I bought a low end adult bike and it fell apart after riding for a month, they have a policy of not returning the bikes but doing repair on that but the guy there (Alan ) went beyond the policy and asked me if I want repair or return.. Ah, a nice clean target that does not make you climb upstairs right when you walk in! Seriously, what is with Target these days and separating their stuff between upstairs and downstairs? Do they realize it's a hassle to run upstairs for batteries, then downstairs for cotton swabs, then upstairs for x, then downstairs for y? Fortunately, this newer target is not setup this one. Most of the new ones all seem to make you crawl up, then down, up then down. This one does not. The selection is great and store is clean. Don't appreciate Target? Go to Walmart, then come back here. It's like going into a Zoo with dead animals then going to the SF Academy of Sciences. Yes, you pay a few cents more for miscellaneous items, but you also get to shop in peace and not have the back of your heels ran into by dirty shopping cart wheels, and fork lifts blocking your way on aisle 1 as you try and squeeze by a mother with 6 kids and a dog. I want to love this target. I really do. It's so close and I could go here everyday. I go here if I need something but it's never a great experience. Sub par maybe. They have a MASSIVE in stock problem. Corporate please take notice!! They are nothing like surroundings targets. Those stores don't seem to have the issue they do here. And I can see where whoever is doing self maintenance or in charge just moves over random product to fill a hole. So then that product never gets stocked or ordered or filled. It's pathetic. Where is the management in this building?? They are always out of stock of at least one thing I need. Defeats the purpose of being a one stop shop! I want to stop going to Walmart but even they have been in stock! That's terrible. Please fix this. Me and my target red card want to love this store. I really love the Target at this location. Even though I work here, I'll buy something on or off my shift and the "team members" are always nice and helpful. I haven't experienced this kind of treatment at any other Targets. Usually, they'll just brush me off but if I need something, they're there to help! Horrible customer service. I asked a guy if by any chance he could check an item for me to see if they had anymore in stock.. Never came back. Later on I was paying and the cashier (Cindy - Short Asian girl with short hair) was extremely rude. She wouldnt even help with the items i bought (large plastic bins) which I had to move from the other side of the register to the cart, I was rather slow while doing so as they were large and i had to lift em above the card reader because she did not even bother to move my items as she scanned them, she literally just reached out to the other side, gave me my total, and let me move everything to th e other side myself. and she just stood there watching me as I move it all by myself without offering even just the slightest assistance. I mean damn you could've just pretended since being at least somewhat decent to customers is part of your job. I felt bad for the customers behind me in line waiting as I lift everything myself while she's standing there still just watching me. It is dumbfounding that Target( or i guess this location) would hire someone like Cindy (or the other guy who left me saying he'll go check but never came back half an hour later) and would tolerate this kind of terrible customer service. read more

my first & LAST time at this stupid location! i came here around 830p right when i walked in i think the majority of the store was wearing red polo shirts & khaki pants! there were customers there too but really a lot of employees. we quickly get the items we needed cuz we have a long drive ahead of us. (san lorenzo) i'm standing in line for like 15 minutes! wth? 2 registers open and all kinds of employees are just stocking? really? so i finally decided to stop an employee. Me: are any other registers going to open? TCSR: uh i don't know Me: good lord! so i ask another employee...who is your manager? he points to his manager. so i stopped him Me: i've been standing in line for 20 minutes, you have 2 registers open and a ton of employees working. TMgr: this is all the help they can give me Me: that is no excuse! you better get behind the register cuz this is riduclous! At this point it's going on 30 minutes i'm in line. i'm livid cuz my 2yr old is fussing cuz he has a poopy diaper. i told my daughter here's the money and pay for my stuff while i change the baby's diaper. if they don't find help by the time i come out the bathroom they are going to have to call the police on me cuz i'm gonna get postal up in the B*%$#! haha. of course by the time i get out...tell me why most of the registers are filled with employees. lol...i go to the manager and say "omg how did you manage to find these employees in less than 10 minutes! did they magically appear? you dipshit!" yelp is not allowing me to leave this comment without having to place a star...i can't cuz this should be a -1,000,000,000 haha so i guess i will suffice with 1 star! read more

