It's been a long while since I have been to this location but man..... this place has some of the rudest staff. I don't know what type of management is here but every one here seems so much to be on an offensive side. Inappropriate comments, yelling at customers in line and on the in store announcements whoever speaks sounds so unpleasant. These workers and management need be taught etiquette and customer experience skills. Large selection of items here. This review is specifically for the jewelry section. I have come to this location several times specifically for deals on Disney Baublebar jewelry, potential rare finds for designer jewelry from Gucci or even clearance items (I recently got a beautiful Kendra Scott necklace retailing for $70 but for $13!). Regina at jewelry counter was super patient and helpful as I was scouring the deals and even when she rang me up and I found two more things she added them to my transaction! Parking lot available but spots are somewhat tight so just be careful because it's a busy plaza with several other stores. read more

I really like this Home Goods Store. Parking is easy and if you go early the store is not crowded at all. The customer service in this store is very good with sales associates actually walking you to the right department. Cashiers are always friendly and polite too. I went in search of Thanksgiving decor and found exactly what I needed. I love the pet department too and can never leave without buying a new toy for my puppy! There is a great selection of wrapping paper and Christmas decor too. The value is great here and I really think this is going to become my go-to Home Goods store! read more

This pertains to the company as a whole, not this location. I purchased a ring online. It arrived broken. I followed the instructions on my email to begin a return. Mail in returns are $11.99. Couldn't believe they were charging to return a broken item. In-store returns were listed as free. I have a store near me and choose to return in store. Arrived and was told online purchases must be returned via mail. I shared my email and its instructions stating I could return in a store. Manager agreed and processed the return. But it wasn't processed without fees. The original transaction was for $98.75. The return was for $87.79. I lost $10.96 on an item that arrived broken. I will continue pursuing this until all funds are returned. I would give zero stars if accepted. read more

