I just left the Kyle Target after an online order pick up. Came in with my toddler grandson and Marisol at the guest services grabbed my order for me. She didn't really seem to be speaking clearly or directly to me just sort of offhand mentioned that receipts are emailed. Got the baby and the bags into the car and drove off. Got about halfway there and noticed that it looked like a few things were missing. Drove all the way back, unloaded the baby and the bags and went back in. Marisol is still at the desk and was pretty flippant about the missing items...again saying they would email me anything that they couldn't fulfill. I showed her the clear text I'd received showing my full order was ready. Apparently they couldn't find the calligraphy pen my sister always buys at Target. It would have been soooo helpful if this girl had just mentioned that when she was rushing through my transaction the first time. Then I came to realize that I'd originally added a bunch of things to the order because if you spent $50 they gave you a free gift. Because of the loss of the pen set I was short by $5 which I had just spent in items from the dollar spot and a drink. They omitted the free gift. Overall this was a super crappy experience but honestly really par for the course at most Kyle stores and restaurants. I'm not sure what's up out here but people lack courtesy, kindness, and consideration for others... and it's super disconcerting and disappointing. read more

I come this location regularly and the one problem I have is the checkout lanes. I mean, if there is a line, at least open up 2-3 lanes. The checkouts are where the business makes money. I have put back all of my items and walked out just because I did not want to deal with 8 people in line and only 1 checkout.. This is crazy.. also the cashiers are almost never very friendly. It just blows my mind that the Management is not involved. I cannot see why this store could not be top notch. I think the front end of the store needs revamping starting with the Management and working down. read more

I'm a Target fiend. I could shop all day in that wonderful store. However, during my most recent trip I had a rather unnecessary unpleasant experience with an employee. Target is natural. Target is fun. Target is best when you're one-on-one. Huh?!? Sorry. We had a Target within walking distance when I lived in Chicago, and we always walked, because parking was a total freaking DISASTER. Inside, the store was totally crowded, stuff wasn't where it was supposed to be, employees were super rude, and it just seemed like hell on earth. Since that is my most recent and persistent Target experience, I'm pretty excited about this Target in Kyle. It's huge, it's almost empty all the time (!?!) and they have everything. Where it's supposed to be. Say what? The only downside are the employees who constantly ask you if you need help. I'm sure they're only trying to help, but having never even gotten a "Hello" from a Target employee in Chicago, I feel like they're making sure I'm not going to steal something! read more

This target makes it difficult to stay a loyal Target customer. We tried to return a brand new Halloween costume with our Red Card and the "policy" wouldn't let us. The lady at the return counter was intolerant and quite rude and advising us. We let it go and went shopping for our stuff. Upon checkout, our Red Card wouldn't work so we lost the 5% discount and were told to go to the same customer service line. While enroute, my wife called the Red Card and they had our address wrong, an address from 3 years ago. Why would the card all of the suddenly quit working? We engaged the same lovely customer service girl and were told that she would have to return everything and rerun it to get the discount. After returning all $175.00 worth of stuff and rescanning, their card still did not work. The girl did not offer to give us the 5% discount that she could obviously see we were supposed to get and we walked out without our groceries. We probably spend over $10,000 a year at Target but we will not spend another dime at this store. read more

I purchased a cart full of items recently including two portable chairs. I accidentally left the two chairs on the cart (bottom rack) when I returned the cart to the designated area in the parking lot. I called the store's customer service department after realizing what I did and informed them I still had the receipt. The service representative told me they were not liable for my mistake, and would not provide me with two more chairs. So much for the honor system. I guess Target is still recovering from their credit debacle? Well done target! You've officially joined the ranks of Wal-Mart for me. read more

