This review is based off my experience at the CVS pharmacy. Michael helped me at the pharmacy and went above and beyond. I've been to the Target pharmacy prior to their transition into becoming CVS. With that said I had assumed that my insurance information was going to be in the system luckily Michael was able to find it although I didn't have my medical card with me. It took some time but he definitely took the time to help me and I appreciate that because I needed my medicine as soon as possible. As I was waiting for my prescription to be filled which was very quick, I browsed the pharmacy isles for my basic necessities and was able to be rung up with five items or less at the pharmacy which made for a quick efficient and easy check out. I will definitely be utilizing the CVS pharmacy at target moving forward. This location is very close to Disneyland is always bustling with tourists and locals. read more

Is it true that each Target is independently owned-according to my casher-??? Is that why the same Dove shampoo is on sale at Tustin location but at this location??? Check out the Liberty of London chairs and prep bowl sets. I couldn't find the garden tool set or watering cans in store though. I went here to buy a DVD and find high efficiency laundry detergent. I'd feel more comfortable if all the stores had the same floor plan. The cashier tried to get us to enroll in a card to save almost $7 by struggling to get the paperwork out of a drawer before asking. After checkout she asked us to fill out a survey using a code on our receipt but it turned out to be multiple screens long (picking "other" as an answer makes the program think you didn't buy anything so it asks for that reason too). I like that they have a 6 ft marker to keep distance. And that cashiers wipe down the pin pad and screen after every customer. BUTTTTTT how about cashiers also change their gloves after each customer??? I just feel like that's also needed since they touch previous customers items also then they touch your items. Poor service. Never enough employees on staff, very few check stands open and not enough self service.

If you're gonna lock up so many items, please have workers who will actually come and unlock it for you without waiting 5-10 minutes everytime. One time I was waiting at the Ulta section for 10 minutes and asked a target worker to unlock something for me (he said he couldn't bc he was the target worker not Ulta but he's gonna find the Ulta worker to open it for me), no worries I understand. We finally find the Ulta worker and he asked her "can you help out that customer" and I stg the girl said "No I just got here" .... And ?? That's the point of the job babe, you clock in and GET TO WORK. All you have to do is unlock something, scan it, hand me my receipt and tell me to have a good day. That's literally your job girl, it's really not that hard. SO disrespectful and unprofessional. The guy apologized to me and I said it's fine and left lol I didn't even want the product anymore. I'm really excited about the changes Target has made after the remodel! They just finished the remodel October 2019. Before the remodel, the store seemed more spacious but they also didn't keep their items stocked. Their grocery section was very limited and they were always out of everything. I also really HATED how the restrooms were always nasty dirty!! After the remodel, the store has gotten a little more crowded but im happy that they are finally stocking their shelves! The store looks great and they are fully staffed! They also put in a Starbucks which is super exciting! This location is in a tourist spot just a little over a mile away from Disney so its filled with souvenirs for all of the out of state tourists. I'm pretty happy with all of the upgrades made and I hope they keep it well maintained! read more

Massive Target right across the street from a bunch of hotels. We were staying on the other side of Anaheim but had friends in the Sheraton Garden Grove. We needed a few items before we headed home to the east coast where we, too, have tons of Tarjays but none this size. Inside is laid out like any other Target store. Only difference is the size. And as a proud RED card member, it was awesome to see such a large store with so many items to choose from. If I could, I would pack up this store and bring it home to NY with me. read more

No carts in the store, long lines, a homeless man walking around, and there was a woman by the electronics department trying to sell AT&T that was very rude and rolled her eyes when I politely declined. Went to this Target needing to get a gallon of water and a snickers bar. Went to the self checkout where a Target associate, Joy, was standing barely acknowledging our presence. Started to check out when my gf took a selfie of the Security camera above the register that showed a screen of us. Joy walked over and leaned in her head while saying, "Is there a problem?" Confused we answered no and continued our purchase. She continued to stand there and ask what's going on and why my gf took a photo of the camera. My gf explained she just took a selfie and Joy said that we can't take photos because of Security "purposes." I challenged her and asked what was so proprietary about a camera and the screen? She didn't have an elaborate answer other than "you just can't take pictures" after we went back and forth. She was unbelievably rude and hostile for a "policy" she couldn't explain. I then asked her to get her Manager and she said "You can go get him." I asked her name and she just pointed at her nametag. By far the worst experience I have ever had at Target and will be my last visit to any Target. I talked to the Manager later that of course I had to find who didn't seem to concerned about it and said "I'll talk to her about it." In my experience that means "I'll get her side of the story and will probably not do anything after that." This Target is obviously bias and should seek training as Starbucks did to prevent further issues. She treated us like we were criminals and unwelcomed customers. read more

