This target is a nice target they have a lot of options and my wife, family and I all use target. Never like to give bad reviews but these employees were just rude. I couldn't find a nice employee except the self checkout guy. Target must have changed managers. Yesterday I went in there and took the manager on duty at least 14 to 15 packages of Mucinex DM that had been expired more than six months that was still on the shelf! Only two of the entire two sections of this over the counter medicine was not expired. When I shop in any store and buy perishables I expected them to Not be expired! I gave the entire expired products to the store manager. This is their one shot at bad mistake and hopefully they will make things right! There are plenty of other stores in our area to shop in that do not have expired perishables! Get it together Target! read more

This Target does not seem as big as some of the others that I have visited. It is a very clean store though and employees are friendly and helpful. The grocery section of this location seems limited compare to others I have seen. They usually have whatever you are looking for though and if not, there are plenty of other stores in the area. Always rude. Guest service center always asks annoyed and lacks so much respect in customer care. One of the worst stores I've been to. Personal experience has 100% always been negative. Long lines. And superrrrrr slow service. Not to mention the ATTITUDES these people have. Good Lord. Not to mention the HORRID bathrooms, and the fact the store is completely a mess ALL THE TIME. I stop in this store almost every weekend. It's clean, has a great variety and the service is wonderful. I love shopping from their dollar bins. You can find cute items at a great price there. I get lots of workbooks for the kiddos and cute stocking stuffers. I also like the ever changing juniors and women's department. Their bathroom is always clean which is a big plus when you have kids. Also, you can find an employee quickly who can help you when you need it. Their customer service is far better than Walmart. The only negative is that I wish the stock of children's shoes was better maintained. I can rarely find sizes that I need. The shoe section seems to be wiped out everytime I go there. read more

Well this isn't the Atascocita Super Target, but it'll do in a pinch. The layout inside is poorly designed and the registers up front are a little chaotic. Same for the parking lot. Not sure who designs these things but it can't be people who actually visit the store. If you're like me and absolutely hate crowds and hate to shop then those are solid negatives. When I visited, employees (except for the wonderful cashier) avoided me and were rude when I sought a specific adapter. Then, when I got the receipt, I saw that this store had lied on its website-- instead of charging me the $13 price it listed on the website, it charged me $20 for this adapter. It works and I'm using it to write this review, but I'm thinking twice before I buy anything at Target (if I ever go again). They must have increased the price by 50% without even updating the stated prices! Big thumbs down, Target. read more

Hate, hate, hate the "renovations" of this store. It feels like you are shopping at Wal-Mart and is completely unappealing visually. The women's clothing "department" is a nightmare to shop in--crowded and cluttered with clothes just crammed in. You cannot maneuver a shopping cart through without banging into displays or other beleaguered shoppers. I miss the lovely home display area that this store had previously. I can't imagine what a nightmare it will be to either pick up online items or return during the holiday season since they made the Customer Service area so small. This store is filthy. The entire store. The shelves are always in disarray, picked over and a disaster. The floors are disgusting. The women's bathroom.... YUCK. The ac wasn't working in the women's bathroom so it smelled, was beyond hot, most stalls out of toilet paper, filthy toilets and filthy floor.... management needs to do better. read more

I used to work here and this is one of the worst staffed targets I have ever seen. They're supposed to be adults running the store, however they act like teenagers. Which explains why this store has so many issues. I personally didn't like the majority of the leads, the members or even the customers that shop here. How do you ruin at Target? Ask Target, The Woodlands. Truly abysmal set-up. Target, you used to be my escape. Now office supplies are basically in the frozen foods section, who knows where the batteries are, sheets you say? Look in the dressing rooms. Did Target get drunk one night and we are now being punk'd? I'd love to find a new book to read tonight but I can't hear myself think in the electronics section. Why oh why are the books next to blaring tvs. Oh, and it's not just loud in the electronics section, its loud EVERYWHERE. Whenever I'm visiting my in-laws, my husband and I would tend to come to this Target to pick up a few things before heading home. He always come to this Target when he was younger. This used to be a one-stop store where I could get most of what I need in relative peace and silence. Not anymore. Not only has their grocery section gone down in quality and quantity, but the music they play is loud and grating on the nerves. First of all, turn it down. Secondly, pick something a little more neutral and a little less crude (yes, the music they play can get very graphic lmao) if the music has to stay. I also feel like this store is pushing their employees on the sales a little too hard? Like, if I wanted be followed around by people trying to sell stuff, I'd go to the mall and pass those annoying as heck kiosks. Just leave the paying customer alone lol. Every time I go in, I want to come back less and less. I can get used to the new layout, and I don't mind terribly waiting in line at the checkouts, but some of these changes have degraded the shopping experience so much. Even the employees (the one or two they even bother to put on the floor) look stressed and frazzled and I don't blame them. I get that there's an adjustment period and I truly hope that they do make those adjustments over time. read more

It's a couple days before Christmas, so it's no surprise the place looked a bit messy. That is expected. The bathrooms, however, were disgusting. Dust all over, trash overflowing, no TP, awful smells, and the chart said someone had been there to clean it an hour before. Yuck! read more

This place is hit or miss. Most of the employees are nice but they aren't fast and it seems like they never have enough workers. However, the store is very clean and easy to find what you need unlike other big box stores. I do get annoyed though about constantly being pressured to purchase their credit/debit card. read more

I was shopping in the men's section talking to an employee because I was trying to find something specific when a "manager" named Fred rudely came up to the employee AS WE WERE TALKING and started to talk very loudly to the point where he started screaming at her. I found it so disrespectful and I will never go to this location again. I can't believe how disrespectful that "manager" was. Overall worst interaction with an employee at this location. Definitely warning everyone I know. WORST experience ever. In MY opinion, these employees shouldn't be able to work there. read more
