Purchased an HP keyboard from Target.com. Waited a week to receive it. Sure nothing like Amazon Prime! Finally arrived and it has no USB plug with it! Called the store to see if they have one like it. Thought I'd at least be able to exchange it for one with all the parts. No one answers the phone at 8:58 PM, either in electronics or customer service. Store website says they're open 'til midnight (because people are Christmas shopping this time of year). Target.com customer service already closed at 8:58 PM. Haven't been able to print out and balance my checkbook because no keyboard working, so I can't type/print anything. Computer basically useless since 11/29. WILL NEVER SHOP AT TARGET AGAIN! read more

I had a horrible experience at the Starbucks today with my daughter who came to visit me for Mother's Day. The employee Isabel was extremely rude and yelled at her for no reason. My daughter was simply asking when the drink we ordered 30 minutes ago was going to be ready as everyone behind us had all got their drinks. She raised her voice at my daughter and said "SOMEONE MUST OF TAKEN IT SINCE YOU LEFT YOUR FIRST DRINK SIT ON THE COUNTER FOR OVER 10 minutes!!" Which is simply not true as she grabbed it as they were setting it down since we were just waiting for our drinks. She then said "THAT'S NOT TRUE CUS I PUT IT DOWN ME!!!!!" My daughter is not one to argue or anything so she simply put her drink down and walked away with tears. That whole situation was extremely uncomfortable and uncalled for. All my daughter did was ask if my drink was going to be ready soon and got yelled at. Fortunately we spoke to the manager and he was great! He was very kind and informed us she would be spoken to. Target in Riverside located off of Tyler and the 91 freeway had to stop here and get a few goodies knickknacks snacks items I was going to need on my vacation my traveling stopped here. Did you get some more extra clothes or underwear stuff like that it's pretty cool play the parking prices are reasonable just just a little service wise. It's the took a little bit of time but I didn't at the front people friendly just gonna be careful of zombies out there out there paddling but other than that everything else is good, if you need to go to the target, this is a pretty good stop that's 91 freeway and Tyler call street from the mall in Riverside. read more

This is the most disgusting target I've ever been in. It's clear they need new management. There were tons of go back carts all over, clothes on the floor, everything in disarray. I see associates putting out new freight. I think the focus should be on cleaning, zoning and trash pick up. I saw what I think was a Manager on his phone!! This store needs to be closed! read more

This aisle was a technicolor dream come true! It was amazing to see a store with so much stock available! I found everything I need for summer at a baseline rate of at least 30% off! Clearance workout gear, amazing CDs for my truck, and it's not just the Starbucks iced coffee talking ! I can't wait to go back ! The cashier even helped me with my mission on the target app! Funny story. I am in the self check out line to pay at Target just now. The girl in front of me scans her item, bags it, and walks out. I come next and the item is still on the screen so I call the employee and say can you clear my screen. She said, "Oh gosh, the girl didn't pay." She had time to chase her down but didn't want to mess with it. They should definitely have an employee by the exit like Walmart. This was the Target on Tyler in Riverside. Store always has trash, empty hangers etc on the floor that you have to dodge. There is rarely any carts available or they are filthy and have wheel issues. You can never tell if there is a manager on duty. Shelves are poorly stocked and messy. The staff that is pulling online orders are the only ones who can help you when you have a question. read more

As many of you had noticed Target is renovating all their stores in SoCaL area. I love the new look and changes in other Target stores already. For this Target location they are still in the middle of renovating. As a frequent shopper, it's hard to find items in a certain location when the store are somewhat in disarray. I saw Justin , he was on the floor stocking/ arranging merchandise with another employee. I interrupted them and Justin was quick to assist me to help locate a few items. Justin didn't just scan the product PC# or type in the product names on his phone device. He didn't just mentioned the items are in a certain Aisle number or point me to the direction where I needed to be. Justin volunteered to walk with me to locate these items in the shelves. I was impressed with Justin's can do attitude. read more

Asked the guy with the purple hair in electronics for help, which I was pretty hesitant to approach since he was having a full on conversation and what I perceived to be as flirting with a customer. I greeted him, said hi and all that came out of his mouth was "YES".... Asked if he could help Me with ink and instead of helping me, he just pointed out to the aisle... 2 aisles down where Nintendo switch items are. Customer service was TERRIBLE. Kim is the rudest employee I have ever met not only does she have attitude but she's also racist me and another Mexican lady tried to check out at the self check out with 11 items when the cut off was 10. She told us no, but she was letting other white people through with 15 or 20 items totally inconsistent And nasty me and the other lady were waiting in the regular cashier line for about 20 minutes already when everybody at self check out was just passing through. Finally, the rude lady Kim went to lunch and Chris took over. Chris was very very helpful. She apologized for Kim and let us through with our 11 items. She told me she's sorry she couldn't do anything because Kim was higher than he, people like Kim shouldn't be in charge people like Chris should be in charge. read more

