Went to put in a job application. Front desk calls someone and tells me someone will come down to help me. Someone comes down a few minutes later and without a warm welcoming greeting, she just straight up said "we're not hiring" and walks away. Note: this was several years ago. Honestly if I could just leave a 5 star for Lina/Linda at register 9 I would! She's awesome, amazing, cheerful and so helpful! If every associate was half of her I would drive from West Sac just to shop here. Esperanza, at guest services, was the exact opposite. She was overal slightly rude to customers before me. When it was my term a dvd rung up $12.99 even though it was posted in the dvd section title and priced at $5. She didn't even offer to have anyone look she just said "sorry someone probably stuck it there" I stated there was more than one. Shrug. So when I decided I did want it she called someone in electronics and asked me to step aside. I did so nicely no problem. I heard it confirmed on the walker what I said was true (mind you I was really nice to her as I work retail and understand how it goes sometimes) the person said to honor it and apologize to the guest. I kid you not she didn't say a word to me just rung me up and handed me my change as if it was my fault that someone had marked them wrong. Someone needs some customer service training ASAP. She honestly made me feel as if I was stealing a $5 dvd and hadn't just spent $350 there. read more

Who's the number one fan at target??? That would be ME. I've always love target. From bathrooms supplies to decorating your home to the little snacks Target is my all time favorite store. I can find just about anything here. I most recently fell in love with their furniture. I recently remodeled my kitchen and decided to organized my boys room as well so I turn to Target for help. I found some nice and sturdy cubicles organizer, desk , and storage bench and more. It was affordable and all items came with an IDIOT PROOF assembling instruction. I am very pleased to say that my project turn out spectacular. My goal was to organized my house and that is just what I did thanks to Target Store! I always go to Target to buys kids supplies and clothes. Sometime you can find cool vintage things here that you can't find anywhere else. One time I found a really cool vintage Marilyn Monroe Shirt for my little sister and she said everyone love it but couldn't find it anywhere. I also like the fact that they have a little food court in most target so if your are hungry you can eat and shop. If you have a Target card, I believe you can save 5% back each time you use your card. pretty Awesome! read more

consumers of target please know this. my daughter and i got 3 ea of our credit cards stolen at folsom lake .. 8/9/2017 the thieves went to this targetin rancho cordova and the one in folsom and e sacramento and charged over $3000 dollars on my cards and $1500 on my daughters cards.. they went to all 3 targets one of the purchases was over $1048 dollars the other 6 charges to my cards were all over $200 dollars.. my complaint is if target asked for an id for these big $ purchases these thieves would of been caught and or i wouldn't be going through this headache of cleaning up this mess! target is a great place fir the thieves to use your stollen credit cards and its there policy per there managers not to ask for id!!! that's why they hit 3 targets in 3 hours!! i'll never shop here again they don't protect you the consumer but are open for all thieves to use your hard earned bucks!! read more

Can I just say target is 3/5 alright. But Can I just say... service at Pizza Hut is terrible. Sticky tables, no pizza boxes, no icee. The lady forgot our order and came to our table after 30 minutes and asked us if we got everything. We waited 45 minutes for our order to come when it should took at least 5-10 minutes. Second, there were no pizza boxes and the lady gave us the pizza wrapped in paper plates. Low quality service, I'm really disappointed. I understand that we can forget or they don't have materials for the things on the menu but... 45 minutes is way too long for a mini pizza plus when you watch the people around you get their orders before yourself read more

Okay I'm a fan of Target but this particular one rocks. We asked Lowell for assistance and he went above and beyond to help us. Service with a smile! Everyone we encountered were courteous and kind. We came here because it's close to our church but because of the service we received from Lowell and how organized it is...I'll drive to this over others. Thankful!!! read more

I love Target. I can't think of a target that I didn't love. The cashiers are almost always friendly.

I'd rather go to Laguna. The cart attendants are never anywhere to be found so theres always tons of carts by cars and through out the parking lot. The food court is always a mess and never clean, they always run out of basics in the food court too, like lids and forks...and even straws. The over all store is ok, but the customer service isn't the greatest. I had just purchased and iPod and decided I didn't like it, when I went to return it they said I couldn't because it was opened. After I explained that my songs didn't fit the lady explained to me that all her songs fit on her ipod and that I should just keep it and theres nothing they can do for me. Why do I care about her ipod? I just plopped down tons of money for the thing and you can't do anything? For anything electronic I'm going to Best Buy for now on, since they don't interrogate you about returns, or I'll just go to Laguna Target since they're more willing to be helpful. read more

