You can only carry so many items and this limited me to impulse buying. Then I got to the registers and this is where it kind of turns into the hunger games. You can either take your chances and stand in one of the two long lines at registers that are manned. Or you can stand in line at the self checkouts and hope that the people in front of you know how to use them and use them fast. I chose the latter and almost regretted this as the people in front of me were slower than I expected. I did end up getting through my own checkout quickly and since I had my own bag ready, I was out of that area and on my way back out. Why the freight elevator is at the entrance of this place, I don't know, as it is a big obstacle to go around when entering and exiting. And the exit side is almost always littered with people that you have to sidestep with the best of them.

I've had orders confirmed that took 3 weeks to arrive (I live in DC. They have a store in DC). Most recently, I placed an order and it has now been 2 weeks and I do not have shipping information. Label was "created" 5 days ago, but no shipping updates were provided. This has happened multiple times, to myself and my loved ones. The selection and products are good quality but the process and procedure in getting your goods make the experience awful. This will be my last time ordering from them and I encourage others to refrain from doing the same in hopes of actually receiving your purchased items in a respectable time frame...
