This target is part of a Santa Clara plaza, right in the middle with lots of accessible parking. Workers were nice and friendly when we needed to find specific products on the shopping floor. I was on my way home from an appt and needed to grab something. This Target location was on my way and easy to get to. Parking is big, but does share with a bunch of other retails/restaurants. It can get crowded at times, but I was able to find parking pretty easily on a weekday afternoon. I went in, got distracted by everything, but eventually made my way to get what I needed to get. After browsing through the section, I found what I needed and tried to head out. Of course I got distracted by things on my way back, but only got a few other items before making it to checkout. On my way out, the smell of breadsticks got me and I stopped to get some and a slushie. Service was quick and efficient and I was out before I was tempted by anything else. This review is strictly for drive up services. I placed an order through the app because I was so excited to hear that Target is exclusively carrying Coconut Cult yogurt. The app is very easy to use for drive up orders. Once I parked, I checked in an my order was brought to me within minutes. I ordered the 3 flavors that they carry, Banana Cream Pie is very good! I have been inside a few times and those were the last. The lines are always very long! So I opt out of going in. If you have a RedCard you get 5% off! It pays off! read more

This Target has a huge parking lot with plenty of parking spaces, and it's very easy to find a spot. The store is spacious and has almost everything I need. However, the checkout experience could be improved. The cashiers are sometimes quite slow, so the lines can get very long. The self-checkout machines also frequently have errors, and I often have to wait for an employee to come over and fix the issue. Overall, it's a great store, but the checkout process can be frustrating. read more

I had a very concerning experience with the third-party AT&T representatives inside this Target location. I was given misleading information about pricing and promotions, which resulted in unexpected charges and a very stressful cancellation process. I was told there would be no additional charges and that everything was fully covered, but I was later billed anyway and had to go through multiple calls, chats, and even a bank dispute to resolve it. I understand these are third-party sales reps, but they are operating inside Target, and customers naturally trust that environment. There should be better oversight to ensure accurate and transparent information is being given. I strongly recommend that customers take extra time to review all terms before agreeing to anything, even if it sounds like a great promotion. read more

I had gone in the store today with my service dogs in a dog stroller. Completed my shopping and made my way to the Express check out lane. I had added a large bag to purchase because I had 2 large items. Priscilla was the clerk, she rang me up, pushed my items to the side and begun ringing up the next person while I was still standing there. I looked at the woman she had just rung - asking her and the clerk...You don't bag items anymore? I understand you have the self service line; but does Target no longer bag your items anymore? She did not respond. I asked her for her name, she did not respond. So I pulled out my phone and made sure I took a good picture so I could get her name tag. During all this, she is bagging a man's items. I went to where she left my items, bagged the few items I had and went directly to the customer service counter to inform them what had just occurred. I was informed "someone" would speak with her. The store is well-kept and is usually well-stocked. The Cafe is where is take issue. I was helped by Dann who was extremely rude on two different occasions. During my last shop I stopped by the Cafe on the way out a little after 10:30 am and saw the sign that said they are open 10 am to 8 pm, yet they were closed and not a single person in sight. read more

I don't know why they're not doing anything about the daily (and throughout the day) Solicitor at the entrance. IT MAKES MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. I've been stopped countless times, almost every time now when I have to make a Target run for the clinic. I don't want to be a mean person, and that's why I stop to hear them out and sometimes feel forced to sign up to what they're selling and or when they have children with them begging, it makes me feel like a horrible person to not donate something. This is a pretty good Target. I've never seen a Target have so much inventory on clearance! The laundry detergent and personal care products were not locked up behind glass. Clean store. Very pleasant shopping experience. I would try to limit my purchases to less than 10 items to use the self check out. Sunday around 3:30pm the line went quickly. They had all of the self checkout lanes open. The cashier lines were much slower but nowhere near 15-30 people long. Be sure to check if the items ring up as clearance as advertised. My friend had no issues having an associate help her price match when it didn't. They had someone cleaning the women's restroom around 3pm but the single room family restroom was open. The solicitors (kids selling lemonade) were off to the side of the entrance. Not hard to ignore them or say no thank you. I don't get why this location has such poor reviews. read more

Solid shopping experience with sales and a lot of seasonal decor. I see the little birdies at all the coffee shops.

