It is your typical Target store. Usually I just go here to get what I need for a fair price. Finding a parking spot can be a little tough especially around the holidays. This target was much better back in the day and now a lot of items are out of stock and have not been restocked for a while. I wanted to buy swedish fish but they havent restocked it in so long! I also remember a few years back they would also have plenty of trading cards. I like to collect Pokemon cards so I was a bit disappointed when met with empty racks at the usual trading card area. One more thing is that the lines are very long, not because there are a lot of people, but because there are 2 or 3 lanes open at a time. This can be frustrating but it is bearable. At the end of the day, this is just a store you can sort of rely on to for ingredients, snacks, affordable clothes and last minite gifts. read more

This is the filthiest Target store I've ever been in, and it's dirtier now than ever before. For years, the restrooms have been unclean, especially at night, but it's gotten so bad that I will no longer bother with this store, because if the restrooms are that filthy at night, how can the merchandise be clean, especially produce? Excrement filled each toilet and was smeared on two of them. One stall had a sign that said, "Do not use, do not open." I alerted two employees that the restrooms needed attention, and both said there was no one around to clean until after the store closes--a few hours away at that point. They said the managers were at lunch, unavailable. Apparently, the managers at this store have been out to lunch for years. That was my final visit to this Target. I left without purchasing anything and went to a competitor several miles away, where I spent over $200 on bedding and clothing. Clean up your act! read more

Self checkout is the way to go. Quick in and out and always find a deal or 2 here. It was Halloween afternoon and it was not packed inside at all, although looking at the parking lot one would think differently. I do have to say this location always is low on food items. No waffles again and also just wiped out of alot of items in general. I thought initially it was just my luck, but the last 3 times I've visited it's been the same. Not best and not the worst but this location is pretty much one you would go to if you just need simple and quick necessities: toilet paper, pasta, water, etc. otherwise, I would recommend that you go to a different target. At this location, the shelves tend to be bare and they do not have a big selection in the market area. If a person has dietary restrictions/preferences, don't count on finding the items here. Again, this location is if you need to make a quick in and out trip for simple items. It is fairly quiet and the staff seem to be nice. read more

I come to this location just because it's convenient. I visited to restock on Up&Up graph paper a few days ago, and the packaging and price were the same as when I bought a pack a few months ago. Thus, I expected the quality of the paper to be the same. It wasn't until I got home and opened the package that I discovered that the new paper is significantly worse in quality. The paper itself is more of a cream color, the ink rubs off onto my fingers, the graph lines are thicker, and the plastic strip on the left side is much thinner and easier to bend. I am very disappointed, and now I have no choice but to use the paper because I've already opened the package. read more

One thing that I did notice is the fact that they are short staffed and some employees can not take their dedicated breaks as a result. Would not recommend buying any fruit for the most part from this location I had to inform and employee that almost all there strawberries contained and were covered in mold. I just went to target and waiting in line for self checkout for over 20mins and before I checked out I asked the old lady in the grey mask if I can fill money in the gift card at self check out and she said yes but asked me to wait in line again. I am very frustrated and told her I been waiting in line and I just left the register to walk to her to ask the question. She should be helping me but instead she told me I can't complain about this. I'm very impressed with Target stores as they're modernizing and keeping up to date on their products and services. I recently stopped in to pick up a few items typically from the grocery store and also remembered I needed razor blades to work on the bathtub removing silicone sealer. I just remembered the major hardware and tool stores were selling 10 razor blades for a dollar 99 to $2.99 and Target sold the exact same razor blade 10 pack for $1.49 a minimum of a 25% savings just an interesting fact. read more

Had a whole cart filled with groceries. Went to checkout. Only self checkout was available! I'm not spending my time being my own cashier without being paid or getting a big discount! I don't like being forced to use self checkout, especially with a ton of groceries. Next time I will go to Trader Joe's or Safeway when I buy groceries. They never force people to use self checkout. This is the most convenient Target for quick trips while I am at work. The store is very clean and recently remodeled. Usually employees are very friendly and everything that I come to purchase, I can usually find whether that is toiletries, food, snacks, flavored water, or makeup. I love how they have a grocery section so I do not have to make a second stop at a grocery store on my way home from work. Sometimes at the front of the store, they will have some food items on clearance for dirt cheap. I recently found some canned soups for $1/each! The self checkouts at the front of the store are very convenient for people (like me) who do not want to wait in the long lines and have only a few items to check out. Parking is fairly easy as the parking lot is huge. It shares its parking lot with lot of other small businesses, so parking can get hectic sometimes. At some of the exits, there are usually panhandlers which I dislike, but defiantly not Target's fault. read more