Horrible customer service from an Asian female that has a mole or birthmark on the left jaw cheek. She was assisting the self checkout on December 21, 2023 at proximately 9:10pm that was near the Starbucks area. I was next in line and was told to go to the open self checkout register, everything was fine but when it came to paying I clicked on cash and all of sudden she rudely told me " it is card only" and had slammed a closed register on my scanner area. She DID NOT inform me about a specific payment method nor to the line until she saw me use cash. Hopefully HR could speak to her in regarding this horrific interaction I had. I normally never leave a review for rude interactions but this moment was really unprofessional and embrassing. read more

The store manager and all assistant managers need to be fired immediately. Went there on a Tuesday about 9:30 am. got the two items I needed and went to check out. The self service registers were closed on the north side of the store. All 8 self service checkouts were on and operational. The south self service registers were open but only two were operational and the rest were broken. Really long lines at the manned registers and really long line at the south side of the self service cashier stations. You would think that the store manager would have enough common sense to open the self service registers on the side of the store that had more operational ones. No common sense manager here. The managers here are just plain stupid and incompetent. You want to see stupidity in action, visit this Target and you will be amazed at the complete incompetency of the managers. I ended up just dropping my items on the floor and walking out. read more

Thank you target for making yet ANOTHER MISTAKE! I received a pink high chair instead of the gray. I called the customer support line and they hung up on me. I called back and they told me to return it to get a refund. So I have to wait another 2 weeks for the correct one to be sent to me because they have to receive the high chair I return. How is it that these huge corporations get away with such a horrible dealings? As we all know, the entire world is going through a pandemic that has killed over 5 MILLION people worldwide. You would think that their TOP priority would be the health and safety of their customers right? I mean; Target even has an automated message saying that "their first priority is the health and safety of their customers". I was waiting to do a return for 10 minutes granted the guy stationed there was doing a order pick up at 1:30 today but the guy who came and covered him was a complete jackass. I was making a $48 return and whenever I do a return I usually get a gift card because I end up spending money everything I'm here. The had curly hair with blonde tips and he told me he couldn't give me a gift card rushed through it and completed the transaction before he could even listen to a word I had to say. This is by far the absolute worst Target I have ever been to. On many occasions the store would be cleared out, shelves bare, overcrowded and completely understaffed. It's clear they would rather maximize profits by having as few employees working at a time -and this is one of the busiest targets in orange county due to its proximity to Disneyland. The self checkout lanes are always way overcrowded and they refuse to open up the regular registers. Stay away from this store if you can. read more

Okay, this is a larger store located down the street from Disneyland and I haven't been here in a while. But when I went shopping yesterday, I was shocked to see so many Disney merchandise. It was like I was shopping inside Disneyland in one of their stores. I was so excited I texted all my friends while I was there and shared so many photos. Since I haven't been to Disneyland recently, this was a treat to me. I almost forgot why I went to shop! Haha. That was the funny part. Worst Target in the Disneyland area. This Target is reserved for tourists stocking up sunscreen and on water bottles for their hotel rooms, and Cast Members grabbing a few things after work. It must be difficult to keep up with maintenance on a store that gets this much traffic. It isn't as clean as most other Target stores and the bathrooms are rarely clean. The store is laid out awkwardly, it's always crowded, there are always people standing out front waiting for an Uber. More than once I've witnessed groups of kids on Spring Break cause trouble in the parking lot. I would have given this Target 1-Star, but they recently added Drive-Up delivery to their services on the Target App and it makes a big difference. I am much more likely to visit this location in the future because of this change. They *do* sell Disney novelties at low prices for travelers who forgot to pick up a souvenir for someone back home. There are much nicer and cleaner Target stores in the Anaheim area. There is a brand new Target on Lincoln between State College and Sunkist, and another Target just off of I-5 on Euclid. read more

