This review is regarding an employee of the Vision Center, Lisa (unknown last name). My daughter broke her glasses (the frame) and under normal circumstances, the frames would take roughly five days to arrive after ordered. My daughter has extremely poor vision, and literally NEEDS her glasses. Lisa was able to pull some strings and the frames were available the day I called. My daughter was beyond happy that she didn't have to wear taped glasses anymore, and Lisa's service was beyond exceptional! read more

On Sunday may 31 my family and I came into Walmart to get my glasses as I have for several years. When I seen they where not open yet the very nice greeter informed me that they open at 12:30. So the family and I walked around Walmart till they opened. About 1230 we walked over to the vision center. About 1235 the vision center employee walked in with Starbucks when the lady at the greeter let him know that he had customers waiting his response to her was I don't care. He then walked over to a big black lady employee and started talking. I walked over to the about 1237 and asked to talks to the store manager. With her reply "I am the manager" I told her I want the store manager and she replied "the store manager is on vacation. I'm it". Very rudely I might add. And asked how can she help me. I replayed with the vision center opens at 1230 and he has not opened. He replayed rudely with will be there in a min. About 1240 they walked away together and still talking. About 1243 he then walked out and started to open the vision center. Family and I walked out and went someplace different. I will never come back to this vision center again. read more

This has been an amazing dispensing optician for children. The staff is amazing and are accustomed to dealing with the needs of young children and replacing their glasses is easy! The prices are reasonable$$. I especially appreciate Regina who can do a repair while you wait and, always suggest in the best interest of the child that the fitting can be adjusted! read more

Let me start with saying that Angie was my hero for the day. My glasses unexpectedly fell apart while I was shopping. I was able to grab all the parts and go to the Vision Center. My vision is very awful. She helped me right away. And made her mission to make sure my glasses were fixed. And the quality of how she fixed them was amazing. Thank you so much. read more

Came on March 2023 and thinking to make another pair of glasses and use the insurance. Meet with the lady and they do scanning my eye with the machine. I asked if this good for reading and she said yes. After finish and meet with the doctor, He asked me to take a photo inside the retina ; i doubt it. Because it's extra money other than insurance covered it. Finish visit them and got a letter prescription. The glasses only good for far sight, not near sight. So my near sight/reading sight still blurry. Will be back with other vision doctor for the next year, cause my insurance only cover one time checkup per year and one time discount glasses each year. read more

Dr. Vo is awesome. He is very caring, thorough and friendly. My husband made an appointment and got in right on time. No long delays or "triple" booking. Dr. Vo's staff is awesome. Cathy did a great job starting the exam process with some super fun tests :-). She even clarified an insurance issue so that there was only a $10 co-pay! Thanks Cathy! The clinic is clean and pleasant. Dr. Vo and Cathy make a great team and made my husband's experience awesome. If you need an eye exam, definitely check them out. Great job guys! read more

Dr Vo is simply the best. He is the first and only dr that went through all the options with the contact lenses. After with 6 different brand we finally found the perfect one. Previous eye doctor would give me one trial lens and If they worked good, if they didnt to bad. I have a bad left eye and astigmatism that would not allow my contact to stay in place. He found the one. He really did. I prefer my contact over glasses now. Didnt think it was possible. read more

Worst. Ever. I attempted to get lenses for my brand new frames FOUR times from the same people and each time they dropped the ball and did NOT do what they said the would do. I JUST WANT MY GLASSES. Please say you'll do what you say you'll do... or else I am left wasting gas from driving over there so many times without any resolution to my vision needs. I went next door to Costco vision just for a price quote and they helped me more than Walmart in one try! I would not recommend going there. No really... don't go here. -__- read more

It is unfortunate that this Vision Center does not have a higher rating since the current staff are helpful, courteous and professional. I see many of the negative reviews occurred 4 years ago or before. I have been helped by Cynthia several times and she has always given me the care and attention that has me going back here for my eye glasses needs. Her colleagues are the same way as Patrick and Hector recently put in the time and effort to help perform minor repairs for glasses for me and my son, and at the end, did not charge us anything for it. I have also had positive experiences with Margarita. Four years have passed since the negative reviews. You should give them a shot -- you will not be disappointed. read more

Complete slackers! Inept at dealing with your insurance company, they fail to return calls in regards to wether or not the frames you want are in stock, they don't even know their own products! Costco is the answer, better service, better products, better prices....and they're just across the street. read more