I love this target, it's still fairly new, they have every item that you can possibly need ranging from clothing, jewelry, and even grocery items. An added plus is that they now have a CVS located inside where you can pick up your prescription items. read more

Very convenient Target to go to as it is right off 680. This became my go-to Target, as it is the closest for me. It's located in a plaza with Walgreens and Island Pacific so you can get all your grocery needs in one place. The store itself is pretty clean. I have noticed that they tend to leave random boxes here and there sometimes. They would finish stocking and area, and then leave the boxes I guess to throw away later, but it's pretty unsightly and sometimes gets in the way. Employees are really nice and are always willing to help out here. I never had a bad experience with anyone. Overall, solid place to go. It's just a Target. It's better than Wal-Mart. read more

I was place an order of 3 shampoo head and shoulder 33.8 fl oz, but they gave me 32.1 fl oz . I told the lady store gave me wrong size, she said "I can return those shampoo if I'm not happy" . I return all of them because they are fraud advertising And then I look in my bank statement, I find out they has been charge $10 . I call the customer service twice, both of them are very mean and told me that I have to paid for the promotion gift card ; I said if I'm not eligible for the gift card why don't they just cancel the gift card ? they said that's promotion go along with the order, they can't cancel it ???? Been hitting up this Target since '99. It was remodeled back in the mid 00's and expanded for food assortment. Here's a quick Friday style Review The Good: * Assortment overall across food, consumables, toys and more. * .com pick up is right in front of store and fast/quick once you get thru the line. The In-between * Pricing: Ad prices are good but everyday isn't always the best. Most food pricing is competitive but others are just ok. * Parking: Down the middle the lot is packed and tons of cars as only one way really in-out. Gotta watch out for folks as they'll just drive anywhere they like. Go towards Montague and park off so the side. Simplified and ease. * Staff: Usually find folks if need help but not that friendly. The Bad: * Electronics area is ok. Assortment isn't the best and pricing isn't either. * Returns area can be long but associates are not that friendly. Best Target in the South Bay I must say! Sure it's a Target, but it's no Wal-Mart! This place never gets too crowded like most of the other Targets do so you can save yourself a bit of stress and frustration, by picking this as your local Target. Don't get me wrong. The staff is still clueless for the most part, but if you're an independent shopper who needs little to no direction, then this place will work for you. Prices are identical to any other Target, but they do have a selection of wine which is a bonus for a Target. Lots of goodies on the cheap, but it's no dollar store. I enjoy coming here when I need to do a little shopping and having to worry about bumping into other shoppers. This place gets a thumbs up. read more

Just a little annoyed at the cashier when I was asked if I needed a bag I said "no." The cashier Sharlene said "what?" and I said "no" again. She rolled her eyes and proceeded to put my things in a bag and then charge me for it. I didn't walk up with neither a cart or basket and could've easily walked to my car with no bag. I also said when she handed me the bag, "I actually didn't need one", but she ignored it and handed me my receipt. I also think it's dumb that if you order something online for pick up they charge you $1 for the bag fee. It's states they'll refund you if you don't take a bag at pick up but they have yet to do so on all my online orders. I know it's just $1, but don't say you'll refund it at pick up. So now I'm just forced to go in. read more

The store is well organized and is by 680 so it adds to ease for travelers. The complex where it's located is a bit old and looks shady at night due to less light. The store does carry most of the stuff like other targets and is well stocked and staffed. I've often seen limited time deal products are sold out soon at this location. read more

This Target is like most Targets except for the fact it smells like urine (!!!) right when you walk in and near the cash registers; it's quite strong I might add. So, unless you have to use this Target or need something in a pinch, I would use another one for now at least. Without the urine smell, I'd rate it closer to a 4 because the parking wasn't terrible on a Saturday, the cashier gave me a coupon for a $10 gift card, and it had everything I needed. read more

This review is mostly to shoutout the two employees who held the front this morning (12/31/18) at the Customer Service section. Diana and Roman were clearly understaffed, but they did their best to be friendly and provide thorough but efficient service. A special shoutout to Roman who went out of his way to really help me resolve an issue with the missing code for a Nintendo eShop card I purchased a couple weeks ago. In general, too, the employees of this Target are very friendly and easy to approach for questions and help. The restrooms are also the cleanest of the Targets I've been to (which is a big deal--I go to a lot of Targets A LOT), which is a huge plus. read more