Danielle was the manager who was very polite and I gave me discount beyond what I thought I would get. I was purchasing an item that was missing a button and kind of have like a little tear that I could sew up and she said normally we would just put this in our. I guess they're Ben that do not sell but because I really wanted it, she gave it to me and she gave me a nice discount on it and I really do appreciate that. Because it was a nice item and it was something I've been looking for, but I just didn't wanna spend that kind of money on it and so I didn't mind sewing on another button and throwing up the tear Very happy. This is a great TJ Maxx HomeGoods store. There's all kinds of fun good stuff for your home there I can never go in there because I walk out spending you know money that I shouldn't have spent just because all of a sudden oh yeah I need this. A small HomeGoods location that is packed with so much goodness! It is always super clean and organized, easy parking, great customer service, with a line that doesn't get too crazy. There is a TjMaxx downstairs with stairs, escalators, and elevators for easy access to both stores. Dog friendly, too! We had a bad experience with one of the cashier supervisors there I think her name was Lakeytra she had a very worn miss placed old wig on her head . Very unprofessional very rude lady terrible attitude and demeanor was also very rude to the other employees there and the customers . When she walked away the other employees apologized for her behavior told us it's not her first time she was acting this way . It's unfortunate I had to leave this review because the other employees there are very nice and helpful . There's always that one bad or rotten apple that ruins it for everyone . SCAMMERS at home goods - almost was taken advantage of. Cashier stated she placed the gift card and receipt inside the shopping bag- no problem. Went to my car to take out receipt and gift card and couldn't find gift card. Went back inside to inquire incase I misheard the gal and so says oh... the card maxed out. You're good, I tossed it. I said oh, all good and walked away thinking to myself... I don't think I ever used the card and know it has at least $100, and my items were only about $30. I looked at my receipt and it shows $120... chanced it and walked back in AGAIN to the person, the was annoyed this time and fetched my card from a collection of cards. No remorse, no apology. She had a manager next to her the entire time and she was unphased by the incident. Makes me thinks these types of occurrences happened often. Either this is pure negligence or there's a scheme here. I rarely receive such incredible customer service, which is why I felt the need to leave this review. This TJ Maxx is a well-furnished store, but that's not the reason I'm writing. I was helped at the till by Tia while doing a return. Once I got there, I realized I didn't have my receipt. Instead of dismissing me (as usually happens, where you're only offered store credit), she immediately reassured me with a big smile and told me it was no problem. She looked up my purchase using my credit card, quickly found the transaction, and processed the refund back to my original form of payment. What truly stood out wasn't just the efficiency--it was her beautiful attitude toward her job. Tia's kindness, professionalism, and positivity turned what could have been a stressful situation, and me having to come back, into an excellent experience. Two stores I love in one! A large TJ Maxx occupies the sub ground level with Home Goods above it. If I had more disposable income, I'd spruce up my place with seasonal Home Goods houseware though perusing the aisles is still fun. Never have I ever seen so many affordable, beautiful mugs but I already have about a dozen too many. TJ Maxx's jewelry section is the biggest I've seen with an employee who is friendly and gives great service. They carry sterling silver, 14 kt gold and moonstone pieces and designer brands. However I'm not sure if their Gucci jewelry is authentic. My skepticism of the high end brands stems from when I bought then returned a Fendi bag at the now closed Sherman Oaks location after finding out the serial number was fake. One look at the row of handbags in a rainbow of pastels reminds you that spring is here. However, the handbag section could be bigger. Big luggage section though. But the women's clothes are beautiful and stylish but not too trendy - stuff that I'd wear for more than one season. The store is clean and the strip mall has other great businesses - Trader Joe's, Panera, CVS, Ross and Kohl's with Sephora. The checkout line may be long but it moves fast. I just came into the store to return a white t-shirt that I couldn't wear because it was dirty. Bertha gave me an incredibly hard time, to the point where Fabiola, the manager, had to come downstairs. They embarrassed me, accusing me of using the shirt and claiming it smelled like perfume. Excuse me, how does she know it was my perfume? Maybe someone else tried on the shirt before me, or whatever. Anyway, I left the store, and there was a shoeless homeless person inside, asking for money and touching everything. So explain to me why you're going to embarrass a paying customer when, as the manager, you clearly allow homeless people to roam freely inside your store? read more

Came by in an emergency from a film set to buy replacement shirt for the actor. We arrived at about 9:28 and the manager "Eric" stood at the door. He told us that the store was closed and we didnt have enough time to go in. He even pulled out his phone and said "see, we are closed." I have been coming to this particular store for over 10yrs as I work nearby and sometimes need something to kill time during my lunch hour and I just love seeing what new products they got in. On this particular day (Feb 2 2026) I was buying outdoor cushions and as I was walking towards the open register (register 2), I was greeted by a man (supervisor?) that joked about me using my muscles to carry the bulky cushions up to the register and asked if I was going to sign up for the Homegoods credit card? Which I politely said "no thanks! I'm ok". He then persisted to ask "why not? Don't you want to save 10%?"... again, I politely said "no thanks, I've never owned a CC and I don't intend to anytime soon"... he then persisted to tell me the benefits of the CC in which I said "I don't come here enough to own a CC" to which then the person at the register comments "No, he does come here a lot!" ...then the two start to laugh! And the man then continues to ask why I won't open a CC? I know it's their job to push the CC and for a while I joined in with the conversation but at this point I started to feel harassed. I made a joke to the person at the register saying "I said that to get him off of me" which she replied "I'm going to start calling you out now every time I see you since you said you don't come here a lot"... Like, WHAT THE ACTUAL F@CK! Who says that? ... even as I walked away I can hear them still talking and laughing about me saying I don't come here a lot........Anyways, I will no longer shop at this location as I now feel weirded out and have no intention to be harassed every time I visit which is sad because like I said, I've been coming to this store for over 10 yrs. read more

