I have stopped at this Target this week on my way to work and I was blown away!!!! I have never ever seen such clean and organized target like this one. it was like a puzzle all the way around. As of this post, this Target is so ghetto, they have their personal health products behind bulletproof plexiglass. And not just the usual makeup stuff that you'd expect to get locked-up, but even the God damn razor and shaving stuff for men. Is that how much this Target gets robbed, that they've now resorted to locking up even like $2 of value razors behind glass? Not surprising how trash and rude the kinds of customers are here compared to other Targets. read more

Shopping in this Target made me seriously question if there was a natural disaster that occurred within this building only. Items in total disarray + attitude-ish, unhelpful employees. This Target needs a lot of work. Pros: Better parking than the other nearby Targets. Cons: Employees that act like you are disturbing them by asking for assistance or checking out. Several racks of items were totally empty or completely messed up (see photos). No alcohol sold at this location. I recommend trying the Target on Jefferson in Culver City instead. The parking there is more of a pain sometimes, but it's worth it for the significantly better shopping experience and availability of items. read more

I love Target, I despise this one. Until they open the Target in DTLA, this location off of La Cienega will be my spot for cheap & quality goods. Don't even get me started with how much of a cluster-eff this place is. Packed beyond galore, on the plus side the return aisle moves fairly quickly and I think it's because they just want to get people in and out. The only time I've been to a Target and they "needed" to see my receipt upon exiting, yet they didn't check anyone elses... clearly I look questionable. Honestly, the amount of people + the type of people that shop here are what get me the most irritated. Have patience upon walking into this store because your short fuze will blow upon walking out. read more

The customer service is usually fine when I visit Target, but this location definitely has the nicest employees I've met! I recently when in to finally change my skincare routine. When asking for help, I spoke to Mireya. I was extremely impressed by her knowledge on different products, and the benefits of using one brand vs. the other. She heard me out on my skincare concerns, and suggested a handful of products that would fix the issues I was having. Mind you, I had just spoken to a skincare specialist in Nordstrom, and Mireya was a lot more detailed in her response! It's been a month since we spoke, and I'm really happy with the changes my skin has already made. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and patience. I'm in love with the products she suggested, and cannot wait to see how my skin continues to improve thanks to her, as well as another employee Jaee. read more

This is one of the largest Targets ive been to, they seem to have everything and a lot of it! But if your a man looking for shoes forget about it. I couldnt even find them for the longest time. When I asked for assistance I was directed to a small disorganized rack wedged between 2 shirt displays. Pathetic. I wish I hadnt taken on the LA traffic to get here. But since I'm here I'm treating myself to their in store Starbucks for a morning treat =) the employees at the Starbucks are nice. This is an impressive and clean store. This target deserves no stars. The shelves are half stocked and when I went in today there were no cashiers available you had to use self check out. Also the important things are all locked up I want to be able to shop in peace and grab what I need! Why do I have to push a button and wait 2 hours for someone to come over every time I want soap make up and other items it's just ridiculous! I will never come back to this location again. Really solid Target location. Bigger than it appears from outside. Very clean, well organized. Came in looking for something very specific that was showing in-stock online. It wasn't, but not really a problem, I didn't order for in-store pickup or contact them in anyway to verify it, just passing by and gave them a shot. Was impressed with the store overall, though. Great layout of everything. I mean, it's a Target. It looks like a Target, it smells like a Target, but this is a nice Target. Easily found some goodies at good prices, even if they weren't what I was originally looking for. Lots of self-checkout open when it was time to pay-and-leave, as well. Always a plus. read more

Yes Target! Come through with the vegan options!!! The frozen grocery section here is LOADED with all of my favorite Amy's brand vegan food! And the best part is the prices are so competitive!! The no cheese vegetable pizza is $7.99 at most places, but is $6.29 here. There's also a HUGE selection of vegan ice cream. read more

I love Target but this one isn't my fave. No liquor sales - boo! - and they never ever have enough cashiers. I also find the cashiers to always be sort of operating in "slow mo". On my last visit, the cashier was bagging my items, ripped the paper bag all the way down the side then handed me another paper bag since "you paid for one and I ripped it so here's another bag". What? Why not re-bag? But that didn't seem to occur to her. So I'm just standing there holding an empty paper bag and a full one with a huge tear. So yeah, I still dig my WeHo Target the best. But this one on the way to LAX does have plenty of parking and a Starbucks inside! read more

