I came here to kill time before my flight and I needed a power bank. I walked into this Target, walked around thinking... Is this a new Target? This is probably the best well kept, organized, stocked, clean Target I've ever been to. Who is managing this place? Great job the workers are also sooooooo friendly here. Furthermore, I found what I needed and it was on clearance! It was such a Great Value! The price was 70% off! Management and team--fantastic job!!! 3/3/2022 7225pm This target was tucked away and I didn't even know it existed. found it by mistake while rolling around. Very quite, clean and well organized store. Seems like they keep their employees on top of putting back products and straightening up items on shelves. That really is important because a messy store and make customers turn away and not want to shop there. Of course we know people will come in stores and ransack the place so it isn't 100% their fault. I'll stop by again for sure if I am in the area. read more

This is the Walmartiest Target I've ever been to. I almost turned around in the parking lot. Kids running wild, stopping traffic. People hanging out. Inside, the customers were also a bit bizarre, but it turned out to be a relatively normal location other than the clientele. Standard selection, prices, layout. I was picking up odds and ends, so wandered most of the place. Had to ask where things were once or twice. Friendly service. I found most of what I needed, at reasonable prices. I would have gone to Meijer if one had been handy, but I just wanted a place on my way home to get a few things, and it worked out. Just, well, drive safely. read more

Haven't shopped at a Target for awhile. Went in for wet dog food because I remember it's less expensive than Giant Eagle. It still is, actually 50cents a log less. When it comes to big box retailers, Target gets me every time. I'm not going to describe what's inside one--y'all know what's up. But this Target in particular is my favorite in the city. Why? Let me tell you: -It's not close to a university, so it's not overrun and picked over by students. -It's less than 10 minutes from my house, and I don't have to drive on a major highway to get there. -This Whitehall location seems to always have a good selection of items that the more popular stores often run out of. -The store is big, bright, and clean. -The people are usually pretty friendly. Yeah, this isn't an earth-shattering review, but trust me when I tell you this is a good Target. If you're sick of Easton or Olentangy, give the Whitehall store a try. read more

The Target in Whitehall is the worst Target in Franklin County! I stopped shopping at Target a few ago because this store was not well-managed and always junky, the salespeople were sullen and not customer service-oriented , and the managers did not exhibit and leadership or control over their employees. I was with my sister who stopped in at 9:30 am on Sunday. There were very few customers (could probably count them on one-hand. Lots of employees hanging around - I only noticed one with a basket putting items back in their appropriate area. There was a young lady (employee), standing in the aisle in the jewelry area who barely responded and definitely didn't smile when we greeted her with a cheery "Good morning". I knew then that things had not changed. The employees were still sullen and and as you can see, the store was still junky. Attached are photos from the men's area and the infant/toddler are. I didn't have time to take pix of the untidy teen and plus size women's section or the shoe area, which is always a disaster. It was a mess at 9:30 am Sunday! How hard is it to cleanup and rearrange the store in evenings so customers come into to a tidy store first thing in the morning? read more

I'll be honest, this Target location really surprised me. I'm so used to that busy one by campus (seems understaffed) and the one at Graceland (often lacking items that other locations have) that this one left me very pleased. Let's get into why it's not a five-star Target. Firstly, the visibility from Broad St is pretty low, and I was expecting to be able to see it from the road. They have a sign near Broad, but it can be easy to miss. Secondly, the layout of the interior is very confusing to me. It's laid out similarly to other Targets, but everything is rotated by 90°, so I became disoriented after shopping for a while. That's something I'll get used to after a few return trips, I think. Otherwise, I love this location. Easy to access, it's clean, well-stocked, and the staff are friendly and very helpful. I'll definitely be back...I received some gift cards for Christmas! read more

