The things I need are usually in stock here. Once in a while, though, they'll stop selling the products that I especially came there to buy, which is a big bummer. My largest complaint about this Target is the ladies who work the fitting room. They are the biggest hard-noses about bringing in clothes. For the first time ever, my sister and I tried on their clothes, and the ladies who were working the fitting room were SO RUDE to us! They asked us how many clothes we were trying on. After we said how many, they still checked and counted just to make sure. I had 2 things! My sister had 3. They also insisted that I leave my shopping basket, which was EMPTY, with them. I didn't get it! Um, excuse me, does it look like I'm going to steal this cheap-as-dirt tank top and ugly red shopping basket!? I was dressed in nice clothes and carrying my designer purse. I was shopping there to find a bargain. I didn't look like some kid who was there to shoplift. Man, I was really annoyed and embarrassed that two Target workers could act like they were above us. It was outrageous. Had my sister and I looked like we were trouble, carrying a load of clothes, talking obnoxiously, and making a lot of noise, then maybe, they would have had a reason to be rude to us, but no. Just a heads up for those hoping to save a nickle. Target does not give you the five cents off unless you have a Target Debit or Credit card. I guess they've changed that cause I get the nickle now. Yay! read more

I think I may be finished with this pharmacy. It used to be great but the last 7 times or so I've been here I have had to wait because of some screw up on their part (not writing label correctly, not typing insurance number in correctly, etc). It is very frustrating to drop off and then come back giving plenty of time for filling the prescription only to have to wait again. I have thugs to do too. read more

Lazy useless people work here people just standing around talking not working. I watch 5 associates stand around talking to each other trying to figure out one customers issue. Sounds like the start of a bad joke. Finally after 10 min of waiting a associate who you could tell was frustrated by his co workers saw me getting frustrated and helped me out. He needs to be their supervisor so he could fix this problem. read more

The staff are usually pretty helpful here, but they're not always around to talk to. And the lines are almost always bad - from what I've seen, the middle of the day seems to be the best time to shop to avoid them. read more

This target has an awesome clothing section, they have a much wider variety compared to the other targets I've been too. The set up of the store is different from most locations which threw me off when looking for the grocery department, it's also more cramped in my opinion. read more

This is about Target.com and customer service. They shipped my order 5 days ago via UPS and due to arrive yesterday. Not only it did not show up, now it says at UPS tracking say handed to post office and will be delivered by them next end of day! This is monkey business and not a happy customer. It is what it is, a Target. Just like every other Target you have been to. I can say that I have never had to wait in a line, and the store itself seems pretty clean, and ready to do business. With a few exceptions of "go-back" carts in the aisles, this store is clean, neat, and full. Which is what the Target HQ wants from every store. read more

The reason it gets 3 stars is because it is like every other Target, but with a HORRIBLY designed parking lot! The isles are super narrow and all it takes is one idiot to not know what they're doing and there's a traffic jam. No room to navigate around the morons. Other than that, this place has always been clean and speedy on the sales/returns. read more

One of my favorite stores.... I'm there at least a couple times a week... they offer a great selection of products, renew their stock often and now also carry produce and grocery products, which is very handy for last minute needs. Target is not quite the quality lower-end store the way it was in my youth, but this Target was pretty good. There were lots of employees around to help, and the cashier at their cafe was very pleasant! The cafe is soon-to-be remodeled, so they were out of some items, but it will be nice to have a new place to grab a snack before or after shopping! read more

Too small to provide an adequate selection. Does not have a full grocery section or pet section. It's small which makes it easy to maneuver and find things. However, it too small to come here unless you need something more general. Since the Coleman location is pretty close, you might end up going there is there is stuff that you cannot pick up here. Also, I agree with other people that say that the parking is pretty bad. However, inside the Target I haven not really experienced any rude people, which is a good thing. This Target is right near the 24 hour fitness, which probably explains the parking lot craziness. read more

I like how whenever i go there is always someone open for me to check out with. Not to mention their "returns" area is always fast (except holidays...of course :P) But even when i dont have reciepts for stuff i can always do even exchanges and sometimes have it just loaded onto a gift card! read more

I go here about twice a week and really like this location. The only issue I have is the solicitor sitting outside the door asking everyone for money. Management needs to do something more about this than putting up a big sign condoning solicitors (which she ironically sits right next to). read more