This location is close by my house so my bf and I come here often. I love how they have grocery section. Great for basic items needed. I understand that it's not a full grocery store so my expectations aren't that high on what items they have. Overall, it's always clean and the staff members that we have spoken to are very helpful and nice. read more

target never has shopping carts to begin with. Then what do you use to shop, even when they put more and new shopping carts there is like only one cart left and somebody else comes and takes it from you.the next thing is in the baby clothing area, you said the tall racks with two sids were 5 dollars so I got some and when I paid for them it was not 5 dollars it was 15 dollars not evan close to 5 dollars same with the baby toys, you said if you get one baby toy you will get the other one for free so I bought 1 baby toy and got the other free but at the end it was not free because you guys said it was just a toy. then why did the box have a picture of a baby on and you guys said it was a regular toy and the other one that I got had a baby picture on it and the two baby toys were on the baby shelf for the baby toys. so what I did was get my money back for what you say a regular toy and a baby toy even though you all now that they were baby toys you guys still said they were not baby toys. the last reason, you guys should restock about lunch time so if people come after lunch they now they can come in and find what they need. the other time you need to restock on things is when the store closes so then in the morning people can come and see everything nice and neat and for the workers they do not have to come so early in the morning to have to restock on things that there shelfs are not full of. Now reading this or listening to this you can change the way target has no carts, the wrong marketing prices and when to restock on things. read more

A worker named Daniel in the Electronics Department has helped me many times and has excellent customer service. I love this Target especially since I live downtown and until the Marketplace Center opened there was nowhere to buy anything and Target has nearly everything, and now even has a reasonable selection of fresh food, not exactly a competitor with Trader Joe's or a good supermarket, but occasionally really handy. HOWEVER, I wish they'd reopen the express checkers. I went in this afternoon for a nail file and the lines were endless. There was somebody at an express register checking, but when I went over there she said, in a very annoyed tone, that her light wasn't on so she wasn't open. Even though she was ringing up somebody with one zillion items. And even though I just had a nail file. So I left. So if anyone at Target on Coleman is reading this, please open a couple of express registers when things get really busy! read more

I'd say this is one of the better Targets in the South bay, in terms of cleanliness and stock. I like that it has curbside, which I use a lot. only cause i can't give a effn ZERO!!!!! 1. As a gift i get a $100 gift card, use it once to buy a cell charger and mins.(have remaining balance) 2. go to buy groceries did self check out, lets face it lines there are way too long and only four cashiers (yay). TRY to use remaining balance on card, DECLINED!!!!!! but why... it's your stores gift card with funds, run it again, this time after getting in line to wait 30 mins, DECLINED there!... explaining my situation and how i know there are funds on there a manager gets called over.... only to throw everything in the cart and get me out of the lines.... OOOOOH i'm holding up their lines!!!!!!! not their slow ass cashiers who rather tell their life story or act like they are current on sports and know whats up.. manager states lets try again, same thing happens. so the walk of shame. why cause i depended on this gift card. and couldn't even get groceries. soooooo instead of someone helping there at the store i was instructed to call the back of the card, since they cant do anything there (too busy i assume) not even customer service! (why have that section in the store people) so i called and of course 100 questions asked, 101 questions answered. still they cant figure out how the funds on the card just disappeared. one lady finally figured it out. some how the money on the gift card was turned into a mobile / wireless gift card . this was 2 weeks ago, they barely put in my complaint on the 09/06. why i asked , of course there is no explanation as to why, and there is no explanation as to how the card was converted. i didnt do it, the person who gave it as a gift didnt do it.... so who did... good ol' target still has no answer... and where is the money.??????? This review is for the pharmacy only. I used this pharmacy for the first time when I dropped a prescription off a few weeks ago. When I came back to pick it up a few days later, I was told that my insurance required my doctor to get prior authorization for coverage of the medication. I was really annoyed that no one thought to call me (they had my phone number) to let me know that before I made the trip. Back to Longs I go. read more

Don't get me wrong, my family and I love shopping at Target. The reason I am giving it only 3 stars is because of the snack bar. Really, just one employee in particular. Every time I go my kid insist on getting a snack here and this employee is always rude. My first time to this Target. The store was fine and cashier was nice. When I was leaving I stopped in teh restroom...big mistake. I was not impressed at all. I was only 2:00 on a Friday afternoon, so not too busy, so youwould think someone would have time to check the bathrooms. Not one stall had toilet covers, one stall was sooo nasty you couldn't even enter, another was clogged with toilet paper, and the one I chose had no toilet paper. Not a good experience for my first time. I think they need to address thier bathroom check schedule. read more

Quotes incorrect store policies and lies - when I got the consistent rules/terms/regulations from 3 other targets. The return staff backs each other up including managers. This Target has decent parking, decent selection and the lines have never been too long when I go. I still get turned around, as it has a significantly different (larger) layout than the Target I used to go to. But for basic toiletries, occasional toys and random housewares, I can find what I'm looking for here about 65% of the time. Given how close it is to my house, it's usually well worth stopping here first to see. read more

Went tp pick up a prescription sent in by the doctor. Received 1 pill since they were out. Told to come back tomorrow after 3:30. Went back at 6 and was told it didn't come in. I complained and the tech went to look if they had any. Miracle, they were there. That's customer service. I refer to service as why farmers rent bulls! read more
