&T. I've paid over $400 in restocking fees and cancellations fees plus "usage fees" when we cancelled the account less than 2 weeks after opening since that's when we found it this wasn't a prepaid account. He needs to stop lying to people, I'm pretty sure he received a nice commission from us. Target itself is great. I've been going there for years and never have I had an issue with drive up or pick up orders. The store itself is great. But this AT&T representative is a lying thieve. read more

The reason i'm leaving this review was a manager named Brandi. I purchased a few items at self checkout including an activewear jacket that had a security tag on it. Brandi walked over (as if we were an inconvenience to her might i add) and asked for the receipt. I initially had no issue showing her, and even pointed out the item on the receipt for her. My go to target. This target is close by and always have what I need. Employees there are friendly and will greet you when you walk in. If the item is not in store I just wait a day or two and they have restock again. The curb side pick up is very easy and never wait long. When I do return they are friendly and help return with no hassle. As far as the price match they are always willing to change the price. Lines are never long. The store is always clean. As far as the recovery the clothing is a little messy however that it be expected with the traffic the store gets. Main reason why I choose the target it how friendly and helpful they are. read more