Great location in Westchester! This tj maxx is split in two levels. Home goods are upstairs and clothing and accessories are on the lower level. Easy parking in the plaza. If you're driving on sepulveda, don't be nervous that it's not open. For whatever reason almost all the storefronts on this section of the street are in the back. So the store doors facing the street all look rundown/closed. But if you turn into the plaza in the back, there's plenty of parking and easy access to the store. This location is clean but a bit disorganized. The employees are friendly and helpful. read more

Just called customer service for a small issue after a small purchase over the phone and the woman who picked up was extremely rude to both my mother and my father because they had purchased two glass pumpkins and the lady at the register I believe it was either register two or seven had shown them that the pumpkins needed batteries because the pumpkins are light up, and the lady must've accidentally not put the battery cover back on one of the pumpkins so when my parents had returned home, we were putting batteries in the thing and we noticed that there was no battery cover on the pumpkin we had called to see if it was still at the register and the lady who answered was extremely rude to both my mother and my father. Do not recommend shopping at the store. Employees are extremely rude and do not want to help in any way shape or form. if I had her name, I'd be putting her out there, but just know that you are very rude woman to my very nice parents and I hope that you lose your job. read more

Me and my girlfriend came in to look around at jewelry and we patiently waited for the only person working there for 10 minutes while she helped one customer. We asked her after 10 minutes if she could call back up and she said she would even though she didn't. Then I went to ask someone for help at the front and an middle aged black lady (she seemed like a manager) came and when we said we wanted to look at a bracelet, she said, "just wait, after she's done with that customer she will help you" as if we don't know how lines work. My girlfriend said we had been waiting for 10 minutes and she didn't give a shit and just walked away. To wait for 10 minutes to look at one piece of jewelry, not getting acknowledged, and being met with more than one rude employee is wild. This store is incompetent as fuck. So dang tired of the cart situation here. I get blasted every time I come in here from having the wrong cart. Their carts lock at the doors so you have to hand carry everything out. I have 2 small kids and it's just not an option and super unsafe to navigate that parking lot without free hands and toddlers. They sell large household goods. It makes no sense. They clearly don't want their carts stolen by the unhoused, I get it, but it's pretty rare that I come in here and there isn't a homeless person napping in a chair in HomeGoods... but I'm the one getting scolded. read more

I ordered a set of end tables from TJ Maxx online. When the tables arrived, they were not what I was expecting. The boxes were so tightly packed with friction-charged Styrofoam that it stuck to my hair, clothing and left what looked like snowfall all over my living room. Despite all the packaging, one of them was damaged. I took the other one out of the thin plastic bag it was shipped in and it left trails of gold glitter on my clothing and floor. I took them to my local TJMaxx to return them. I was told by the cashier that since I used Paypal to purchase them, they could only issue store credit since it wasn't a credit card. I spent over $300 on the tables and am not a TJMaxx shopper, so I will never use $300+ at TJMaxx. TJ Maxx received payment for the purchase the same as they would if I had used a credit card. This is a ridiculous policy since Paypal provides a line of credit. Credit cards also provide a line of credit. read more

I love this store especially this location.., Maybe because the customer service is top tier Neomi the manager is the best she always goes above and beyond to help me from searching back stock to calling another store to find what I'm looking for plus she's always smiling making people feel welcome . She and her staff all do a wonderful job. The store is always so neat and tidy the lines always move fast they have plenty of cashiers. They just make you feel like they appreciate your business. I spent hours here sometimes, there's so much to see. It's like treasure hunting. I give it a three star because it seems like they don't get good selections for clothing (men & women) as they used to. It seemed to diminish and it's very limited choices and brands. I still shop here every now and then. One more thing, the manager at the jewelry department is not friendly at all. She gets mad when you return something (anything over $100). Be aware that if you have a tjmaxx card, they won't record your receipt on your email address so that you won't be able to return anything if you didn't keep or didn't ask for a printed receipt...AND customer SVC refuses to acknowledge the issue and the issue is happening to a huge amount of customers.. and to add insult to injury even if you have a tj Maxx card if you didn't actually get a printed receipt you won't be able to return the item...I am closing my account!!! read more