The most rude and inconsiderate people working here. They lie to each other about who's doing what , no concern for customer. I have been dealing with this pharmacy for years but since the staff change there is no friendly customer. Service and they act like the customer is doing something wrong. I used to get my refills automatically or they wold fax my dr BEFORE I was completely out my meds to renew an prescription. Now I run out they don't call and wait for me to call them and then they tell me the have to get a renewal....uh ok you should have done this before I ran ou!. EVERYONE at that pharmacy are rude and seem to be lacking any compassion for customers. STRESSFUL EXPIERENCE...I need to look for a new pharmacy ASAP....too bad because this was my only pharmacy. the new staff is horrible... read more

Yay Target! My go-to for almost everything (beauty, household, clothing, snacks, etc) and its a very convienant location. I always find myself making a pit stop here every time when I've procrastinated in packing and last minute items (before heading to the airport!) and they save the day. This target locks up their women's products, as in face cream. I had to find someone to unlock it and then she said she would take up to a front counter so I could pay for it!!!! She picked the longest line where I would have gone to the self check!!!!! I am so so definitely not a flight risk with a jar of face lotion!!!!!! I told her I didn't have that much time, but thanks anyway. Naturally I will not be returning to that store. Truthfully, I will probably not shop Target again. It is not worth it. read more

i come to this target at least every week. theres just something about target that i cant get away from. their clothes are fashionable, this target in particular is always fully stocked. the only reason i wont give them five stars though because the customer service is lacking at this store. but you cant expect much from stores like target and walmart. overall, i feel like target's prices on clothes in general are a bit pricey but that hasnt stopped me from shopping there at all. i will definitely continue coming to this and every target whenever i have the chance read more

I love target. This target is mostly well organized and has a great clearance/sale area. You don't need to worry about expired products here or tampered beauty products. The layout of the store is really nice and easy to locate different departments. There are a decent amount of check out lines open so check out is really fast compared to Walmart. read more

First let me say that I LOVE Target! I go to Target regardless of what city I'm in for household items, last minute travel needs, gifts, etc... I enjoy their advertising, marketing, and merchandising...it just makes me want to buy! This is why I was disappointed when I visited this Target. To make a long story short the customer service here is not up to par. I often stand in the check out line for 10, 15, 20 minutes while able bodied cashiers walk by like doing their job is not high on their list of priorities. During my last visit there was a staff meeting being held at the food area in front of the check out line. There were at least 15 employees taking part in this meeting while the two check out lines that were open had 10 plus people each! This did not seem to phase the employees at all. They finally sent more cashiers to help out after people started to complain. I must have been in line for 25 minutes while staff chatted and ate in front of us during their very casual meeting. I vowed never to go back! I know that I will eventually break down and get my Target fix, but I will go out of my way to avoid this location. Customer service is everything read more

I'm not sure how to spell or pronounce the Shift Managers name on Sat night but I will try 'Indiya' ? He was awesome cust service! I had already been in the store for 2 hours shopping, when I got to the counter my phone went dead and could not use my 20% from cartwheel (which was on everything I had in my basket) When I explained & showed my phone I was told SORRY there was nothing that could be done! Are you kidding? after 2 hours...HEY I understand policy if that's what it is but really I'm a customer that spends a lot of money in Target and there should always be exceptions in place. I was told absolutely NO WAY that could happen! I was so disappointed & upset I asked for a Manager..'Indiya' basically was very calming & told me to allow him to assist me... from that point his mannerism & the way he treated me with respect was Awrsome! I just came from Target. I got there shortly after they opened. Every single person I saw said hello and/or good morning to me. That was great. Good customer service; however, the store was an absolute mess. I have never seen a store in such disarray. There were carts full of stuff in almost every isle. There were bins full of stuff in all the main isles. A worker and a manager were talking about another worker that took an extra long break, and what was going to be done about it. That should have been a discussion in an office. When I checked out there was only one open line. I had to wait while a couple checked out with well over a $100 worth of items. I couldn't use the quick check out because I had coupons. I am disappointed with what I saw today. Where was the manager, and why wasn't this taken care of by a night shift? I will always go to this Target because it is just across the freeway from me, but someone needs to have a serious discussion with the manager of this Target. read more

On March 17, 2014 I went on a routine shopping trip joined by my daughter, sister, and mother. My daughter started to get a bit fussy so I decided to take her outside to cool down for a minute. As I was walking away, team member Angelina thought it would be funny to crack a joke to another team member at the expense of my child. My sister and mother were standing right in front of her. When my sister told Angelina that she was related to me, Angelina took off down the isle. My daughter has a disability which makes her comment even more disgraceful. Being a mature adult (and not wanting to go to jail) I decided to file a complaint. Hire mgmt needs to know how their employees act. The asst. Mgmt said 'we are sorry to hear that happened, is there anything else we can help you with'?? To keep my cool, I had to leave @ that very moment. I later called in and I gave my number & asked for a hire mgmt to call me because I was so upset. NEVER EVER RECIEVED A CALL BACK. My child didn't deserve to be disrespected. Absolutely lost a customer for life. read more