This Target allows people & just kids to sell candy right outside the exit doors. I have watch individuals in vans drop off people in the back of the lot just to sell candy, etc and claim it's an organization when it's not. I had a chance interaction with Gabriel yesterday and his customer service skills left me in awe. I asked him if there was any back stock of some items I was looking for and he spent the time to literally check every possible location of each item just to see if it was really out of stock. And the best part to me was his enthusiasm. Not overly giddy or anything, but glad to do what he could to help. I really hope the higher ups at this store read this and commend Gabriel for being such a stand up worker. 5 stars for Gabriel, and a thumbs up read more

This Target has turned into a complete dump. The store is a mess. Employees cussing and on their phones. You can't try on any clothes because the dressing room area is full of carts filled with return clothing. Never mind dodging the mentally ill and solicitors just to get into the store. Service is terrible. It's giving Walmart. I would give it no stars if possible. Target hires young kids with zero customer service and zero appreciation for who shops there. I'm very disappointed as i seen today that a lady was able to purchase more than 15 bottles of formula without any problems. 15!!! I thought there was a limit to 4 per customer but the worker just stood there & watched as she bought almost half of what was on the floor. read more

This Target is decently stocked and the customer service is good. I had to return a few costumes that I purchased that ended up not working out for my two dogs and I did have to wait a bit as there was only one person at the Customer Service counter. But she was very pleasant and processed my return efficiently. read more

Extremely dirty and out of basic coffee making essentials. Informed employee of a particular mess and he ignored me completely. I was going to leave it at that, but my drink taste like water with caramel. I ordered an iced Carmel macchiato with add shot...I should taste coffee. I just spent $20 on pomegranates to find out they're ROTTED! I don't know how long or where this Target gets their pomegranates from, but this is appalling. If you're going to charge $3 each for a fruit, then please make sure it's at least of decent quality! Of course I can't get a refund, because these are produce and 'already opened.' Me and my husband were driving around from stores to stores looking for the best deal on ipad. We looked online for which store is it available to pick up at the moment. Unfortunately, their system online doesn't update fast enough. We went to Target 20 miles from home but there was none there. So disappointing. One of the managers working at the self checkout at the Target (around 5:30pm Sunday May 5 '19) was very considerate and let me run to the car and get my wallet when I was going to buy a pack of powerade I even already drank from. She was also very friendly, focused, and purposed to give the customers good attentive service! (She rung me up on a seperate register when i returned with my wallet so I wouldnt have to wait in line again. Also she would call out to each customer when the self checkout machine was avail.) Yep. This is another Target store. Same wide variety of items as any other one. My only complaint is that the layout and the stocking of items is not the same as the one closer to me. So I have to hunt down all the aisles before finding what I need. All I am asking for is consistency. Maybe Target should look into a more cookie cutter design? read more

If I could give half a star I would. Absolutely incompetent management at this location it's no wonder they have such high turnover rate. I had the displeasure of dealing with the pompous fool Mark (night afternoon supervisor). My experience trying to ask him for a price check for an item that was obviously mislabeled probably by him, was abhorrent. The mouth breather could barely decipher what I was trying to ask him and then he started waking away as I was still asking him about the actual price. This is my closest Target but I've started going to Norco because it just feels unsafe at this point. Every time I come there's a man in front of the store asking me for money or to buy him energy drinks. Last time I went there was a homeless woman literally sitting on one of the self checkouts. An employee that looked super young ended up asking her to move after about 5 minutes but that is not even safe or fair to the young employees to have to do that. I just drove into the parking lot to give it another shot and a homeless woman stood in front of my car and groped herself. Whoever owns the shopping center needs to hire security to protect their employees and customers. read more

The Tyler St (Riverside) location use to be my go to store; they had everything I needed, always stocked, great customer service, I could always find an employee if needed, never a wait at checkout . unfortunately that is not the case anymore. Since the stores re-model a couple years back, you know when they took our popcorn & icee machine away this store has gone extremely down hill. There are never enough checkout stands open because they don't have (enough) employees! The waits in line are ridiculous! Stock is always low or never there, I looked today for an employee to help me, none. The shopping carts are filthy & have trash in them, the ground in front of the store is disgusting, covered in food, gum & hell I don't want to know what that black stuff is?! Not my favorite Target because this is in an incredibly crowded area, right across from the Tyler Mall ... Honestly, I am claustrophobic so I try to avoid busy stores like this one at peak times. The few times I have come here it's very difficult to find what I need and the service has been a bit slow. Today, on Black Friday, I just tried to grab a couple quick items and cheap doorbusters, but most of the items I wanted were gone. On the way out, I asked one of the workers why the receipt said all the items were DVDs by price and not listing each individual title, which I realized will make returning these items more complicated!!! =( Then I went to another Target in a busy area and they seemed to have everything I wanted hours later!!!