This Target is nice and convenient because they often have things in stock that many other Targets in the are do not. They have an ok staff, mostly helpful and they never get too crowded. Usually Target for me are last minute items for parties that are not food-related or random things around the house I needed to pick up but don't have the time to trek all the way to Walmart to save $0.50. They recently started selling lots of food, wine, beer, and other goodies which are nice to pick up if I'm already there and in need of a large selection of cereal to keep breakfast interesting in the morning. read more

Yes, you should go to Target-- for everything. I love this Target. It's always so organized and employees here are always so friendly and knowledgeable. In addition to being organized and amazing, this place is where over half of my childhood memories took place. & I constantly bump into my friends here. Ohohohoh, if you can't find something in your size, go to the Target in "The Block" in Fremont. Because Fremont is full of Asians, the chances they will buy clothes in general are slimmer, so the clothing inventory in the Fremont location is always a bit higher :) read more

Im disappointed that this location has either lowered their standards or has no standard when it comes to a clean and safe shopping experience. I just left this target a few mins ago and at the self check out I see them using every single self check out except one. They did not even wipe each of the station after each use. They just kept on having one person after the next self check out themselves. I waited to see if the employee would clean and she did not. So is it target policy or do you have lazy employees or do they need more training? How and where do I report this location? read more

I love Target so it pretty much pains me to write such a bad review. The customer service here is so bad I feel like the employee here just hate people. I ask about a products and if they had it in stock, the young Hispanic employee left out a loud sigh and in a lazy manner reply, "Ugh, I have to check for it?." Never thought I would be writing such a negative review about one of my favorite places. This is not my usual Target but I used their pick-up system because it was the closest one to me that had what I needed. I order a futon couch through the website and picked it up the next day in this store. I came to this store around 10 in the morning to pick up the item and while the employees were extremely nice to me while I first picked up my item, the rest of that experience would quickly change. Two employees pushed the item to my car to load and the item was too big to fit into my car, after trying it a couple ways it was clear I needed to make another plan. I definitely felt embarrassed and bad for wasting their time but quickly was brainstorming what to do. As soon as the employees realized it wouldn't fit they had an instant attitude. I was not sure how long I would be able to get a car big enough so I asked, "you guys are able to hold this for me until Monday, correct?" because I read the policy is that they can hold an item for 3 days from when you purchased. And with attitude the female employee replied "Well we already marked you picked it up, so it needs to be by today" I was already feeling embarrassed and bad for wasting their time, and on top of the attitude I just wanted to leave immediately. Thankfully I had a friendly who had a pick up truck and was able to help me immediately I came back to the location no more than an hour and a half later to receive my item. I walked back up to the pick up area, there was a new person and explained the situation. Then behind me comes one of the original employees and just says "I got it" I felt alot of uncomfortableness as the gentleman was loading the item into the truck. I get it was an annoying situation but I was apologetic, came with another solution, and went about my day. They acted as if not fitting a futon couch into a car was the end of their world. Sincerely apologize for that huge inconvenience in your day, lighten up a little!! 8/9/2021- their scanners are not working. DO NOT GO if you use target circle and coupons because they will not work. with my target circle benefits, i should have gotten 2 $5 gift cards, and AT LEAST 10% off my $140+ purchase. i use target circle because little savings such as .40 cents off a bag of chips is important due to this everlasting pandemic. i will NOT be returning to this target location, and do not recommend it to other target beneficiaries. read more

I never write reviews but I had to make this one. Every time I come to this target it's so messy, there's almost never an associate on the sales floor, grocery items are always out of stock and the lines are so long. They always have 2 or 3 cashiers the most, which doesn't make a difference because they take so long to scan items. I came to get some last minute things before they closed (20 minutes prior) and they started kicking everyone out to the registers right when the clock hit 10. I understand they want to go home early and clean up the store but where is that energy when other people are waiting for so long in lines or when a customer needs something? I had associates tell me that they were closed and needed to go to the register which I found rude because they were standing by the aisles to make sure no one was shopping. It's pretty obvious they're closed since they dim the lights so I didn't need the reminder. I've been to a different target around closing time and they don't treat their customers like this at all. They should've at least announced it in the intercom instead of telling customers and making them feel rushed. And to top it off there's always people stealing! The last two times I've gone there were two groups of people who grabbed thing as they were walking out and didn't even get the associates attention ! If you could avoid this target don't come at all. It's not worth the long waiting times read more

I'm so thankful that places like Target have Drive up service. It was helpful before and now even more during COVID-19. I love that I can do drive-up for purchases that I can get real quick rather than wait in lines and not have to deal with leaving my kiddos staying with someone while I shop or have to bring them into the store....