Worts target ever!! The managers are the worst. The workers are always harassed by the etls and managers to the point where it's just embarrassing. All the other targets starting wage is higher than what they pay here. Starting wage at this location is 16.50, you're better off going to another target all the other ones pay 17.25 as there starting wage. read more

Feels like a brand new world! First time in life I waited outside in a line to enter a Target grocery store because of a pandemic. Things could be worse so I'm counting my blessings. The carts were wiped down and we were 6 feet apart before entering the store. The security guard was nice. She flashed a smile as I entered the store. Couldn't locate rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover. The items were probably not in stock due to previous "bulk buying" from consumers with a fear mindset. Part of the store exit/entrance was blocked off for crowd control. I like this store. It's just the COVID-19 experience that has changed the shopping dynamic. I selected the self-checkout option. I made a trip to Target last night. I made a complaint soon after I left the store. I had shopped for grocery items. As I was making my way to the exit with my cart full of purchased goods, a young loss prevention worker asked to see my receipt. I said "Why?" and he replied saying "You don't want to show me your receipt?". I handed him my receipt as I told him that I thought it was weird since they've never asked to see my receipt after shopping. He glanced at my receipt than said "Thank you.". I was appalled. I called the store number once I reached my car. I spoke to an HR person and told her the situation. She told me loss prevention takes interest in people who buy water or high value items like electronics. She asked me if my items were exposed in my kart. I told her I bought nothing but grocery items and that my items were in tote bags. She then put me in touch with a manager at the store. I told the manager the situation. He told me he was sorry that I had an uncomfortable experience and that he would keep my words in mind and pass the info on to the loss prevention team. He also told me Target is "doing this new thing" where they ask to see everyone's receipt before they exit the store. He acknowleged the worker's approach was wrong. I told him I didn't feel like shopping at the store anymore. This practice is unacceptable. I understand scoping people who buy or are interested in high-value brand name items (like phones, laptops, plasma tv's, etc.), but this was totally unneccessary. I hope Target does away with this loss prevention tactic. I am a frequent customer of Target and will not tolerate such behavior in-store again. I give a three-star Yelp rating strictly for the merchandise Target carries. read more

So many negative reviews. In my opinion, it's like any other Target. Well I guess it's slightly more disorganized than most. But I was still able to find everything with ease. I just went (Sunday morning around 10AM) and it was pretty crowded. But it's always crowded at Target [: Just came to pick up a few necessities. Not the ideal Target I would go to, but it works if you need to get in and out quick. They have a large parking lot that is easy to get in and out of. The customer service here was pretty decent. I was looking for particular item and the sales associate took the time to help me find the item I need without hesitation. Good thing I read the yelp reviews regarding being overcharged for items, because three of my items were overcharged. Thankfully, the cashier was able to make those price adjustments. Word of caution, double check your receipt before you leave this Target! read more

Not bad, was here today, customer service was okay, my only issue is the trash near and around the building!! I'm sure they don't have enough employees to be constantly be picking up trash, but honestly it also comes done to human beings placing their trash in the trash can and people picking recyclables from the trash not making a mess! You'd think with my purchase being over $300 , you'd expect to be given at least decent customer service. No customer service No customer support just a bunch of customer disrespect. Unbelievable. As soon as I walked out the door I noticed an error on my receipt. I asked a passing cart collector if I could walk back inside to the customer service desk and he told me no that I had to wait in line. I responded with " I just walked out and I'm not even gonna shop I need this fixed" and with attitude like he could care less bc I was bothering him or something "yup, in line like everyone else . " I sit in my car and attempt to call target via customer service department to make sure I really don't need to wait in line again that happens to literally be wrapped completely around and down the side of the building which is also in the sun I might add. But of course, not one person is answering the phone . I then attempted to call every other single department in target that they give me an option to get a hold of and again not one single person answered. So apparently this target has chosen to make their own rules and policies to follow which directly affect customers in every way for the worse. Refusing to answer the phone and attitude from someone who clearly hates his job is uncalled for and I will never be wasting my money here again. Clearly, they choose to allow these employees run their business to the ground bc I've seen at least 14 ppl 15 including myself walk out of line and leave. Yes, their busy... so are all other targets implementing this procedure with the waiting in line crap, but I've never ever had to wait in the sun for this long before. Check your cameras, you'll see the massive line of ppl in the sun. You'll also see employees standing around arm waving the line bc it takes 10 of them to wave the next group inside ... which actually explains why no one is answering the phone. In fact, I'll be back to return my entire purchase and take my money somewhere . Some where i know it's going to be appreciated. read more