I went to Target back in early January to buy a new TV. I went in knowing what I wanted and service in the Electronics department was quick and attentive and brought the TV I wanted right out. He called up to the front to let them know I would be leaving with a TV and I walked out with no problem. When I got home and set up the TV, I found that the screen was cracked and unusable. I immediately called the store and talked to the person in Electronics who helped me and also the lady at Customer Service. They told me to come back with my receipt and the TV and come to the Customer Service desk. When I returned, they had a replacement TV ready to go and accepted back the broken TV with no problems. This was by the far the best customer service I have ever experienced at a department store. This Target is awesome. read more

Say what you will about Whitehall, but know that they are home to one of the best Target's in Columbus! I love coming here and just walking around buying things I don't need and forgetting what it was I actually came to Target for. Usually pretty well stocked. Never had any issues with any employees. The starbucks inside is also good! And my daughter loves getting popcorn and a slushie, but honestly is it even a Target trip if you don't?! read more

As far as Targets go, this one is pretty clean and tidy. Stuff is fairly priced, and staff is pretty good at being able to point you in the right direction. I don't come here too often, but at least it's close to work for those times I need to grab something on my lunch break. I bought a new TV there shortly after Black Friday and I told the guy that the only way I would be able to fit it into my car would be to take it out of the box. Unfortunately, it was just me, and trying to pull a 60" TV out of the box and slide it into the trunk of my car was not something that would happen without high risk of breaking it. It was late, and it was cold, but he offered to give me a hand without so much as a defeated sigh. Afterward he even offered to take the box back in for me if I wanted and dispose of it (I kept it, just in case there are problems with the TV). I'll keep visiting this Target when I need things during the day. read more

I love this store. I can run in here to get a bath mat clothes food cleaning supplies etc. Target is a one stop shop and i can order online and pick up. The store is clean and well organizes. The employees are friendly and helpful. Theres also a cvs and starbucks in store. You just cant go wrong here. read more

I travel a lot for work and I almost always stop at a Target for grocery items. Targets are almost always good and consistent. This is not a good Target. It is the 2nd worst one that I've ever been to. Dirty, merchandise thrown together haphazardly, credit card machine would not work so I had to pay cash (which, luckily, I had). Oh Target...I go in to pick up one thing and end up spending $100... Ooops. I came to this location for the first time a few weeks back when I was looking for a Wii Fit bundle that was advertised in the paper. Most of the other Targets in the area were sold out, except for this one. Even though it is one of the closest to where I live, I had never been here. In fact, I had never even known it was here! Its not in the greatest neighborhood, but that's almost what makes this one nice. They usually have items that sell out quickly at other locations. But for being in a less-used location, it is a very clean store that is well stocked. Because they don't get too much traffic, they don't keep many people at the registers. Today, there were 2 lanes open, each with a line out to the aisle. But really, when I counted, there were only 5 people in each line and my total wait was less than 5 minutes. There is a Starbucks inside if you need a caffeine boost before you start shopping. read more

I can't say enough good things about this Target store. The store is always clean and the staff is always willing to help. Living near here I visit 2-3 times a week. They keep the store very clean and always have the shelves looking very well organized. The do sometimes miss pulling saw stickers but are quick to honor their mistake with no questions asked!! I am totally a big fan of targets in general and this one has everything at target should. While this might not be the newest or even the most recently remodeled at target in the area, it is pretty convenient for me - it is the one I pass on my way home. I have stopped here multiple times including today and have been able to find everything I needed and more... The classic target problem. I will warn you that this target does not have a wine or liquor license, they do sell beer though! This target is a nice place to shop. They have everything from TVs to food. They have a Pizza Hut and a Starbucks inside the target. They have really good deals on food believe it or not. I also love that they picked up the company champion, I work out quite a bit doing cross train, running and lifting ext. This brand can stand up with the best and save you a buck or two. Don't get me wrong I still love my Nikes. If you go early in the mornings there is no one there and you have the store to yourself. It tends to get a little packed during the daytime. But overall I love this target. I would recommend this target to friends and family. read more

I spend entirely too much time at Target! This location in particular compared to a couple of the other nearby Targets is by far the most organized. The sales associates are friendly, the check outs are quick and there is always a reason to make a Target run! read more