I guess it is a custom for Target to have all the checkouts but to only have 2 open. When they need backup at checkouts you have two or three employees yelling over the radios for backup assistance to checkouts. The ones yelling for backup HOP ON A CHECKOUT TO GET THE LINE DOWN! It takes longer to get backup to the front checkout area to help out. I would also like to see HEADSETS ON RADIOS! My lord you have them up so loud it is annoying and interferes with your shopping experience. I find it's not only this store that is this way it's the same at other Target locations at well. Bathrooms are not clean. I guy walk in check off the chart and walk out. When I went in found no toilette paper in stalls, no soap and the floor was in need of attention. But according to the employee all was good. It's hard to find someone to help you but when you do they have always been helpful and nice read more

This store location is absolutely horrible. Joshua one of the managers, mind you this is his first day, raised his voice at me and got in my personal space. I was returning a swing that I got as a gift from my baby shower. This was the 3rd one that I'd gotten that was defective. I called Target customer service last night just in case there were any issues, because there are always issues at that location. It's sad when you have so many complaints about your location that customer service tells you to call while in store for issues. I called customer care. They told Joshua to do the return and put it on a gift card. He refused twice with two separate customer care reps. Said he thought it was fraudulent to give me the refund on a gift card. His dumbass stated that he didn't know how I purchased the initial gift card. What sense does that make...What did that have to do with anything...He was such an asshole. Not that it's any of his business but I got the giftcard from my baby shower. Not only was him hollering at me humiliating, but then he goes around the store and talks about me to all of the other employees. He didn't even care that I could hear the horrible comments he was making about me. I hope he was happy with his inconsiderate display of customer service on his first day at the Kyle target location. I will never shop there again. Rebecca, Elise,Eduardo, Patricia,Joshua and Jessa the store manager, they all should be ashamed of themselves. Jessa the store manager would not even come to speak with me and Joshua refused to go get her. She is never accessible in that store location. She is always off somewhere hiding, getting paid for not doing her job. They treated me like shit but they were nice to all the other customers. I feel as though I was being discriminated against. I also asked if Joshua would please leave me alone and he would not. The employees thought this was funny and were laughing at me. I felt threatened... It's Just sad...The reason they have an issue when customers do use coupons is because they do not know their store policies. When you pull it up for them and show them that they are wrong than they get pissed off at you and mistreat you. With Joshua meeting me for the first time he felt as though it was necessary to state that we have had problems with couponers...I said what does that have to do with anything...I'm not using a coupon, I'm returning a swing...he than had a conversation with Rebecca in guest relations. He says she has an issue with her coupons at least 3 times a day. Rebecca stated noooo....at lease once a week...if you were educated there wouldn't be any issues...also if this was his first day than how did he know that I use coupons...evidently they were talking about me when I came in...don't mistreat me because you don't know your policies. Joshua I think your mom would be proud of your manners and how you got into my face and raised your voice at me today...NOT...You should never make a customer feel as tho they are in a hostile situation...anyone for that matter. I hope this made you feel more like a man to raise your voice and holler at me in store in front of customers who were appalled at your behavior. Kudos to you! read more

I'm a huge Target fan, and a huge Kyle fan, and I should add I'm a brand-spanking new resident of both Kyle and TX. The store is immaculate and always so well stocked, so no issues there. My issues have been with the pharmacy. They are seriously understaffed. Being so new to the area, residents tell me Kyle has grown faster than the town can keep up. Perhaps that's why there is 1 grocery store in a town that's pushing 30,000 residents??? I suspect this is the result of the same issue...they don't have the personnel for the growing town, possibly? Or am I making excuses for a poorly managed pharmacy, I dunno? One time I have gone to the pharmacy where there was the pharmacist AND a pharm tech. ONCE. What was the special occasion? This is the scenario on a regular basis when going into the store: I see the same pharmacist doing EVERYTHING. Answering calls, serving customers, filling meds, amongst God knows what other duties. This is the scenario when I call: "Hi can you please hold? Thank you." I wait for a 10 minute minimum. I've used 3 other Target pharmacies and I have never ever seen a pharmacist doing everything. Doesn't really seem fair to her, certainly not the customer. I really thing I'm going to have to switch because company-wide Target has cut their pharmacy hours and they suuuuuck. read more
