When they called a few days prior, I verified everything necessary before I attended the appointment, to ensure I wouldn't waste my valuable time. Nevertheless, I took an Uber to my appointment, which caused issue in locating it, as the company name isn't apparent outside. So walking up and downstairs to locate it, after the car dropped me at the wrong address in the first place, I found them. Inside, after surrrendering my insurance cards, I was informed by an overseer that additional monies were necessary for the appointment. There was no offer to bill me, reschedule, or even investigate what happened. Whatever "training" they do or don't have, obviously is void of customer service.

I cannot speak on whether these comments reflect any management awareness, but as a patient, it made the environment extremely uncomfortable to hear what I understood and perceived as carelessly ignorant. Living in California for a long time, these were not words I expected to hear and very inappropriate for the workplace let alone a "professional" clinic. The rest of my experience here has been great; amazing doctors and aides who have persistently helped me through my slough of issues, which makes this all the more unfortunate.