As Targets go, this one is pretty standard, but every visit is a super fun trip and I have an absolute blast! My personal favorite sections are women's clothes/ jewelry and HOME GOODS!! Like I don't even have my own home but visiting the home section of this Target makes me imagine I do! Pro tip: you won't want to let one Christmas season slip past without stopping by this Target. One downside is their Christmas items fly off the shelves pretty quickly, but who can blame them, all the stuff is amazing. I'm even Jewish and I still love their Christmas section. Also, they just remodeled the dressing rooms and now they're so so nice. read more

My sister recently stopped smoking, so I can go to Target with her and she won't be tempted by a giant cigarette section, because Target doesn't sell cigarettes. You can buy a box of Target brand cereal for $1.87 or something like that, and just get great deals on just about everything... except Magic cards. I go to a baseball card shop for those. read more

This review is for all Target locations. DO NOT REGISTER WITH TARGET! After my wedding I tried to return some of the items I received duplicates of and was told that was not possible. I had gifts that were purchased online by my guests which included a printed receipt of their purchase. Apparently at Target that does not qualify as a real receipt. They told me that my guests needed to go to target and have a receipt printed out by the cashier. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of ordering the gift and having it sent online?! After having to hassle with the manager I called corporate and put the manager on the phone. So after 45mins of the manager using my cell phone minutes I finally got the return. Register with Crate and Barrel and Bed Bath and Beyond. They have way better things and much better service. read more

I usually don't bother giving reviews but I had to after my experience with the Target Staff at the San Jose West Target. They were incredible compared to their competition and their other store locations. I work events and was shopping for multiple bikes for an event. I called dozens of places (let my fingers do the walking) Wal-Mart, Kmart, and other Targets but Target at San Jose West was the only one that proved to be worth calling. Their service was unparalleled to any. They were patient, thorough, and polite. Most of the time I would get an attitude of annoyance from other places for bothering them to do an item check. I could feel eyes roll through the phone. BUT Jasmine at San Jose West made me feel that she was genuinely happy to help me. Even though this transaction required multiple item checks and calls back and forth she never once sounded annoyed. AND from now on this location has my business for every event I work in San Jose because of Jasmine. read more

this rating is for management. the store is 5 stars but during a pandemic, who discourages their employees from wearing masks? i only saw one employee wearing a mask and he was the outside cart recovery guy. when i asked an associate why she didn't have a mask on, she said, "they don't like us to." this behavior toward front line employees is unacceptable. management of this target should be ashamed. read more

This target is dead.. Not much traffic and it's probably because they lack customer service.. I requested some help with some inventory check and I was replied with the statement of "we restock every morning so come back in the morning" I don't live around this area so I won't be coming back anyways. I've requested back room inventory before at other targets and the workers would normally be kind enough to scan and check, if there was inventory, they would bring it out, however these 2 guys at the electronics department just continued with their personal conversation and told me to come back tomorrow.... I asked another associated for help from another department, she was kind enough to at least try but she was unfamiliar with my specific department so she went and asked the SAME 2 guys for assistance, I just decided to walk away.. I appreciate her help, just not the other 2. Apparently personal conversation was more important than customer service.. read more

Eugene is one of the kindest and knowledgeable cell phone people I've worked with at Target store in Cupertino on Stevens Creek Blvd, the big store. He deserves kudos; he went above & beyond the call of duty upgrading my iphone even after a Target supervisor turned off his cash register. It was my fault I came late because we have small children & needed to wait for my wife to watch kids. I forgot how long it takes to upgrade a phone and this guy warned me with an hour before closing it would be tight. He told me he wasn't allowed to open a new phone after 10 o'clock but I think he felt sorry for me because coming back next day would create a childcare problem. He told me he was a parent and understands what parents go through. It was nice to find a Target employer who was mature & could relate. Anyways. everything was going fine then a Target manager came up behind where we were standing and turned off Eugene's two cash registers so Eugene couldn't complete the order. He needed to scan the barcode for my $200. gift card. Shocked this guy literally ran after the clueless manager who turned the register off and forced her to help. The lady manager told Eugene she couldn't turn his registers back on and she didn't know he working on an upgrade. I don't know what the two of them said but when Eugene returned to the kiosk he was out of breath, looked frustrated and told me to bring my new phone and items to a front register to pay for my stuff and I would get my Target Gift Card after all. The manager who gave me my gift card looked confused and I hope Eugene did not get in trouble because of me. But if you're not technical and want a salesman who is smart but not condescending ask for Eugene. He was able to pick up on my technical level and explain the plan, gift card and convinced me to insure my iPhone with AppleCare. After listening to him explain his horror story cracking his iPhone glass front buying insurance was a no brainer. read more