Once again, totally disappointed with the people that work there. Did I say work? I mean, stand around and look at their phones. Went there to hopefully get a pizza. They had very old cheese pizzas and so I walked over to their Starbucks where there were employees. I asked them if somebody could make One of their pepperoni pizzas since they're all past due for freshness. They kind of stared at me and said what's out. There is out there. What that tells me is they just don't care. So I went over to their Customer Service desk and talked to an employee named Logan. I asked him when the food counter closed and he said 8 o'clock. I then informed him it was 540. He then told me that his Starbucks said what's out there is out there, I got my answer. I must say that he did not meet any level of my expectations for somebody who is confident to work there. I know there's a saying called go the extra mile. I don't know if Target looks at their reviews, but they really should if they don't. I have been coming to this target for years, and I personally haven't had any issues. the reason why I give one star is because for the last few months, everytime I come into this Target location, there is who I assume is a manager, constantly berating his employees for no reason. He is very loud and talks down to the other employees and I find it to be very ridiculous. Last week, I was being checked out at the register by a lovely lady and this man approached her and very rudely told her that she needs to be helping people, as if she literally wasn't helping me out right then. He is always blabbing on about what other people are and aren't doing but I always just see him standing around doing nothing. Additionally, he is rude to customers. On multiple occasions, I have overheard customers asking simple questions and he responds in a nasty, aggressive tone. I wish I knew his name because I want to complain to corporate. I am sick of seeing him everytime I go in because his negative energy ruins my shopping experience as a customer. And i'm sure he's well disliked by the other employees too. Many issues at this specific target! Beware this location. Customer service prefers to over analyze and instruct the customer when it comes to simple returns and needs to consult several staff at times for basic tasks like a return. Today I was standing at the register and I'm almost positive the cashier didn't cash out the previous transaction before ringing up my stuff, then charged the previous customer's card for my stuff and their stuff. I didn't use Apple Pay or w card and they handed me a receipt. Original transaction around $160 and I don't have a credit card with the last 4 on the receipt, nor one by the company that appeared there. If they can do this to me and the customer before me, this can happen to others. They have some kind of real security or customer service problem for sure. I repeatedly asked customer service to refund the transaction and charge me my part- took 3 staff trying to figure out what happened and analyzing w/ different ideas, and me repeatedly telling them I frankly don't care what went wrong, I just want to refund to whoever's card it was charged to by mistake, and then recharge me to my own card for my stuff. Manager and two other staff involved and I was told "it's not that simple". Yes it is! It's your cashier, customer service or security problem, not mine. Let me pay for my stuff and just let me go. Surprise- my order came up around $60. Not $160. I also picked up an Apple Watch today and they seemed concerned I checked to make sure it matched what I ordered. I mentioned to them the following: A couple months ago my husband paid for a 9 and when he got home after picking it up discovered it was a less costly SE (staff messed up the order) and customer service at this branch gave him a really hard time about correcting it. Today, they asked me if it was at this store and I was like... yep. Absolutely no surprise there. Solid Target, has lots of choices for home goods, it's definitely a great option for when you are moving to a new place and you need the basics, like a shower curtain or cleaning supplies, or a laundry basket. I think the clothes are a pretty good value, although you do get what you pay for, cheap prices equals cheap quality. Not my cup of tea for clothes, but for kids, why not? They outgrow them fast anyway. Food, forget about it! They have raised their prices ridiculously on food, gee thanks, what is it this time? The "covid" excuse? Insert eye roll here. This review is for the pharmacy. For the most part very patient staff. But for the judgmental few, just cause we get there 10 minutes before pharmacy closes does not warrant a 'you should have come earlier'. You don't know if the customer you serve are coming from work/ overtime/ far commute etc. How do you know the customers didn't try? We do not need to be shamed/ called out for coming in right before you close. read more

Yikes, Target has gone downhill in the last few years. Maybe treat your employees better and stop putting crappy management in place. I used to go to this location religiously because it was close to my house, but I find that it's better to go out of my way to another location because I can't seem to find anything in stock here. I used to be able to get help from employees, but nowadays, it's like a treasure hunt for the electronic department. There's also one or two register open, and a line across the store for self check out. No thanks. I miss what Target used to be. read more

If you go into the aisle where they sell bread, look at the bottom right - it's months outdated, green mold, etc. I assume the people working the shelves, somehow continue to overlook this section. They should pay more attention to the epiration dates on the things they sell. Sure they have ok prices, but they just need to pay more attention to whats on their shelves. read more

The store employee said they couldn't help me and I should try to find a security guard. This location did not address this in any way that assures me of a safe experience. I've visited this target for in-store purchases and drive-up orders on several occasions. The store itself is very clean an organized. The inventory seems smaller than other Target locations. I recently made a return and looked for the customer service area that no longer exists. They have used a portion of the floor as soon as you enter to make the returns. There's clear signs and arrows to keep the aisles as clear as possible. I've found all the things I've needed when shopping in-store. The drive-up orders can take time to arrive after I've already parked in their designated drive-up areas. It already takes up to four hours for the orders to be ready and then you have to wait more time for the order to arrive to your car. In my most recent in-store visit a team leader was following me in the toys, food, and home sections. Every time I looked up she was there. This made my shopping experience very uncomfortable. With other Target locations close by there's no need for uncomfortable shopping experiences. read more

I have always been a big fan of Target. this location has wonderful customer service, good inventory and plenty of parking. there are always wipes carts and baskets at your service. prices are wonderful and the quality is wonderful. this location in particular happens to be about a 10 minute drive from me and it's convenient because it's located near other places where I run my errands. 10/10 recommend. read more
