Really tiny Target which caught me by surprise. They do have basic items but was expecting more for a target.

The vichy and la roche posay stuff are like all missing. Boxes are all empty. This store needs to restock.

This review is for the store on Amador. I would spend the extra 10 minutes and go to the target store at the other end of Dublin. This one is dirty and EXTREMELY slow. I like Target because it carries so many types of items that I can get a back brace, new wallet and cereal all under the same roof. I come here all the time and rarely have a nothing less than wonderful experience. This last trip, Michael H. was very helpful. I couldn't find an item I was looking for so he looked it up in his handheld electronic. He said the store was sold out but he gave me a list of the closest stores nearby that had it. He was very upbeat and had a positive energy. The lady in the fitting room was very nice too. The checkout was also quick and efficient. 5 stars each time I come here! I went to Target @ Dublin on Thursday 10/21 night. I bought an item that I thought I would get a $5 gift card. Yes, I admit that I read the sign incorrectly. Customers will get gift card if you purchase two of these items. I asked the cashier, Giovanna if I supposed to get a $5 gift card. She just blew me off. She said, "I don't know go to customer service." I couldn't believe it. I asked for the manager. He got the pricing gun and informed me that I suppose to buy two of these items. This took 45 sec. Cashier Giovanna didn't even try to answer my question.When I complained to the manager about Giovanna's altitude, he just looked at me and said, "ok." I am really disappointed with this Target. I asked if there was any more stock on Fantastic Mr. Fox dvds and the SA responded that if it wasn't on the shelf then they don't have it & I'm not getting a rain check! My only complaint about target is that I wish that it was FURTHER away...that's right FURTHER!. I stop in here way to much and not once have I only bought the item I originally intended to buy. It's like Costco; your bill is never less than $50 no matter what your initially buying plan was. I love the kids who work here. They're so full of energy , innocence and spunk. They're thrilled to death to have any job and are as friendly as humanly possible (compare them to the porr defeated souls working at wal-mart). Tip: Walk along the outside isles of the store for the clearance items; every now and then you can find a gem. read more

Why are 75% of the lights out in Target's parking lot. It's so dark in the parking lot that it made me double check if their store was closed but it was open. Also the last 4 times the packaged water that I buy every time I come to their store has been out of stock and the shelf has been left empty. Who ever is doing the ordering is skipping that item. Not impressed and this has been my long time store over the years! Before I forget why do the cashiers use two hands to scan one item and bag it so slowly. Why can't they pass one item after another into their hands and bag it quicker? Not like the old days when cashiers were more efficient with their customers time. Ample parking in the large lot out front, but not as nice as the San Ramon Target. A little older and seems to be not runned as well, we call this the ghetto Target. It's not laid out as well and not as clean as the SR store. Still brighter and cleaner than Walmart. read more

Convenient location, large inventory, and extensive grocery section. They prices are not always the cheapest, but they are reasonable, and when I'm in a rush, I can get pretty much everything I need at one location :D I love walking around and browsing, but the danger is you end up buying more than you originally intended! read more

I must say that I love this Target. Always stocked, clean, organized and the staff are very friendly and fast acting when you need help.

This Target has more item in-stock that the one in San Jose or Cupertino. The layout is a little different but they have more bread than other Target. They also stopped serving plastic...sweet. read more

This is a fairly standard Target store layout. I like that it has a wide variety of items from grocery to clothing to home goods. I find myself going here over Safeway when it comes to buying non grocery items as it is cheaper. The grocery managers need to work on eliminating all the out of stocks. I am frequently amazed at how many out of stocks there are in the grocery section especially in frozen foods. The clothing racks in the Men's department are too close together and that make it hard to navigate. I go to self checkout and the cashier attendants are friendly pretty much 100% of the time. I wish the restrooms would be remodeled, as they need it. I hate the speed bumps that the shopping center has in the lot. read more

Harassed and humiliated. Horrible experience. On 5/12/2017 at Target (7200 Amador Plaza Rd Dublin, CA 94568), a "loss prevention" person popped up right when I was leaving the store. Thoroughly checked my receipt and bag and counted all the items while people behind me watched. I thought it was a new thing so I didn't think much of it. Then I noticed that he didn't check the people behind me, and disappeared after checking my bag. So I went to customer service, asked for the manager to inquire about their policies. Ended up talking to a guy with baseball cap on backwards who said that he's "sorry that I felt that way" and I can complain to corporate if I would like. Retuned the items I bought. Called Corporate and complained. Called again and cancelled My Red target card. Will never shop there again. And I Will share the experience online. read more

We've been going to this Target since they got the grocery section before Livermore (we are in the area every Sunday). Ive always enjoyed going to this location until yesterday when we got bad customer service from a cashier. I won't mention her name, because her supervisor already knows (I called him after this happened)... but really? Since when is it okay to scold a customer for trying to help you? 'That's MY job!! How dare you try to take the bag! OMG MY JOB IS HORRIBLE!!' Thats basically all I heard from her. As a former retail slave (and past team member), I understand retail is... hell but come on.. plenty of people (including myself, who has been unemployed for 1.5 years now) will take your job. This was the first target that I visited in the area, it's okay but I like the one off of Fallon Road better. this one was very clean it wasn't too crowded but the prices seem to be a little higher especially the grocery section. But with all that said I still give this target four stars! read more

The best thing about Target? It's not wallyworld. The next thing? It's Target, clean comfortable store, carts that actually work, clean restrooms, great stock, nice items for home and clothing and whatever else you need. Decent grocery isle. Reposting the review my daughter wrote because this incident happened to both of us If I could give them zero stars I would. Today my mom asked me to see where they have the best price on a lodge 12" cast iron pan. I found that target had it for the lowest price and they even conveniently let you know what isle the item is on at the store that is located closest to you. When we got to target the price was higher then advertised on their website. So I then went back on the target website from my phone and found out they price match, it says they match the price of the item in store if it's higher than the price advertised on their website and vice versa. When we went to checkout the two cashiers at the register (don't know why there were two cashiers at one register) said they didn't think they were price matching because of Black Friday, which I might ad was 5 days ago, so one of the cashiers left to go ask a manager. He walks back with not just one person but one female manager two male managers and a SECURITY GUARD!!!! The blonde female manager then loudly said that we are not price matching right now. And while everyone in the checkout area is staring because these target "TEAM MEMBERS" are making a huge scene. I try to politely say the website doesn't say anything about a blackout on price matching. She cuts me off and says come back next week. And one of the men says buy it online. But the thing is I'm already here. They all then walk off. And I say to the cashier I don't think it's right to PUBLICLY SHAME someone for asking for a price match policy that is on your website. And she said "Yes that was very uncomfortable, I'm sorry" and the other cashier says (also why are there still two cashiers at one cash register) "I just asked the one manager, I didn't ask all of them to come over" seriously a security guard and three managers and the employees at a store making a scene like that to embarrass my mom and I. I would rather never shop at target again then have to deal with that. Also having my mom repost this so we can give two one star reviews.