So today I witnessed a target employee and their loss prevention team chase a woman down because they thought she stole a whole basket of groceries. I literally saw this woman pay for her basket and I clearly heard her explain that she needed more cash back then she got. She was directed to self check out and grabbed an item to pay for it so that she can get more cash back. That's when it all transpired. The amount of embarrassment that this woman went through was extremely offensive and disappointing. If they were in fact doing their job they would have seen that she paid for her groceries. I didn't see one employee come to her rescue that literally saw her go through the checkout. I understand that they have to go through this on a daily basis but for them to wrongly accuse somebody of that is extremely offensive rude degrading and should not be allowed. Target has always been one of my favorite places to shop but after seeing this I don't even want to give my money to them anymore. You would think that such a huge entity like target would target someone who clearly paid for her groceries and treat her like she was someone who was a thief was extremely eye-opening. I can't even understand how it would feel to go through something like that how embarrassing! All those people should be ashamed of themselves. Their store manager should be a appalled at the behavior that they displayed. Does anyone honestly think that anyone's going to reprimand these employees for their behavior and give them some kind of coaching on how to deal with this type of situation in a constructive manner? Does anyone think that they actually cared? Well ladies and gentlemen this is what you get when you hire people at a ridiculous pay (meaning not much) and expect them to focus on customer service. They don't care. They should!!! Just proves to me that their leaders are worse than them because if their leaders weren't they would have had given them the training, to focus on customer service in the most respectable way possible. This is right by me so this is where I go. It has what I need. During the holidays, they had a bunch of cashiers. It's target. I don't know what I'm looking for but, I'll find it when I get there haha. The only thing is sometimes I have to find your cart in the parking lot. This is down the street from Disneyland so there are a lot of tourists here. And it's also across the street from several hotels and the Great Wolf Lodge. Yelp please allow 1/2 stars! it seems very hard grade 3 instead of 3.5, but they don't deserve a 4. Anyway this TARGET is the most convenient for me, for Disney tourist, and for some "interesting" characters that inhabit the area. As I mentioned before it's really convenient, I can't imagine the tourist moms without this store, they would go crazy. In the meanwhile this particular Target is not as clean as others, and the section of personal care is way less organized (but a bit cheaper) than CVS or Walgreen's which are less than 5 min away. So why 3,5 if I gonna keep going to this Target? I normally love visits to Target but this one was not my favorite. Although it's organized like most Target stores, many of the items are out of stock or in disarray. I wanted to purchase swim goggles for my children, but they were completely out of stock. I also wanted to get a musical birthday card for my niece and most of them were bent or broken which was disappointing. On the plus side, I bought a few Disney pins at $4.99 each for my children, which felt much better than paying the usual $9.99-$14.99 in the park. It's Target. What more can you say? Well, this one does have a lovely niche market that is that giant park nearby, you know the one. Thusly, they have plenty of items for says park. We're talking, shirts, hats, keychains, mugs, postcards, etc. if you need a cheap Disney souvenir, you can find it here. It's licensed items, but it's not Disney Parks licensed. So unless you're extremely picky, this is the place to outfit your family and grab that screaming child a toy. Besides all that, it's your run of the mill Target. My mom purchased $400 in target gift cards and all of them were skimmed and the card values were drained the day she bought them. Your run of the mill good sized Target...BUT if you're looking for Disney merch, this is the place to go. Since it is just a few lights down on Harbor, you can find Mickey & Minnie rain ponchos, tees, sweatshirts, kids apparel (no infant I saw), lanyards, keychains, stuffed beanie characters and more. Some of the items are slightly cheaper than the Disney store for random branded knick nacks...if you're looking for adult tees, I'd advise the Disney store or even Forever 21 for the ladies. Another day, another Target. We came here specifically to check out the baby section. My friend has an adorable 22lb baby that I just can't get enough of but believe me, between all that, it can be daunting. They all needed grocery, diapers, clothes, etc. My ovaries were screaming. Target has a great deal on baby stuff if you're a new mom or dad. This is a good size Target with lots of things in stock and plenty of parking. Stuff was easy to find, service was good, and we were in and out quickly however the clothing rack was a mess - like a tornado had hit it. That was kinda upsetting. Re: my visit on 6-8-13 at 9:30 p.m. 1) Parking lot: People park in the street blocking traffic so their relative/employee can just hop right in without having to walk to a parking space. 2) The trash cans in front were OVERFLOWING with trash. 3) I didn't see one aisle that didn't have merchandise on the floor. SE side of Harbor and Chapman inside Target I almost gave this spot 2 stars... almost, but the really kind and attentive service I received on my last visit just rocketed them with a clear view into 3stardom! The main reason I was going to dole out just 2 stars is because this location unlike others does not have a Pizza Hut Express that would not only expand their menu, but prove more convenient for someone not wanting to travel elsewhere. Their menu is not huge and the food certainly will not blow you away, but it will definitely sate you without any true disappointment or surprise and is not too damaging to your wallet. For main entrees they have Hot Dogs, Sandwiches, and Flatbread Sandwiches, but they also have like Popcorn, Cookies, Ice Cream, Bread Bites, and other things to munch on as well. They also sport a pretty good variety of drinks as well including Icees! There is lots of seating in the cafe if you just want to relax or maybe kill some time while your significant other shops! They accept Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, or Target Gift Cards. read more

I love me some Target so, needless to say, I was excited to discover one across the street from the conference I was attending. I walked over the last night of my trip to pick up food for dinner, breakfast and airplane snacks. This Target has a nice selection of fresh food and I left with a little tub of tomato soup, sliced turkey, blueberries and almonds. Only 1.5 miles from Disneyland so a good place to pick up provisions. read more
