I'm so sad to have to rate it average. Dr. Perry is an amazing optometrist that gives you that…read moretough love but shows that your eyes and vision matter to him. Usually there is no wait times. I loved coming here except for one thing. The receptionist. The older lady (possibly his wife) is so rude and she answers with such an attitude as if she's the doctor. I called about ordering new contacts and about the price and she responds with " ok? Does it matter how much it costs? Does it?!" And I was like well yes cause my insurance won't pay for it. And she proceeded to reply with "no! It doesn't matter honestly!" Other times she always lost my paper work and my patient file I would have to wait about 20 min for her to find it. Sometimes she wouldn't update files and tell me I still owed from previous times until I had to prove I didn't owe anything. Dr Perry is such a great optometrist but he needs to get a new receptionist who doesn't give so much attitude and acts professionally and loves their job. Won't be coming back here until the receptionist is replaced.

The reception staff were also professional, they will answer any questions you may have. Only thing here is parking can be incredibly difficult to find, as it shares the lot with dozens of business and think some condo buildings. A reliable location for an eye exam...and if you need eyewear.

Jennifer spoke to me in a condescending and rude way, as if I'm stupid, instead of simply helping me look at frames. When I asked her to please speak to me normally and not be rude, she escalated the situation, told me to leave, and physically went to the front door, opened it, and ordered me out. When I asked for her manager and business card and her name, she refused. She then proceeded to call the police. This lady is an angry person with a short fuse. This is not how customers should be treated--especially by a manager. I left without ordering anything. I hope corporate or the district manager addresses this, because the lack of basic customer service and kindness was shocking. I will not be coming back, and I will be asking for a full refund of the cost for the exams.

My first appointment was with Dr. Ha and she made things so comfortable and I really loved the way that she broke down every single test to make sure that I completely understood what she was doing and why. I felt at complete ease and she took care of me throughout my entire appointment. She served me with kindness and that goes a long way. Her service was top-notch and she even gave me a hug goodbye which I thought was so sweet. The staff that helped me with my glasses was also exceptionally attentive and very kind. I never felt rushed making my selections and they made placing my order very easy. My glasses came within 2 1/2 weeks with no issues. The facility is very tidy and they have a ton of options for glasses. I will be bringing my whole family here, and I can't recommend Specs Vision Care enough! What a great find.

The technician who administered the initial screenings was great at explaining each exam. As she moved my mom from machine to machine, she was very gentle with her. Dr. Tran was very thorough with each exam. He explained the issue with her eyes and where to go for minor surgery. My mom was very pleased with her visit. Because of the time he took with my mom, it did cause the other patients a longer wait. But, he is worth the wait.

My experience with Dr Le was unfortunately not a great one. She kept insisting that my need for corrective lenses was my own fault and that I needed to perform eye yoga on a regular basis to correct this. She insisted that I relax my eyes and try to get the letters on the exam chart to focus during my exam on lines I couldn't normally read. As a result, I had a prescription that provided double vision and an inability to recognize faces, read, or see clearly 20 feet away. She said she intentionally gave me a lower prescription and to keep doing my eye yoga to make the prescription better at home. I came back to the office a week later frustrated and expressed my ongoing concern to Dr. Le. I wasn't able to function properly at work and was consistently getting headaches trying to focus my vision to "normalcy." She was clearly irritated with me and said I wasn't trying hard enough with the eye yoga. I've been wearing glasses for the last 30 years and have never experienced this with any other optometrist. After a bit of resistance she reluctantly gave me a stronger (but still not strong enough) prescription and insisted that I continue doing eye yoga at home. I had to deal with this poor prescription for the rest of the year to avoid additional fitting and exam fees, which continues to be frustrating. Extremely unimpressed and will definitely not be back.
