I had been experiencing eye pain for the last 2 weeks and she wanted me to wait until she came back from her vacation to get results. After Waking up this morning with horrible eye pain, headache and pressure that wouldnt go away i decided to do a quick Google search and corona optometry popped up. I called them today around 4pm, told them my symptoms and they immediately got me within 30 mins. The office staff was super friendly, thoroughly explained all testing to me, Dr..SADEGHIAN was very patient, had professional chairside manners, has new state of the art equipment and listened to my whole ordeal that I've been dealing with for months now. He really made me feel cared for and heard! Dr. Was very thorough explaining all his findings and even showed me all the images as he was explaining everything. He gave me solid suggestions on how I can better my eye health, and made sure I left his office feeling confident that I had nothing to worry about because he double checked everything. I appreciate that he saw how anxious and concerned I was over the eye pain and even gave me a note to take to the ER in the event the pain and blurriness got worse. I appreciate that so much. It's not everyday you come across a doctor who really cares for their patients and makes them feel heard. I went in for a routine eye exam and simply asked for my prescription at the end. I did not report any problems with my current contacts. Despite this, I was encouraged to try one-day contact lenses instead. When I asked for my prescription, I was told they needed to order trial lenses for my current brand, which meant I had to come back again just to receive what I already use. When I returned for that follow-up, even though my appointment was on time, it still took about 10 minutes for someone to take me to the back. I had already clearly stated that I was not planning on purchasing contact lenses through the office so there wouldn't be any pressure, yet they still attempted to place an order at the end of my second appointment, and were reluctant to release my prescription until I firmly told them I was going to buy elsewhere. This was frustrating, especially since I'm paying for the eye exam and prescription and should not feel like it's being held back. To add to the frustration, I had a separate upcoming appointment scheduled for Monday that I canceled over the phone, yet I still received a text asking me to confirm that appointment after the fact. Overall, the experience felt pushy and disorganized compared to previous years. Because of these new tactics, I'll be switching to a different eye care office.

The customer rep did not even ask me if I wanted Any of those items that were recommended as if they were the ones paying for it . It went from $159 out of pocket when my ins covered $180 and my glasses were only $125 to $15 co pay once I caught on to their fraudulent service. Not to mention when I went back to pick up my glasses the girl and the optometrist didn't say a word to me until I said I am here to pick up my glasses - I understand they were probably upset but it's only fair that I let people know how this place operates . Let me be the judge of what I want on my glasses since I am paying for it - not them! I do love the glasses , they also have a Good selection.

Tried to give the benefit of the doubt after the first time but couldn't stick around for a third time. My experience with Dr Le was unfortunately not a great one. She kept insisting that my need for corrective lenses was my own fault and that I needed to perform eye yoga on a regular basis to correct this. She insisted that I relax my eyes and try to get the letters on the exam chart to focus during my exam on lines I couldn't normally read. As a result, I had a prescription that provided double vision and an inability to recognize faces, read, or see clearly 20 feet away. She said she intentionally gave me a lower prescription and to keep doing my eye yoga to make the prescription better at home. I came back to the office a week later frustrated and expressed my ongoing concern to Dr. Le. I wasn't able to function properly at work and was consistently getting headaches trying to focus my vision to "normalcy." She was clearly irritated with me and said I wasn't trying hard enough with the eye yoga. I've been wearing glasses for the last 30 years and have never experienced this with any other optometrist. After a bit of resistance she reluctantly gave me a stronger (but still not strong enough) prescription and insisted that I continue doing eye yoga at home. I had to deal with this poor prescription for the rest of the year to avoid additional fitting and exam fees, which continues to be frustrating. Extremely unimpressed and will definitely not be back.

Michael assisted me today and because of his exceptional customer service skills my faith is now restored. The place was pretty busy but regardless he managed to help me pick my frames, choose which lens was best explained everything in detail and was not rushing like my past experience just to sell me something. He made sure I got the best deals they offered. You are a true asset to that team. Another plus is they would have my glasses ready in an hour.