This 1 star goes specifically to whatever management team is in charge of what's locked up at the chemical aisles. This is the second time I've had an annoying experience and had to walk away. Young dude that works there with long hair and a middle part, came to basically just stand there to repeatedly make the sensors go off refusing to walk over to the appropriate person with the key to open the cabinet because that would intel him to and I quote "walk alllll the way over there and I don't want to do that" as he spoke with two other guys that walked over to do nothing as well. I waited for over 10 minutes alongside two other people waiting for the detergent cabinet to open and literally no one showed up. I got over it and left with no detergent. And one of them pointed out "that's just how it is." Management really needs to step up and either give another key to an extra person or manage their team and coach them on better customer service. I shouldn't have to drive an extra 3 miles away to find good customer service. Been coming to this target since childhood and it's gotten really disappointing. I understand why things need to be locked up but the system that's being used to operate the opening of the cabinets needs and can get better. Do better. read more

I regularly buy things online now to limit being exposed to the virus. I received a hat that didn't fit my toddler so I went the next day to return it. The employee didn't let me in to return the item. She said I had to wait in line. This is ridiculous! I don't have time to wait to return my item as I am not purchasing anything. I went to target to day to upgrade my Apple Watch I received from my daughter as a CHRISTMAS present. Brand new on open gift . I didn't want the money just to upgrade . I was told that's the max I could get back was $100.00'even though the Apple Watch was over $200.00 . The sales lady called the manager and he confirmed thats this was a new policy . I think this ridiculous and highway robbery. I would loose a hundred dollars if I decided to purchase the new watch because I didn't have a receipt . ITS WAS A CHRISTMAS GIFT ! With this new policy I don't see target lasting long , when purchasing something over a hundred dollars without a receipt you're telling customers to forfeit the hundreds of dollars they may have spent or received as a gift . This store deserves less than a 1 star but this app won't let it. This store is not only dirty but also such a mess. I brought my family here and we just wanted a few things such as some games and food for my children. I thought things were going swell ,but as soon as I go to pay I GET OVERCHARGED. I was distracted by my son talking to me that I didn't notice until a few minutes later. I wanted to go back to complain but the employee that was at the register was gone. Also, it looked completely normal on the receipt but when I counted my money I was a few short. I don't doubt there are a few good employees there but to be scammed at a target is unbelievable. 2 stars because after all, it's still a Target. That said, the name is the only good thing about this place. Maybe it's just me, but nothing I want is carried here, and if it is, it will be out of stock. The employees are disinterested and unhelpful, and honestly I don't care as long as it's a decent store. But it's not. It would be easier to get in and out of the White House as a person of color than it does to get in and out of the hell that is the intersection of La Cienega and N. Rodeo Dr. There is no wine or liquor section, which I unfortunately found out after I went here for a wine run. Honestly, I'm really, really unhappy about that, having looked forward to a glass of my favorite wine all day, and that's influenced my review, but seriously?! The line to this Target is INSANE! I've done a couple Drive Up and im happy they added more drive up signs for parking but it would be great to see more employees helping out at the Drive Up. My recent visit was upsetting, one lady was passing out the orders and everyone was getting out of their cars to make a line to pick up the items instead of waiting in their cars. No one was 6ft apart, the young lady seemed overwhelmed, no organization, waited 1hr for my items. Better management of the Drive Up should be established. read more

I asked a sales associate if they had any other options and he replied that that is all the store was selling this year. An incident happened in the makeup aisle today, where some person before me had opened a makeup foundation bottle so that the next person would spill it. Needless to say, it spilled all over the floor and all over my new dress. Guillermo was fast acting with cleaning as well as coming to my assistance during that stressful moment.
