The owner and his family were for salt and accommodating. They had a wide array of furniture pieces and raw wood which can be tailor made for your home. We ended up buying a repurposed, refinished teak wood dining room table with benches even though we were only meant to be looking today. It's a little pricy but they guarantee what you get for that price, and these are truly pieces of art will last for decades. We walked down to their competitor which also has a nice selection but the character in this store....its just indescribable and can't be replicated.

We were initially told that the delivery time would be 12 weeks. Now, after 14 weeks, I'm learning that it will likely be at least another 12 weeks before our furniture is delivered (6 months instead of 3 months!). Communication and follow-up about delivery have been TERRIBLE. I cannot recommend ordering from BoConcept. Go with Crate & Barrel instead!!
